随着自贡市经济体制的不断深化,第三方物流得到快速发展并已成为自贡经济发展的一个重要的产业和新的经济增长点。自贡市在】11南地区具有经济区位优势、工业基础厚实及消费水平高等条件,这有利于促进第三方物流的发展。结合影响自贡市第三方物流进一步发展存在的问题,需要加强交通道路和基础设施建设、全面规范物流行业的进入与市场运行机制、建立物流企业战略联盟、加快企业信息化建设、加强物流人才培养与引进等方面的工作,从而促进其健康发展。

Wage differentials within a female‐dominated occupation: Domestic workers in informal and flexible jobs in Portugal

The authors use an original cross‐sectional data set to examine the impact of informal and flexible contractual arrangements on the wages of domestic workers hired by private employers in Portugal. OLS estimations suggest that formality benefits workers, whether they have a stable or a flexible contract. However, social and labour market processes help to shape and maintain inequality, especially for migrant workers. Although skills are undervalued and do not generate rewards, higher wages are identified for workers who are engaged in contingent work, work for multiple employers or provide care for the elderly. However, such workers are still subject to exploitation and insecurity.     

长江三角洲物流业集聚及其影响因素研究

2002年～2012年,长三角物流业集聚水平总体呈现下降趋势,城市极化作用不断变大,物流集聚和扩散效应显著增强。与2002年相比,2012年消费流通水平是长三角区域物流集聚产生差异的主导因素,且影响程度在上升;对外开放程度对长三角区域物流集聚具有高度正相关,且影响幅度增加;经济发展水平对长三角区域物流集聚促进作用显著,且影响程度变大;制造业发展水平、物质资本投入和城市规模对物流集聚的影响不显著。     

盐业契约“中证人”制度研究

通过对现存的盐业契约的研究,从中可以看出在盐业契约的制定和实施过程中,由于国家具体插手盐业契约事务很少,其签订的依据、股份的承担与划分、纠纷的解决等都是依据已成惯例的“井规”或“厂规”,抑或当事人自己的约定,因此怎样约束双方的行为、监督契约的顺利履行就显得十分必要。而中证人制度的设计与适用为盐业契约的订立、履行和纠纷的解决提供了保障,其存在具有一定的特殊性和深厚的法理依据,从法律特征来看,作为“私证”范畴的中证人制度是现代公证制度产生与发展的基础,对现代公证制度具有重要的促进及借鉴作用。     

基于心理契约ERA循环的物业管理处主任岗位技能标准体系设计

本研究旨在提高管理处主任队伍绩效考核的针对性和合理性,规范物业管理处主任基本技能及要求,对国内物业管理行业岗位技能标准体系设计有一定的意义。采用文献综述法、访谈法和问卷调查法等方法进行研究。以心理契约ERA循环管理理论为指导,确立了职业操守和工作技能两个指标体系,并分别对每一指标体系内容及评价标准进行了界定。     

论契约文化在管理中的凸现

契约文化的管理功能是通过管理活动中的文化融合、价值观渗透和引导管理者理性抉择来实现的。即契约文化与管理的融合,成为跨文化价值观的“交集”;企业文化是个人价值观与组织哲学观的价值定位,契约文化则是实现其价值观定位的支撑;契约文化价值定位所形成的“组织惯例”引导管理行为理性选择。     

风险管理视角下我国农村电商物流的发展

文章从当前农村电商物流现状研究出发,分析了当前农村电商物流发展所面临的三大类风险,并给出了相应的风险防范策略,最后对农村电商物流的发展做了总结和展望,为农村电商物流的发展提供参考。     

Intergenerational Relations between English Students,Graduates Living at Home,and their Parents

Debate about intergenerational relations has become more prominent since the financial crisis of 2007–09, focusing particularly on the difficulties faced by young adults trying to enter the labour and housing markets, whilst often bearing high levels of debt incurred as students. This article reviews the nature of the ‘intergenerational contract’ at both the micro level of the family, and at the macro level between individuals and the state. We then present qualitative, empirical data on the relationship between parents and: (1) their student children; and (2) their graduate children who have returned home. We focus primarily on the financial support provided by parents to the two groups. We explore why support is given, and the nature of similarities and differences in terms of what is given. We find that virtually all parents who were able to support their young adult children financially did so, but to different degrees and with different amounts of tension and anxiety. We suggest that the increased importance of the intergenerational contract at the micro level is likely to contribute to intra‐ rather than intergenerational inequalities.
