以网络为平台的大学生组织生活质量模式探析

目前,大学生组织生活存在内容不够丰富、形式缺乏吸引力,成员沟通交流不足、缺乏民主互动氛围,组织生活缺少针对性和系统性等问题。借助网络平台可以便捷地运用党员教育资源,有效扩大党员教育的辐射度与受益面,从而增强组织生活的吸引力。因此,通过构建党建网络体系和党建教育信息库、网络党支部平台、网上党校平台、网上组织生活的在线交流平台等途径,可以行之有效地对大学生党员进行引导和教育。     

《校雠通义》与章学诚的义例观

章学诚《校雠通义》一书的重点在于论校雠、目录之学,其中申述的关于义例学的观念与《文史通义》一书有着整体的关系。《校雠通义》的义例观包含两层含义：第一层在于《校雠通义》的相关评说体现的关于史著的义例观,第二层在于这种义例观投射在本书的写作上,以其书的自成一体体现出来。章学诚的义例观始终围绕着史书编撰的宗旨与体例展开,《校雠通义》一书充分体现了他“辨章源流”的思想,在论史学、史传、史述、史意的各个环节中,他都强调对源流的清晰把握,并采取了会通贯穿、由博返约的学术方法。作为一部旨在于接续古代校雠学经典的专著,《校雠通义》寓含着“本末兼该,部次相从”的义例观,力图在“洞析幽渺”的基础上摧陷廓清．充分体现了史家的眼光与识断。     

幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导的现状调查与分析——以陕西省为例

采用问卷法,面向全省范围内的幼儿园及0-3岁婴幼儿家长进行问卷调研,了解已开展过0-3岁早期教育服务指导的幼儿园基本现状,以及幼儿园对于开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导的总体意愿;了解家长在0-3岁早期教育方面的需求及现状。调查分析发现,幼儿园超半数有开展0-3岁早期教育服务指导工作的意愿;幼儿园受家长认可、最突出的优势是“办园规范,值得信赖”;服务指导最主要形式为亲子活动和托班;政策、师资、资金是所需的主要支持。据此建议应及早出台相关具体政策规范幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育指导服务,幼儿园也应从师资、形式、内容、场地、时间等方面提升专业性、兼顾灵活性以满足家长需求,幼儿园开展0-3岁早期教育指导服务应在先总结典型经验的基础上逐步推广。     

Bernoulli Processes with Non-Positive Correlations

We deal with sequences of dependent Bernoulli variables with non positive correlations. Some special models for 1-dependent and 2-dependent 0–1 valued variables are analyzed, namely Bernoulli variables obtained by clipping a linear combination of iid variables. Formulas describing dependence of their correlation function on the clipping parameters are derived. The lower bound for the sum of autocorrelations of Bernoulli variables obtained by clipping a Gaussian process is provided.     

On constructing T 2 control charts for retrospective examination

In this paper we consider the issue of constructing retrospective T ² control chart limits so as to control the overall probability of a false alarm at a specified value. We describe an exact method for constructing the control limits for retrospective examination. We then consider Bonferroni-adjustments to Alt's control limit and to the standard x ² control limit as alternatives to the exact limit since it is computationally cumbersome to find the exact limit. We present the results of some simulation experiments that are carried out to compare the performance of these control limits. The results indicate that the Bonferroni-adjusted Alt's control limit performs better that the Bonferroni-adjusted x ² control limit. Furthermore, it appears that the Bonferroni-adjusted Alt's control limit is more than adequate for controlling the overall false alarm probability at a specified value.     

Analysis of a two incongruent arrivals and services M/G/1 queue with random feedback

A queuing system with two incongruent arrivals and services is considered. Two kinds of customers enter the system by Poisson process and the service times are assumed to have general distribution. After first kind service completion, it may feedback to repeat the first service, leave the system or go to give second service. The same policy is applied for the other kind of customer. All stochastic processes involved in this system are independent. We derive the probability generating function for each kind and for the system that yield the performance measures. Some numerical approaches examined the validity of the results.     

SPS措施对农产品贸易的影响——基于Heckman两阶段方法的实证分析

SPS措施是WTO框架下农产品贸易的主要非关税措施。进口国设立SPS作为一种产品质量门槛,其遵从成本首先影响企业的市场进入行为,进而影响其贸易流量。发达国家的出口企业在资金、人才、技术和供应链系统方面更具有遵从的优势,贸易可能由发展中国家转向发达国家。对SPS措施贸易偏转效应的实证检验发现,在SPS措施实施的第一和第二年,贸易偏转效应不明显,原因在于SPS协议对发展中国家有区别对待原则,且农产品生产的区域特征明显。但在SPS措施实施的第三和第四年,农产品进口来源由发展中国家转向发达国家,存在贸易偏转效应。作为农产品出口国,这要求中国的出口企业提高技术水平,增加农产品产业链的固定投资,以遵从国外SPS措施为契机,提高农产品质量层次。
