民国时期天津产业工人劳动保障问题探析

民国时期,政府、企业和社会团体为了维护社会和生产秩序建立了各种保护劳工的措施,如膳宿设施、安全与医疗卫生设施、教育设施、经济设施、劳动保险措施以及娱乐设施等。这些举措对于过去来讲是从无到有的一大进步,但具体实施成效尚需进一步探究。文章主要考察民国时期天津产业工人的劳动保障措施,并对其成效进行分析。     

探析社会医疗保险制度中的异地就医问题

当前,我国社会医疗保险制度中的异地就医问题十分突出:报销流程复杂、监督管理困难、报销比例低、待遇兑现难等等。文章针对异地就医过程中存在的有关问题进行研究,在认真分析异地就医待遇兑现不畅通的现状和根源的基础上,深入探索解决路径,探索构建异地就医待遇兑现的畅通机制,进而提出解决异地就医问题的思路和对策。     

Graph productivity change measure using the least distance to the pareto-efficient frontier in data envelopment analysis

This paper proposes a new method to measure productivity change of decision making units in the full input-output space. The new approach is based on the calculation of the least distance to the Pareto-efficient frontier and hence provides the closest targets for evaluated decision making units to reach the strongly efficient frontier with least effort. Another advantage of the new methodology is that it always leads to feasible solutions. The productivity change in the new approach is operationalized as a Luenberger-type indicator in the Data Envelopment Analysis framework and it is decomposed into efficiency change and technical change. The paper empirically illustrates the new method using recent data on the Spanish quality wine sector.     

A Systematic Review of Sexual Dysfunction Measures for Gay Men: How Do Current Measures Measure Up?

The measurement of subjective components of sexual functioning is of increasing importance in clinical research and practice. Differences have been reported in prevalence rates and experiences of sexual difficulties between heterosexual and gay men. The aim of this article is to identify reliable and valid measures of sexual dysfunction suitable for use with gay men. Seven measures were reviewed; details about item development, dimensionality, reliability, and validity are provided. Heteronormative and heterosexist wording were evident throughout. Several areas of concern emerged in relation to psychometric properties (e.g., questionable validity). No psychometrically robust sexual function measure was identified for use with gay populations.     

物流类本科专业大学生创新能力培养分析

创新能力培养是高等教育面临的一个迫切需要解决的难题,物流类本科专业作为一门新兴交叉学科对大学生创新能力培养有着更加特殊的要求。在分析物流类本科专业发展以及大学生创新能力培养现状的基础上,采用问卷调查的方式取得一手资料,然后运用数理统计的相关知识,统计分析出10个影响物流类本科专业大学生创新能力培养的主要因素,进一步运用主成分分析法回归和归纳出三个影响创新能力培养的主成分因素,进而有针对性地提出高等学校物流类本科专业大学生创新能力培养的具体措施与途径。     

Use of a more general model for bioavailability studies

Use of a multivariate model for bioavailability crossover studies is discussed. The model affords a convenient way to obtain from untransformed data exact confidence intervals and general hypothesis tests for ratios that are pertinent for comparing formulations. Previously, confidence intervals for the case of a two period study of two formulations have been presented. This paper treats the case of three or more formulations in a study in which each subject receives each formulation. The model requires weaker assumptions than the assumptions of other models that have been commonly used. In addition to inferences on ratios, it is pointed out how to obtain from the model tests of the hypotheses of equal formulation effects, equal period effects, and equal sequence effects. The use of these concepts for studies in which a formulation is received more than once by subjects isalso discussed.
