有关领导与创造力关系的研究更多关注领导效能的作用,很少探讨真我型领导通过何种机制对创造力产生影响.从自我决定理论视角构建真我型领导影响员工创造力的内在作用机制模型,并以两家民营企业集团中的532名员工及其89名主管为对象,借助中介性调节作用模型及相关技术,验证工作激情和权力距离在真我型领导与员工创造力关系中的中介和调节作用.研究结果表明:1)真我型领导对工作激情和员工创造力均有显著的正向影响;2)工作激情能完全中介真我型领导和员工创造力间关系;3)员工的权力距离感越高,真我型领导对工作激情的正向作用越强,对员工创造力的促进作用也更显著.  相似文献

It is of essential importance that researchers have access to linked employer–employee data, but such data sets are rarely available for researchers or the public. Even in case that survey data have been made available, the evaluation of estimation methods is usually done by complex design-based simulation studies. For this aim, data on population level are needed to know the true parameters that are compared with the estimations derived from complex samples. These samples are usually drawn from the population under various sampling designs, missing values and outlier scenarios. The structural earnings statistics sample survey proposes accurate and harmonized data on the level and structure of remuneration of employees, their individual characteristics and the enterprise or place of employment to which they belong in EU member states and candidate countries. At the basis of this data set, we show how to simulate a synthetic close-to-reality population representing the employer and employee structure of Austria. The proposed simulation is based on work of A. Alfons, S. Kraft, M. Templ, and P. Filzmoser [{\em On the simulation of complex universes in the case of applying the German microcensus}, DACSEIS research paper series No. 4, University of Tübingen, 2003] and R. Münnich and J. Schürle [{\em Simulation of close-to-reality population data for household surveys with application to EU-SILC}, Statistical Methods & Applications 20(3) (2011c), pp. 383–407]. However, new challenges are related to consider the special structure of employer–employee data and the complexity induced with the underlying two-stage design of the survey. By using quality measures in form of simple summary statistics, benchmarking indicators and visualizations, the simulated population is analysed and evaluated. An accompanying study on literature has been made to select the most important benchmarking indicators.  相似文献

已有人的组织承诺和敬业度量表为基础,通过对涉农企业员工的深度访谈,设计涉农企业员工组织承诺和敬业度的调查问卷。运用多元统计技术,通过因子分析得出涉农企业员工组织承诺包含理想承诺、继续承诺、情感承诺和机会承诺4个构面,敬业度包括组织认同、责任心、活力、工作努力、任务聚焦、专注、价值内化等7个构面。就涉农企业员工组织承诺对敬业度的影响作了回归分析,发现理想承诺、情感承诺、继续承诺3个因子对敬业度的7个维度有不同程度的显著影响。  相似文献

我国的带薪年休假条例正式执行已经有一年多的时间了,执行之初饱受争议,争议的焦点就在于带薪年假的执行是成本还是投资。与以往对带薪年假制度研究不同,本文从组织支持感的角度出发,结合个人平衡计分卡方法,从带薪年假制度是否对员工满意度产生影响展开分析,并用实证方法对比分析了西安地区280名已执行与未执行带薪年假制度的企业员工满意度的异同,分析并证明实施带薪年假能为企业带来长远收益,最终实现企业与员工的双赢。  相似文献

Perhaps even more devastating is that 100,813 individuals, 64.6% of the reported AIDS cases have died (CDC, 1991). The AIDS crisis has now found its way into most segments of our society. Women are now the fastest growing category of people with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (Stuntzner-Gibson, 1991). ABSTRACT

Despite federal and state laws and policies aimed at preventing sexual misconduct by school employees, one in ten American students will experience sexual abuse or misconduct at the hands of a K-12 school employee. To explore why such sexual misconduct continues to occur, this study examined the effectiveness of education policies by investigating whether and how school employees understand these policies, how they are implemented, and how loopholes may undermine their intent. This qualitative case study was conducted in three Virginia school districts and included 46 semi-structured interviews with school district employees and county, state, and federal government employees associated with cases of school employee sexual misconduct, and extensive document analysis of school policies and procedures, laws, and court records. Analyses revealed an absence of policy implementation, demonstrated most seriously by a lack of awareness and understanding of policies among school employees, underreporting, and ineffective data collection. The study also identified a number of loopholes in the implementation of policies, resulting from a mismanaged intergovernmental system. The analysis suggests that understanding and implementation of policies meant to prevent sexual misconduct by school employees are fragmented; this fragmentation may be contributing to the continued prevalence of sexual misconduct by school employees.  相似文献

The need to "couple," to have that special person with whom we share not only sexual intimacy but a past, present, and future, is not limited to the "straight" world. Raised by heterosexual parents, gays (male homosexuals) desire that same type of intimacy. Given that intimate relationships provide a very necessary function for the larger community of heterosexuals, those relationships should provide the same function for gays. This paper examines the differences and similarities between long-term gay and heterosexual intimate relationships, and the support each of those types of relationships receives from the community in which they exist.  相似文献

基于资源基础理论探讨精益生产组成要素之间的关系,并以华南地区118家制造企业为研究样本进行实证研究。研究结果表明:员工参与正向影响TQM/TPM,但对JIT的实施并没有直接的影响,需要通过TQM/TPM间接影响;TQM正向影响TPM的实施;TQM、TPM正向影响JIT,且TQM通过TPM间接影响JIT。研究结论对精益生产的相关理论和实践都有重要的价值和意义。  相似文献

通过对某企业调研和问卷分析,构建企业某部门业务流程网和员工社会网络,同时应用UCINET软件对部门流程网和员工社会网间的关系进行分析和讨论,发现该部门员工对本部门业务流程的贡献率有一定的差异,但是差异不大,员工工作分配较为均匀;工作内网中的员工工作讨论网对流程工作网有显著正向影响,工作外网中员工聊天网对流程工作网有显著正向影响,但从研究网络的相关性中发现流程工作网与工作内网和工作外网都显著正向相关。该研究结论对企业如何改善员工社会网络,以推动业务流程的高效执行有一定的指导意义,同时拓展了社会网络理论和方法在管理学中的应用。  相似文献
