原语文本与译语文本在翻译实践中存在两种文本之间词项空缺、词汇非完全对应现象,给翻译用词的选择带来困难,影响译文质量。义素分析方法在翻译中的运用可以大大增强译文的准确性,提高译文的品质。在进行具体的义素分析时,可从语义溯源、语域和词汇隐喻三个方面展开。

窦娥形象的萌生最早可上溯至先秦,经两汉、六朝、唐、宋时期的不断发展,至元代登上戏曲舞台,成为关汉卿剧作中一位有血有肉、栩栩如生的人物。其展衍过程大致可以分为四个阶段：先秦庶女,汉代孝妇,六朝至宋之孝妇,元代窦娥形象的成型。

作者基于中国文化中特有的面子理论对消费者在服务失败中的心理反应机制进行了详尽的探讨,提出了以顾客损失、面子丢失和情绪为核心的顾客抱怨倾向模型。该文采用真实录像情景实验法进行了实证研究,证实了面子机制在服务失败下是真实存在的,消费者的面子损失会影响失败后情绪,进而影响其抱怨倾向。     

Fitting ERGMs on big networks

The exponential random graph model (ERGM) has become a valuable tool for modeling social networks. In particular, ERGM provides great flexibility to account for both covariates effects on tie formations and endogenous network formation processes. However, there are both conceptual and computational issues for fitting ERGMs on big networks. This paper describes a framework and a series of methods (based on existent algorithms) to address these issues. It also outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and the conditions to which they are most applicable. Selected methods are illustrated through examples.     

Process Tracing Analysis of Hurricane Information Displays

To study people's processing of hurricane forecast advisories, we conducted a computer‐based experiment that examined 11 research questions about the information seeking patterns of students assuming the role of a county emergency manager in a sequence of six hurricane forecast advisories for each of four different hurricanes. The results show that participants considered a variety of different sources of information—textual, graphic, and numeric—when tracking hurricanes. Click counts and click durations generally gave the same results but there were some significant differences. Moreover, participants’ information search strategies became more efficient over forecast advisories and with increased experience tracking the four hurricanes. These changes in the search patterns from the first to the fourth hurricane suggest that the presentation of abstract principles in a training manual was not sufficient for them to learn how to track hurricanes efficiently but they were able to significantly improve their search efficiency with a modest amount (roughly an hour) of practice. Overall, these data indicate that information search patterns are complex and deserve greater attention in studies of dynamic decision tasks.

论礼貌原则在汉语语境中的解释力

根据话语是礼貌还是不礼貌的标准,交际中可以将其划分成礼貌扬升抑降和不礼貌扬升抑降。礼貌原则是对Grice的合作原则的有益补充,在具体的汉语场合中,二者结合起来可以很好的解释说话者抬升自我的现象。

曹元弼先生近世鸿儒,博通经传,《诗》《礼》传家,而天性纯笃,孝弟力行,经师人师,足为后世士人矜式。其经义礼教,一出悲天悯人,爱人之德,表为学说,乃至经纶人道,所谓为往世继绝学,为万世开太平者,洵之谓也。其主持两湖书院,讲经授业,必承师法,实事求是,所编《经学文钞》十七卷,虽成书于颠沛流离之际,天下多事之秋,而精心编撰,体例完整,系统分明,无异经学总集,乃经义之学之巨薮,可谓不凡。其中论《礼》者凡三卷,总归会通,起敬起孝,礼之为教,本出天衷。此中华经学与礼教之精义,具见此钞。故虽见弃百年,苟圣人横空而出,必能再显此钞之辉煌者也。自今以后,修齐治平者,必有所取焉。
