先进管理信息系统下的企业物流成本管理

文章以企业实施先进的管理信息系统为基础,根据物流成本管理中存在的问题,提出了完善和加强我国企业物流成本管理的措施.     

MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ESTIMATION FOR A POISSON RATE PARAMETER WITH MISCLASSIFIED COUNTS

This paper proposes a Poisson‐based model that uses both error‐free data and error‐prone data subject to misclassification in the form of false‐negative and false‐positive counts. It derives maximum likelihood estimators (MLEs) for the Poisson rate parameter and the two misclassification parameters — the false‐negative parameter and the false‐positive parameter. It also derives expressions for the information matrix and the asymptotic variances of the MLE for the rate parameter, the MLE for the false‐positive parameter, and the MLE for the false‐negative parameter. Using these expressions the paper analyses the value of the fallible data. It studies characteristics of the new double‐sampling rate estimator via a simulation experiment and applies the new MLE estimators and confidence intervals to a real dataset.     

Syntactic variation and beyond: Gender and social class variation in the use of discourse‐new markers1

The paper explores the relations between syntactic variation and the large‐scale social dimensions of gender and social class. It argues on the basis of an analysis of the marking of discourse‐new entities in interview speech that syntactic variants may frequently be involved in sociolinguistic variation, but indirectly, as just one of a broad set of choices that includes forms drawn from other components of language besides syntax. The analysis shows that although there is no sociolinguistic variation in the use of the strategies speakers use to mark discourse‐new information, there are significant social class and gender differences in the use of Noun Phrases that are not marked. Whilst acknowledging the risks of generalising on the basis of large‐scale social categories, an interpretation of these differences is suggested in relation to findings from previous research that suggest differences in the interactive style of different gender and social class groups. The paper discusses some implications of the analysis for the fields of language variation and change, and pragmatics.

信息不对称下税收征管的多重博弈分析

根据税收征管过程中的信息不对称现象,将税务机关稽查成功的概率及应税企业偷漏税行为所带来的诚信损失这两个变量引入税收监督博弈模型,进行税收征管的多重博弈分析。分析结果表明,税收征管博弈混合战略纳什均衡不仅与税务稽查成本、罚款倍数、应税企业的偷漏税金额有关,而且与税务机关能否稽查出偷漏税的概率、应税企业偷漏税行为带来的长期额外损失有关。     

社会信息化与高校德育创新

信息化是当前社会的主要特征,社会信息化进程的加快对我国高校德育提供了前所未有的挑战和契机。澄清社会信息化进程中高校德育所面临的困惑,探讨了如何在社会转型期进行高校德育创新。     

基于武器装备动员的委托代理问题研究

与普通企业利润最大化目标不同,基于武器装备动员的生产企业的目标具有多重性。当前武器装备生产企业中相关的制度安排是影响企业效率的主要原因。减少委托代理成本,提高激励水平,是提高武器装备动员体系的效率的有效途径。     

基于双方不确定性的逆向选择问题

在逆向选择经典模型及其改进模型、尤其是在具有私人信息委托人模型的基础上,提出并建立了一种具有现实背景的双方同时面临不确定性的逆向选择模型.通过对模型的求解与分析,将得出的基于双方不确定性的逆向选择的最优契约与完全信息和对称信息下的最优契约进行比较,发现不确定性与信息的不对称性都带来效率或产出水平的扭曲,并且这种扭曲混合在一起,或者相互加剧,或者相互抵消.     

适应网格环境的物流网络研究

随着物流网络这一概念的明确,对物流网络运行环境特性与对应发展模式等问题的探索已接踵而至.本文论证了物流网络应与将逐步兴起的网格环境协调发展的合理性,并展开了对物流网络与网格环境协调发展的框架结构、网络服务资源管理等一些关键问题的进一步分析.     

中国会计的被“殖民主义”思考

综述了美国经济霸权主义、经济全球化和新自由主义思潮对中国会计的影响,以全新的视角分析了马太效应对中国会计被殖民主义的影响,给出了具有中国特色的应对会计被殖民主义的措施及会计国际化进程中的检验标准和纠偏机制。
