贝叶斯决策理论视域下的经济逻辑及其研究范式转向--兼析习近平经济思想

经济逻辑学是经济学和逻辑学的交叉学科,它的产生有其必然性,我们可以从经济学的基本假设、经济学的研究方法、经济学研究的确定性以及逻辑学的发展等几个角度给予论证。从贝叶斯决策理论的视角看,它是研究经济活动中理性决策和策略推理的科学。在理论驱动力和现实驱动力的双重作用下,经济逻辑的研究已开始了由形式逻辑范式向科学逻辑范式的转向。     

随机模糊折现现金流融资决策模型建立及求解

企业未来投资收益既具有随机性又表现出一定的模糊性,而将未来单位资本投资收益率定义为随机模糊变量,按照企业发展的特点将其分为低、中、高三个阶段,并在随机模糊环境下建立了融资决策模型,最后利用基于随机模糊模拟的SPSA算法对模型进行求解,结合算例对算法的有效性进行了解释。     

Racial/Ethnic Minority Community College Students' Critical Consciousness and Social Cognitive Career Outcomes

A need exists to better understand how racial/ethnic minority students' critical consciousness development in response to marginalization may be involved in their educational and career development. We therefore examined the link between critical consciousness development and career decision self-efficacy and career outcome expectations among racial/ethnic minority community college students. Following social cognitive career theory's conceptual pillars, we developed a testable model integrating critical consciousness and social cognitive variables. This model was tested with 135 racially and ethnically diverse community college students. Data analysis included path analyses and tests of model fit using structural equation modeling. Results suggested that (a) higher critical agency is linked to higher career decision self-efficacy and outcome expectations and (b) critical action and reflection have a bidirectional link and predict higher critical agency. Implications for research and practice aiming to close educational and career gaps among racial/ethnic minorities are discussed.

从“旅游消费心理”和“旅游环境”两个方面分析旅游消费者的决策心理和郑州市旅游业的资源条件及发展现状。依据知觉、动机、决策等心理学理论,对入境旅游市场的吸引力和少林禅宗文化的影响力进行分析,提出以嵩山少林寺为重点,突出专题旅游资源,抓住龙头打造中原旅游精品,引导旅游消费的基本对策。     

A reflected feature space for CART

We present an algorithm for learning oblique decision trees, called HHCART(G). Our decision tree combines learning concepts from two classification trees, HHCART and Geometric Decision Tree (GDT). HHCART(G) is a simplified HHCART algorithm that uses linear structure in the training examples, captured by a modified GDT angle bisector, to define splitting directions. At each node, we reflect the training examples with respect to the modified angle bisector to align this linear structure with the coordinate axes. Searching axis parallel splits in this reflected feature space provides an efficient and effective way of finding oblique splits in the original feature space. Our method is much simpler than HHCART because it only considers one reflected feature space for node splitting. HHCART considers multiple reflected feature spaces for node splitting making it more computationally intensive to build. Experimental results show that HHCART(G) is an effective classifier, producing compact trees with similar or better results than several other decision trees, including GDT and HHCART trees.     

Innovative approaches to regulating decent work for domestic workers in Côte d'Ivoire: Labour administration and the judiciary under a general labour code

The authors offer a contextualized analysis of judicial decisions rendered during 1971–2013 in Côte d'Ivoire, where domestic work is regulated by a general labour code. Assessments of those decisions, alongside qualitative interviews of institutional actors, elucidate how innovative practices were mainly derived from the code by attentive inspectors and by jurisprudence evolving to treat domestic work like any other. Yet limitations emanating from the inability to grapple with the specificity of domestic work are also identified. Reaffirming that the regulation of domestic work must embrace its duality (work like any other and work like no other), the authors conclude with a call for an international community of learning on decent work for domestic workers.     

The Career Decision‐Making Difficulties Questionnaire: A Case for Item‐Level Interpretation

The Career Decision‐Making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ; Gati, Krausz, & Osipow, 1996) has long been demonstrated as a useful instrument for career counseling practice. Several case studies have demonstrated how and why using the CDDQ facilitates the career counseling process (e.g., Amir, Gati, & Kleiman, 2008; Gati & Levin, 2014; Levin & Gati, 2014). This study explores how an in‐depth analysis of a case study conducted at the item level can provide career counselors with a richer understanding of their clients’ needs. The case study also emphasizes how administering and providing feedback on the CDDQ in career counseling sessions is likely to foster working alliances. The study concludes by presenting an intervention map based on the CDDQ taxonomy.     

高等学校专业设置工作刍议

当前,在大规模扩招和扩大办学自主权的背景下,高等学校专业设置的重要性越来越凸现。为切实做好高等学校的专业设置工作,避免盲目性与随意性,需要转变观念,充分论证,组织力量进行“前端设计”;加强科学性与民主性的决策,充分发挥学术权力作用,并正确运用行政权力;同时,在按设计方案进行操作中,要以专业设置工作贯穿于其它各项工作之中进行。     

司法裁判的行政决策模式——对中国法院“司法行政化”现象的重新考察

经过近十年的司法改革,中国法院始终没有摒弃那种通过行政审批来进行司法决策的惯常作法。这既造成审理权与裁判权的分离,也使得合议制度变得难以实施。这种司法裁判的行政审批机制之所以盛行不衰,首先是因为法院普遍存在着司法裁判职能与司法行政管理职能的混淆问题,使得具有较高行政级别的司法官员难以与普通法官平等地行使司法裁判权。另一个原因则是在现行司法程序中没有建立一种"通过诉权来制约司法裁判权"的机制,使得控辩双方无法对法官的裁判权产生有效的制约。     

试论公安决策民主化、科学化、法制化

公安决策是公安机关为履行其职能,针对预期目标所进行的方案设计、选择和实施活动的过程。目 前,我国公安机关决策存在一定的滞后性。发扬民主,充分调动决策参与者的积极性、创造性,建立完整科学的公安 决策体制,遵守科学的公安决策程序,并以法律规范决策行为是实现公安科学管理的必由之路。
