由于汉语与欧洲语言具有很大的文化差异和不同的"精神面貌",早在20世纪上半叶,就不断有学者呼吁汉语语法研究走独立于英语语法的道路,真正的汉语语法应该以汉语不同于西方语言的特殊规律为主体,同时也反映人类语言的某些共同规律。从文化比较的角度看,汉语的思维、表达和语法与欧洲语言的基本对立表现为灵活与精确、综合与分析、具象与抽象、动态与静态的基本对立。  相似文献

In the face of global competition, many countries are adopting a flexicurity approach to labour regulation, providing employers with greater flexibility to hire and retrench workers while helping workers transition to new jobs. This review of six Asian countries finds that China and the Republic of Korea have enacted such reforms; Singapore and Malaysia provide some ingredients of flexicurity, though no unemployment insurance; India and Sri Lanka have introduced few reforms and continue to rely on an older model of employer-based security. To support informal workers, the Governments of China, India and Sri Lanka use public works, self-employment programmes and skills training.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the network design problem of a firm that manufactures new products and remanufactures returned products in its facilities. 本文引入战略财务弹性的概念,利用动态能力的战略管理分析框架和实际数据,从理论和实证两个方面剖析和测度企业财务的动态能力,得到战略财务弹性的三个能力因子,即与财务相关的企业位势、财务管理路径和财务管理过程。实证结果表明,战略财务弹性能够更好地刻画企业财务的应变能力,并且对企业价值有着显著的正向作用。  相似文献

在买方市场环境下,产品越来越具有时效性,寿命周期越来越短,为了规避风险,经销商往往不以实际预测量来订货。针对该问题,本文在已有的数量弹性契约研究的基础上,以激励相容理论和供应链理论为理念,引入回购契约的方法,提出了一个可以激励经销商的弹性契约优化模型,弥补了弹性契约的不足。用一个算例分析检验了该模型,结果表明,通过调节批发价格和返利比例来引导经销商的订货量趋势,当经销商期望利润最大的订货量与市场平均需求相等时,经销商会客观地估测未来需求量并报给制造商,同时制造商还在此基础上确定具体批发价格和返利比例以使自己利润最大化,从而使经销商与制造商共担供应链环节中的市场风险,并共同为优化整体供应链做出努力。  相似文献

Recent developments in UK policy on health and employment have sought to change perceptions about what constitutes ‘fitness for work’. With the aim of reducing the incidence and duration of sickness absence, a range of initiatives, including the introduction of the ‘fit note’, are challenging the belief that it is necessary to be 100 per cent well in order to be at work. However, this article suggests that contextual factors independent of health may also influence people's decisions about whether or not to attend work at times of reduced wellness. Drawing upon data from a qualitative study of mental health and employment, this article illustrates how the terms and conditions of a person's employment may influence sickness absence decisions in a number of ways. It is argued that sick pay provisions, size of employer and nature of work may influence both decisions to take time off and decisions about when to return to work. The degree of flexibility to manage one's workload around times of poorer health may also have a bearing on whether people feel able to carry on with their work without recourse to sickness absence. Therefore, it may be important for policy interventions to consider not only health circumstances but also structural/contextual influences on conceptualizations of being ‘fit for work’. The implications of such contextually‐influenced decision‐making for ‘presenteeism’ are also considered. It is suggested that current conceptualizations of presenteeism are somewhat ambiguous; employees coming to work despite ill health is simultaneously presented as a problem and an aspiration.  相似文献

广东"城中村"现有管理制度呈现刚性化、同质化特征,这既是城乡二元体制使然,也是管理方式不完善所致。在"城中村"建立和健全以人为中心的、有别于城市的柔性化、异质化管理模式将有助于实现城乡和谐发展。具体而言,这种理论构想包括三方面内容:第一,纠正过去的单边主义思维,将"城中村"视为城市一部分,并纳入城市发展的管理体系中;第二,建设"城中村"特别社区,与城市管理体系中的"街道"区别开来;第三,真正落实"以人为本"的管理理念,尊重乡民文化自身发展的独特规律,避免原住民族群文化传承的中断、与中心城市文化的疏离和代际心理的失衡以及其他不和谐因素。  相似文献

The inception of When Work Works – a theoretical- and research-based model of change in promoting effective and flexible workplaces dates back to the confluence of a number of factors in the early 1990s. One decade later, this ‘perfect storm’ of factors led to the creation of When Work Works, and two decades later, to this critical assessment of the foundation for and results of this model of change. When Work Works has used partnerships with nationwide business organizations with community chapters in combination with media coverage, educational events, the creation of tools and materials and grassroots methods to communicate well-researched information to employers that show workplace flexibility is not just a favor or perk for employees but can be a powerful strategy for promoting better outcomes for both employers and employees. The program has been responsible for implementing a rigorous award and providing numerous community-based recognition and educational events on workplace effectiveness and flexibility around the country and for assisting many employers to effectively create more flexible and effective workplaces. When Work Works has been designed around eight key principles for creating change on a national level. This paper presents the context in which When Work Works evolved, a detailed discussion of the eight principles of Families and Work Institute's model of change, its results and lessons other organizations may wish to apply in their own change initiatives.  相似文献

The paper conceptualizes changes in the labour market and suggests labour market policies/reforms after Slovenia has joined the European Monetary Union. The loss of monetary sovereignty implies that in case of an external shock the labour market is burdened by a large amount of the adjustment process. But to increase flexibility of the labour market requires politically unpopular reforms. At the moment, Slovenia is faced with high inflation and a rigid labour market, which is also a key element of its low competitiveness. The reforms were halted under the pressure of their unpopularity. The paper, although concentrating on Slovenia, has general implications since the experiences of the newcomer to EMU are significant for other transition economies which are expected to follow the same path.
