浅析中国数字音乐产业的现状及发展

随着信息时代的到来,人们对互联网越来越依赖,互联网和移动通信成为音乐最大的传输渠道,传统唱片的地位急剧下降,数字音乐迅速推广和蔓延,彩铃、在线试听、手机音乐等成为人们新的获取音乐的方式。分析了数字音乐如此火爆的原因,探讨了数字音乐在发展中存在的问题以及应该怎样解决这些问题的对策,并对数字音乐的发展趋势作了展望。     

被容忍的装饰——管窥欧洲早期复调音乐形式的发展演变

中世纪是欧洲文化重要的形成期。复调的产生对西方音乐意义重大,它是在宗教强权文化统治下,在宗教与非宗教音乐遗产的对抗与冲突中,且无法找到艺术上的表现渠道的情势下,教会音乐文化内部分化并被挤压出来的结果。其从早期奥尔加农到盛期经文歌形式的发展演变,是欧洲宗教与世俗音乐文化权利话语较量的集中体现。

由于在遗产保护和遗产研究方面的显著特色,澳大利亚遗产保护体系得到了普遍认可。文章以澳大利亚国家遗产名录的遗产地评估为例,介绍其遗产评估体系特色,如国家遗产评估程序,名录评估标准,影响国家遗产名录登录的要素等,以期为我国的遗产保护提供一些借鉴。     

新版《中日交流标准日本语初级》之问题点探究与对策

新版《中日交流标准日本语》是一套使用非常广泛,十分受欢迎的面向第二外语和自学者的教材,但也存在一些不完善之处。本文从单词、语法、练习三方面,总结了新版《中日交流标准日本语（初级）》存在的问题,并对教师和学习者提出了在教学中的弥补对策以及科学学习方法的建议。呼吁本教材的编写者能针对这些问题认真重新考虑、整理修订,使这套影响力巨大的教材更加完美。     

中国(上海)自由贸易试验区服务业开放度评估——基于负面清单的考察

2014版负面清单与2013版负面清单相比,通过取消、修改条款与放宽条款条件,服务业开放度得以提升,一些措施的表述更加清晰,限制条件更为明确,透明度进一步提高。但一些关键性领域的开放在此次负面清单的修订中并未体现,服务业开放的力度未超出预期,对资本项目的开放程度还不够,金融、电信等领域的准入门槛依然较高,未来仍有很大的开放空间和优化余地。     

英藏黑水城所出两件粮食相关文书再研究

许生根发表《英藏黑水城出土四件元代军政文书初探》一文,对4件与仓库粮食有关的文书进行了分析。本文在对其中两件文书重新释录整理的基础上,指出元代亦集乃路的粮食来源多元化,除了甘州等地、宁夏府路外,河东宣慰司也是其来源地之一。     

Graph Algorithms with Small Communication Costs

We study minimizing communication cost in parallel algorithm design, by minimizing the number of communication phases in coarse-grained parallel computers. There have been several recent papers dealing with parallel algorithms of small communication cost under different models. Most of these results are for computational geometry problems. For these problems it has been possible to decompose tasks into appropriate subproblems in a communication-efficient way. It appears to be somewhat more difficult to design parallel algorithms with small communication phases for graph theory problems. In this paper we focus on the design of deterministic algorithms with a small number of communication phases for the list ranking problem and the shortest path problem.

Dynamic Pricing and Inventory Management with Dual Suppliers of Different Lead Times and Disruption Risks

It is common for a firm to make use of multiple suppliers of different delivery lead times, reliabilities, and costs. In this study, we are concerned with the joint pricing and inventory control problem for such a firm that has a quick‐response supplier and a regular supplier that both suffer random disruptions, and faces price‐sensitive random demands. We aim at characterizing the optimal ordering and pricing policies in each period over a planning horizon, and analyzing the impacts of supply source diversification. We show that, when both suppliers are unreliable, the optimal inventory policy in each period is a reorder point policy and the optimal price is decreasing in the starting inventory level in that period. In addition, we show that having supply source diversification or higher supplier reliability increases the firm's optimal profit and lowers the optimal selling price. We also demonstrate that, with the selling price as a decision, a supplier may receive even more orders from the firm after an additional supplier is introduced. For the special case where the quick‐response supplier is perfectly reliable, we further show that the optimal inventory policy is of a base‐stock type and the optimal pricing policy is a list‐price policy with markdowns.
