新形势下高校德育应强调历史使命意识的培育

历史使命意识是一个人成功地承担社会所赋予的神圣使命的重要心理前提之一.大学生的历史使命意识有其特殊的重要性和现实价值.在全面建设小康社会进程中,高校德育必须将培育大学生使之具有清醒、正确的历史使命意识作为重要的时代责任,力求落实并抓出实效.     

区域高等教育理论研究的价值——徐同文与《区域大学的使命》研究三部曲

留美幼童对近代中国外交事业的贡献

近代中国首次大规模学习西方先进科技的幼童留美计划虽半途夭折,但回国后任职于外交界的留美幼童,作为近代中国新一代外交官,在“弱国无外交”的艰难屈辱中,仍然在维护中国领土完整、铁路主权、华人利益以及力争合理议结教案和索回部分庚子赔款等五个主要方面,有力地捍卫了国家主权和民族利益,加速了近代中国外交现代化的进程。

外国传教士在华报刊活动伴随着中国近代报刊的发展历程,推动了中国近代本土新型报刊的兴起并进而影响中国社会进程。作为在华传教士报刊活动的两支主流,在华基督教报刊和在华天主教报刊呈现阶段性发展态势和特征,前者经历了起步期、停滞期、初步发展期、转型期、快速发展期、持续发展期,后者经历了发端阶段、初步发展、勃兴时期、快速发展、深入发展阶段。外国传教士在华报刊活动的历史分期是正确认识其发展轨迹和规律的基础。其历史分期反映了外国传教士在华报刊活动的发展态势及其在传教事业和西学东渐过程中对中国社会和本土新型报刊兴起所产生的影响。     

Variance-based importance analysis measure for mission reliability of phased mission system

Importance measures are used to estimate the relative importance of components to system reliability. Phased mission systems (PMS) have many components working in several phases with different success criteria, and their component structural importance is distinct in different phases. Additionally, reliability parameters of components in PMS always have uncertainty in practice. Therefore, existing component importance measures based on either the partial derivative of system structure function or component structural importance may have difficulties in PMS importance analysis. This paper presents a simulation method to evaluate the component global importance for PMS based on the variance-based method and the Monte-Carlo method. To facilitate the practical use, we further discuss the correlation relationship between the component global importance and its possible influence factors, and present here a fitting model for evaluating component global importance. Finally, two examples are given to show that the fitting model displays quite reasonable component importance.

19世纪英国和俄国争夺中亚的过程中,中国新疆也卷入了这场持久的"冷战";中亚浩罕军官阿古柏乘新疆发生农民起义混乱之机,入侵新疆,建立了"哲德沙尔"政权,并且与英国政府建立了密切的关系。就是在这种情况下,福赛斯使团为加强英国对阿古柏政权的扶植而出使新疆叶尔羌,并且与之签订了《英阿条约》,对当时的中亚格局、以及英俄关系造成很大的影响,更为严重的是破坏了中国的主权。     

Don’t Worry,She’ll Say it: A Tribute to Florence Lieberman

This paper presents a tribute to Florence Lieberman, a significant leader in the field of Clinical Social Work, who has been and continues to be highly productive and vastly influential. Throughout her career Florence has published books and articles that result from her intense and accurate concerns about social work practice, and particularly about practice with children. Florences academic career includes 20 years at Hunter College School of Social Work in New York. As an influential member of the Hunter faculty, she has played an important role in shaping the impact of social work philosophy on psychotherapy practice. Starting with her Charter membership in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), she has been influential in the development of the Federation of Societies for Clinical Social Work (Federation), the National Academy of Practice (NAP), and the International Committee on the Advancement of Private Practice (ICAPP). Leadership, empowerment, and adherence to Social Works mission are themes that Florence Lieberman has enacted throughout her stellar career. The author discusses his experience with her, which illustrate these essential characteristics.Presented at the International Committee on the Advancement of Private Practice (ICAPP) Meeting on June 9, 2004.
