我国贫困群体社会救助制度存在的问题及成因分析

我国现行的贫困群体社会救助制度,对保障贫困群体基本生活,维护社会稳定与和谐发挥着非常重要的作用。但其仍存在着许多问题,某些问题业已成为深化经济体制改革和实现社会和谐的障碍。究其原因是多方面的,主要包括改革措施偏离制度目标、分割的二元经济结构的阻碍、政府与市场的关系没有理顺、分税制财政体制的障碍、立法理念落后以及公共决策机制不健全等六个方面。     

Model Discrimination Criteria on Model-Robust Designs

Recently, interest about model discrimination has been focused on methods based on model estimation. Due to the problem of model aliasing, several criteria have been proposed aimed at assessing the capacity of a design for model discrimination. Three of these measures, along with a new criterion that combines them and assesses the overall discrimination capacity of a design, are implemented to evaluate a class of 27-run orthogonal arrays in three levels.     

印度“双重国籍”政策探析

受多重因素的推动,印度海外移民政策在过去几十年间发生了巨大的变化,其中近年来新推出的"双重国籍"政策尤为引人关注,它不仅极大地推动了印度经济的快速发展,而且有力地强化了印度与海外移民间的文化认同和情感联系。然而,该政策尽管在经过不断的发展和完善后已取得了重大的进步,但与真正的双重国籍政策相比仍有很大的一段距离,海外印度人目前并没有获得印度完全的国民身份和地位。虽然前景一片良好,但该政策能否实现最后的突破仍有待继续关注。     

Generation of space-filling uniform designs in unit hypercubes

In this paper a new discrepancy measure of uniformity for uniform designs (UDs) in a unit cube is presented. Alternative measures of uniformity based on distance criteria which can be applied to higher dimensions are also discussed. The good lattice point (glp) method was used to construct the uniform designs. Two approaches (generator equivalence and projection) of reducing the computational cost of the glp method are proposed and discussed. Two examples are presented in this paper.

When She Earns More Than He Does: A Longitudinal Study of Dual‐Earner Couples

In a random sample of 286 full‐time‐employed dual‐earner couples, we tested 3 competing hypotheses: when wives earn more than their husbands, (a) each partner's marital‐role quality (MRQ) decreases; (b) his MRQ increases, whereas effects on her MRQ are mixed; and (c) relationships vary with gender‐role beliefs (i.e., gender‐role ideology and subjective rewards of salary). We conceptualized salary as a couple‐level predictor with 4 components, 2 time varying and 2 time invariant, and estimated the relationship between 2 time‐varying components and MRQ. Women's MRQ was not significantly related to change in relative earnings. However, among men, the relationship varied by salary rewards.     

分销渠道中的零售商合谋与防范研究

在完全分销渠道中,利用博弈模型研究包括制造商层次与零售商层次的双重竞争关系对零售商合谋定价与制造商防范均衡的影响,结果表明:只有在双重竞争较为激烈时,制造商对零售商的合谋定价采取防范措施才能使其得到更大利润;而在双重竞争程度较低时,制造商对零售商的合谋销售不能采取防范措施,否则会得到较低的利润甚至亏损。

Computational Examples of a New Method for Distribution Selection in the Pearson System

A considerable problem in statistics and risk management is finding distributions that capture the complex behaviour exhibited by financial data. The importance of higher order moments in decision making has been well recognized and there is increasing interest in modelling with distributions that are able to account for these effects. The Pearson system can be used to model a wide scale of distributions with various skewness and kurtosis. This paper provides computational examples of a new easily implemented method for selecting probability density functions from the Pearson family of distributions. We apply this method to daily, monthly, and annual series using a range of data from commodity markets to macroeconomic variables.
