Order statistics from the linear-exponential distribution,part I: increasing hazard rate case

For the linear-exponential distribution with increasing hazard rate, exact and explicit expressions for means, product moments and percentage points of order statistics are obtained. Some recurrence relations for both single and product moments of order statistics are also derived. These recurrence relations would enable one to obtain all the higher order moments of order statistics for all sample sizes from those of the lower order     

Efficient Estimation of Parameters of the Negative Binomial Distribution

In this article we investigate a class of moment-based estimators, called power method estimators, which can be almost as efficient as maximum likelihood estimators and achieve a lower asymptotic variance than the standard zero term method and method of moments estimators. We investigate different methods of implementing the power method in practice and examine the robustness and efficiency of the power method estimators.

中外合作项目学生词汇学习策略调查与研究

以中外合作办学项目100名新生为研究对象,通过问卷及词汇试卷调查学生词汇策略使用状况,分析词汇策略和词汇成绩之间的相关性,以及词汇策略使用差异。结果表明：中外合作项目学生在词汇学习观念上存在偏差,且观念和行动不一致;词汇策略使用总体状况不理想,即使是成绩优秀的学生,也不善综合使用元认知策略和多种认知策略促进词汇学习。在研究结果基础上,对词汇教学提出了建议。     

一种榫卯连接方钢管组装框架模型的荷载 位移曲线试验研究

提出一种榫卯连接方钢管组装框架结构。对两个方向的平面框架模型进行受力性能试验。介绍试验概况，给出框架模型的竖向荷载与挠度和水平荷载与水平侧移曲线，这些曲线介于刚节点框架和铰节点框架之间，属于半刚性节点框架的范畴。     

Bivariate short distributions

The method of MML estimation for a univariate normal (Tiku 1967, 1973) is extended to a bivariate normal population. Thus, a theoretical foundation is given to the robust correlation coefficient proposed by Tiku and Balakrishnan (1986).     

Tolerance‐based error reduction in multi‐agent bioassays

Some degree of error is inevitable in multi‐agent bioassays regardless of design or measurement technology. Estimation error can be reduced post facto by exploiting the matrix partial ordering of the bioassay survival estimates. The standard method for this is order‐restricted regression (ORR). If the joint action of the bioassay agents admits a tolerance‐based interpretation, additional structure beyond matrix partial ordering is available, leading to a new method of error reduction. This tolerance‐based error reduction (TBER) procedure almost always outperforms ORR. Like ORR, TBER applies to complete factorial bioassay designs and, using weighting, to incomplete designs.     

联合风险投资的网络特性与价值溢出机理分析

本文建立了存在网络效应与不存在网络效应下的联合风险投资古诺模型,并对两种条件下的均衡投资额以及均衡收益进行了横向和纵向地比较分析,探讨了不同溢出能力参数对联合投资的网络特性以及投资决策和投资收益的关系,提出了是否提供增值服务的两阶段投资决策。     

论“职工中心主义”下的职工持股会制度

职工持股制度的萌芽始发于20世纪60年代的美国,后来其在西方国家进一步发展完善.人们普遍认为这种制度是一种企业内部对职工的激励机制,可以促进职工财产的形成,确保和发扬职工对公司的归属意识和忠诚心,从而提高企业的生产效率.20世纪90年代,为了适应国有企业改革的需要,中国的职工持股计划开始起步.随着实践的展开,职工持股会的设立与运行成为该制度中的核心问题.文章结合我国立法实践和学者的论著,从"职工中心主义"的视角,论述我国职工持股会制度的法律构造.     

贪污罪要件及共同贪污定性新论

贪污罪的行为对象虽是公共财物,但也包括非公共财物;其犯罪主体的本质在于从事公务;所谓利用职务便利,是以利用本人的职务便利即直接利用为原则,但也包括间接利用即借助于他人的职务便利;间接利用的成立须以利用者在职务上足以制约被利用者并且同属于一个单位为必需。共同贪污的定性宜以主犯决定说为原则,辅之以身份犯决定说和实行犯决定说。
