开展校本行动研究 实现高职英语课程效益最优化

校本行动研究是一线教师为了提高本校教育教学质量,针对本校实际问题,在本校中开展的研究与行动相结合的研究活动。对高职英语课程开展校本行动研究是实施该课程改革的前提与基础,是该课程实施过程与质量评价的保障与基石,同时也是教师专业成长＂最草根＂的路径,是实现高职英语课程效益最大化的有效途径。     

Prediction intervals for farima processes by bootstrap methods

In this paper we introduce a procedure to compute prediction intervals for FARIMA (p d q) processes, taking into account the variability due to model identification and parameter estimation. To this aim, a particular bootstrap technique is developed. The performance of the prediction intervals is then assessed and compared to that of stand­ard bootstrap percentile intervals. The methods are applied to the time series of Nile River annual minima.     

The generalized odd half-Cauchy family of distributions: Properties and applications

We introduce and study general mathematical properties of a new generator of continuous distributions with one extra parameter called the generalized odd half-Cauchy family. We present some special models and investigate the asymptotics and shapes. The new density function can be expressed as a linear mixture of exponentiated densities based on the same baseline distribution. We derive a power series for the quantile function. We discuss the estimation of the model parameters by maximum likelihood and prove empirically the flexibility of the new family by means of two real data sets.

Unconditional analogues of Cochran–Mantel–Haenszel tests

The Cochran–Mantel–Haenszel tests are a suite of tests that are usually defined as conditional tests, tests that assume all marginal totals are known before sighting the data. Here unconditional analogues of these tests are defined for the more usual situation when the marginal totals are not known before sighting the data.     

基于分层教学理论的高职高专公共英语教改探索

针对高职高专院校学生生源的层次差异,英语教学可采用分层教学,即根据学生个体差异,将学生分成不同水平的班组,制订不同的计划、目标和方法进行教学。分层教学能够使更多的学生在各自基础上得到最为有效、合理的发展,使各类学生的潜能都能得到最大程度的开发。分层教学实施过程中,要注意制订科学合理的分层方案,进行科学有效的管理,注重教师教育科研水平的提升。     

Sensitivity Analysis Using Risk Measures

In a quantitative model with uncertain inputs, the uncertainty of the output can be summarized by a risk measure. We propose a sensitivity analysis method based on derivatives of the output risk measure, in the direction of model inputs. This produces a global sensitivity measure, explicitly linking sensitivity and uncertainty analyses. We focus on the case of distortion risk measures, defined as weighted averages of output percentiles, and prove a representation of the sensitivity measure that can be evaluated on a Monte Carlo sample, as a weighted average of gradients over the input space. When the analytical model is unknown or hard to work with, nonparametric techniques are used for gradient estimation. This process is demonstrated through the example of a nonlinear insurance loss model. Furthermore, the proposed framework is extended in order to measure sensitivity to constant model parameters, uncertain statistical parameters, and random factors driving dependence between model inputs.     

高等院校职业化教育培养要素及其差异探究

我国高等院校开展职业化教育的重要性已被国内高等教育研究者广泛关注,但缺乏职业化教育培养体系的研究。高等院校职业化教育应以职业化的评判标准为基础,其核心是职业综合素质的培养。职业素质培养是高等院校职业化教育的最终目标,职业素养培养是高等教育职业素质培养的重要环节。可以根据不同类型高等院校的学生特点和培养目标开展适宜的职业化教育。
