绘本教学对幼儿情绪调节能力的影响

为探索绘本教学对幼儿情绪调节能力发展的影响,本研究使用实验法和问卷法,随机选取某幼儿园中班共48名幼儿为研究对象以及幼儿所在班的W老师为实验合作者,以《中国第一套儿童情绪管理图画书》为载体对24名幼儿实施情绪绘本教学,实验组和对照组同时采用《幼儿情绪调节发展状况问卷》（教师评定）对幼儿情绪调节能力进行前测和后测。研究结果显示,实验组幼儿与对照组幼儿在基本情绪识别与理解、情绪的表达、情绪的调控和情绪的运用等方面的发展水平差异显著;实验组幼儿情绪调节能力各维度前后测存在显著性差异;对照组幼儿的情绪调节水平前后没有出现显著性差异。研究结果表明绘本教学促进了幼儿情绪调节能力的发展。     

基于《巴塞尔Ⅲ最终方案》的弹性杠杆率监管研究

弹性资本充足率监管加刚性杠杆率监管存在机理性缺陷。弹性资本充足率监管会影响刚性杠杆率监管的效果,刚性杠杆率监管也不能体现杠杆累积在时间维度和空间维度风险的变化。若引入弹性杠杆率缓冲,刚性杠杆率监管加弹性资本充足率监管的机理性缺陷就可以避免。因此,有必要实施弹性杠杆率监管,杠杆率的弹性化程度与银行的系统重要性程度相对应。     

中国单身女性的困境: 多元交叉的社会压力和歧视

随着中国单身人口比例的上升,单身人群特别是单身女性群体受到了社会各个层面的关注。目前国内对单身女性的研究主要通过深度访谈来探讨单身未婚女性的身心和生活状态,缺乏系统的理论观照,且访谈样本又大都局限于大城市的中产阶层单身未婚女性,因而限制了研究成果的代表性。从交叉性理论出发,分析中国单身女性面临的宏观(儒家文化和人口调控压力)、中观(媒体的形象控制和代际压力)和微观(性别歧视、年龄歧视和单身歧视)的多元交叉压力和歧视,厘清目前单身女性所受到的压力和歧视,从不同阶层单身女性的需求出发,才能为她们提供切实有效的帮助,并有助于解决目前我国单身人口比例上升的问题,缓解人口老龄化的压力。     

从“嗑瓜子事件”看教师教育惩戒权规制

我国法律明确规定班主任有权采取适当方式批评教育学生，但对何谓适度并未作出清晰界定。因此，班主任批评教育学生时容易将惩戒越界为体罚，同时，因为缺乏评价标准，涉及惩罚学生的事件往往成为舆论热点。2014年底，湖南省娄底卫校某班主任因惩罚学生而引发的“嗑瓜子事件”，迅速成为网络热点，再次证明了规制教师教育惩戒权的必要性。应在坚持反对体罚的前提下，厘定“教育惩戒”与“变相体罚”两个概念的关系，并对教育惩戒权行使作详细规定。     

环境管制、知识产权保护与区域创新能力——基于我国省际面板数据的实证研究

文章基于政府主导视角,利用2006—2015年我国30个省级面板数据,构建多元回归模型,分析变量之间的关系.其结果显示,环境管制、知识产权保护与区域创新能力之间呈非线性关系,环境管制与知识产权保护同时实施对区域创新能力有显著的促进作用,且具有区域异质性.从企业生存角度出发,提出门槛效应假说,采用Hansen面板门槛回归模型进行检验.结果表明,在环境管制与知识产权保护共同发挥作用时,环境管制必须控制在合理的范围内.最后采用门槛效应回归方法找到了环境管制与知识产权保护对区域创新能力影响的门槛值,并提出相应的政策建议.     

The Structure of Legal Relations in Online Transactions*

As the civil law expression of internet plus transactions, the legal relations in online trading platform transactions constitute a complex aggregate of legal relationships composed of groups of legal relations. Specifically, they consist of three basic interlinked legal relationships: Contract relations for online trading platform services between the platform provider and the seller or service provider, and between the platform provider and the consumer. This includes the sales or service contract relations between the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer. These relations contain five kinds of major content, viz., the provision of transaction space, the publishing of transaction information, price escrow payment, distribution and delivery of the commodity, and transaction credit evaluation. They involve three forms of supplementary legal relations: the supplementary contract relationship between the platform provider and a third party payment institution; between the seller and third party credit reporting agency; and between the seller and a logistics enterprise. The three forms of supplementary contractual legal relations are set up to act on the major contents of the basic legal relationships in online transactions. On the basis of the online trading platform service contract relationships between the platform provider and the triad of the seller, the service provider and the consumer, the flow of the above- mentioned legal relations centers on the contract of sales or service set up between the seller, the service provider and the consumer to accomplish the aim of the online transaction, meet social needs and boost economic development.     

德国对外国投资者并购德国公司的安全审查制度及其法律对策

通过对《德国对外经济法》《德国对外经济条例》改革的介绍及其与欧盟法、《关贸总协定》的比较,认为应对这两个德国法中的"公共安全和国家秩序"进行更加准确的界定,并分析了这次改革对我国企业在德国以及欧盟范围内并购德国企业所产生的法律风险,进而提出事先和事后的应对策略。     

Insider research,validity issues,and the OHS professional: one person’s journey

Validity in the context of qualitative research may take on many different definitions depending on the philosophical perspective. When a researcher conducts research within their place of employment, this will also influence the approach and interpretation. Insider research has been under scrutiny for the very fact that the insider is an actor within the setting. This paper explores my journey, conducting insider research and working as an occupational health and safety practitioner, by presenting an example of the methods used, including reflectivity and reflexivity, to address validity issues which may arise prior, during and post data collection.     

Difficulties in Emotion Regulation as a Mediator of the Relationship Between Child Sexual Abuse Victimization and Sexual Aggression Perpetration in Male College Students

Although numerous studies document a link between child sexual abuse and later sexual assault perpetration in men, little research has examined why this relationship exists. One potential mechanism may be emotional regulation difficulties. The current study utilizes a college sample of 132 men to examine the mediating role of emotion regulation difficulties on the relationship between experiencing child sexual abuse and later sexual aggression. Although emotion regulation difficulties in general was not significantly related to sexual aggression, one facet, impulse control difficulties, emerged as a significant mediator of the relationship between child sexual abuse and sexual aggression. Intervention programs should focus on the care that children receive following sexual abuse, with particular emphasis on how emotion regulation abilities may be impacted.     

Symptoms of Eating Disorders Among Females in Drug Addiction Treatment

The aim of this study is to measure and describe symptoms of eating disorders among females in treatment for drug addiction in Norway. Previous clinical and epidemiological studies have revealed coprevalence between eating disorders and substance use or abuse. However, few studies have measured eating disorders in drug-using samples and even fewer within the context of drug treatment. In this study, 29 females with drug use disorder in residential treatment were tested with the Eating Disorder Inventory–2. A subgroup of 9 females (31%) with significant symptoms of eating disorders was identified. The characteristics of this group and possible clinical consequences are discussed.
