起自尼采,经由存在主义、结构主义与后现代主义对于传统形而上学的彻底批判,这个创作哲学和思考哲学的研究范式,就像上帝死亡那样,似乎也处在弥留之际。这种看法有点肤浅。这些叛逆的哲学流派,在批判传统形而上学的过程中,也构造了属于自己的形而上学的概念和方法,形成了自己的研究范式。20世纪,“关系”从哲学的方法论范畴,一跃而成为元哲学范畴,成为引领新型形而上学的关节点。因此,形而上学没死。形而上学不会死,因为没有形而上学就没有哲学。关系研究的关键则是必须由无目的的合目的性原则以非在场性凸显出来。任何以在场性规定的关系准则都是话语的暴政。关系由凸显的方式实现.以罗素悖论和哥德尔定理为代表的逻辑与哲学中的最大难题就将迎刃而解。  相似文献

The networked age promises global digital cultures with flattened power relations, given the affordances of information and communication technologies to collapse distance, enable easier cross-country collaborations and create new opportunities for knowledge production and sharing. In the academic domains, indications are that knowledge patterns continue to reflect physically based geopolitical realities – where knowledge from the South is still peripheral while knowledge from the North still dominates in terms of all the conventional metrics. This study explores the potential role of digital affordances to challenge structural Northern bias and generates questions about knowledge production and dissemination in the climate change knowledge domain. It is framed by the field of scholarly communication within an African setting and by the emergent field of climate change which is fraught with debates and contestations, particularly regarding mitigation and adaptation. It draws on Southern theory which interrogates the global dynamics of knowledge production and dissemination. It explores the intersection of the discoverability and visibility of local climate change research methodologically from the outside in, through an experiment of searches for ‘climate change/South Africa’ and from the inside out by reviewing the online presence of one climate change group in a top-ranked African university.  相似文献

We use organizational justice theory to examine how perceptions of fairness affect the decision‐making process of line managers. In‐depth interviews were conducted with 35 Irish managers to explore how managers make organizational allocation decisions in cases where it is impractical to offer work–life balance accommodations to all employees. The findings suggest that firstly, managers construct the ‘life’ aspect of work–life balance within a heteronormative framework, where the emphasis is on caregiving and most usually parenting. Secondly, managers actively use their decision‐making powers around both formal and informal work–life balance supports to minimize injustice within their departments. By bringing together ideas about organizational justice and managerial decision‐making, we indicate how managers determine fairness through a decision‐making process narrowed by embedded gender role beliefs. Implications for future research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The houses that educated migrants from highland Madagascar build in their home villages are generally large in scale and modern in style. They are also usually empty and in a very poor state of repair. This article is about how these houses articulate the ambivalent relationship of migrants to their ancestral land and the family they have left behind there. The argument goes beyond analyses of émigrés' houses that simply see such constructions as ways of maintaining links to their point of origin and suggests that they also act as means of attenuating such connections. In fact, they embody and symbolize a range of contradictions and tensions typical of the migrant experience, such as presence and absence, connection and separation, individual ambition and communal obligation.  相似文献

The present article focuses on quantitative research carried out on a statistically representative sample of Italian primary schools with a high concentration of immigrant students. Research data show that schools with a higher number of immigrant students offer a greater number and a wider variety of intercultural initiatives. The presence of immigrant students serves as an effective stimulus in enhancing intercultural approaches. Furthermore, the opinions of head teachers about the proposal of ‘separate classes’ for immigrant students and the proposed ‘limit of 30% on the presence’ of immigrant students are negative. These judgements do not change in a statistically significant manner in relation to concentration of immigrant students: in particular, higher rates of immigrant students are not related to more positive opinions. Continuing education on intercultural issues is widely adopted, mainly on behalf of teachers and less often on behalf of head teachers and other school personnel. Finally, activities by ‘linguistic facilitators’ and ‘linguistic and cultural mediators’ are not significantly related to a decrease in perceived concern regarding problematic situations.  相似文献

作为中国古代哲学的总结者,王船山对于形而上与形而下之间的区分作出了不同于宋明儒家的理解.他的理解主要从两个前提出发:第一,之谓与谓之之辨,通过这两个语词的区分,王船山明确了形而上与形而下的区分不是世界固有区域的客观划分,而是根据主体的存在方式才作出的主观性划分;第二,有无与隐显之辨,通过这个讨论,王船山告诉我们,形而上与形而下之别是隐显之别,而不是有无之辨.王船山对形上、形下的如上解读意味着把哲学之思从形而上学框架内解放出来的努力,意味着后形而上学视域的开启.  相似文献

The objective of our study is to look for anequilibrium among three factors: the privatebenefits that main shareholders can obtain fromthe firm, the social benefits derived from acertain ownership structure (such assupervision and alignment of interests) and thecosts derived from ownership concentration(such as loss of liquidity and riskdiversification). Our empirical analysis allowsus to conclude that the supervisory role ofownership is more intense in firms where thepotential conflict of interest betweenshareholders and managers is greater, andtherefore the value of the firm can beincreased through a specific composition of itsshareholders.  相似文献
