电视栏目制片人的作用及素质

从我国电视事业近三十年的实践结果看,电视栏目制片人制是目前电视节目生产管理方式中最直接最有效最好的一种,它获得了管理者的青睐,赢得了广大电视从业人员的热烈欢迎。但在实际运作中,还有许多不尽人意的地方,一方面是大多数电视台没有把制片人制与内部管理机制(如人事、财务、节目运行等)实质性制度的改革相结合,没能形成新的现代企业化管理制度,从而影响了制片人制作用的全面发挥;另一方面是制片人的队伍数量虽然十分庞大,但具备制片人素质和要求的优秀人才却极度匮乏,一些制片人文化修养不高、不善交际、不懂经营,致使许多大有前途的电视栏目半途而废,制约了电视栏目制片人制的良好发展。     

采矿工程专业人才培养方案优化与实践

随着全球经济一体化的发展,我国煤炭行业得到了快速发展,煤炭工业需要大量的高素质复合型采矿工程专业毕业生,因此,修订和完善采矿专业人才培养方案具有重要意义。河南理工大学采矿工程专业为了不断提高人才培养质量,对采矿工程专业人才培养方案进行了优化,2010年10月通过全国工程教育专家委员会的认证工作。新的人才培养方案已经得到实施,效果明显。

Abstract

Recently introduced advances in microcomputer technology offer opportunities for improving child welfare agencies' access to powerful case assessment and program evaluation tools. This paper discusses the process of fitting a child behavior outcome measurement system to a menu driven microcomputer program. Traditional strategies for measuring outcome effectiveness, managerial priorities and operational constraints are examined in terms of their bearing on the introduction of new microcomputer technology. The developmental process is traced to show how these factors influenced the addition of a number of user options to the basic program to enhance its adaptability to specific agency needs. Initial user feedback indicated general satisfaction with the basic program and the applicability of its output, little or no experimentation, as yet, in adapting the system, and, a minor need to adjust the sequencing of operator activities to better fit the realities of agency work rhythms.     

电视相亲节目的同质化因素与异质性创新研究

作为一种为未婚男女提供电视相亲平台的节目类型，电视相亲节目不仅创造了收视奇迹，为两情相悦的男女嘉宾提供配对成功的良机，而且在中国当下社会文化语境中，还延伸到婚恋观念、个人价值、人际交往、家庭关系等话题，甚至涉及社会思想、文化等方面，成为中国电视文化50多年来的一个较有特色的节目类型。在一种比较研究的视野下，结合历史研究、作品研究、类型研究、文化研究等方式，研寻中国电视相亲节目的同质化与异质性，从而透析它们在产品定位、叙事规则、营销手段等方面表现出来的同质化倾向与差异性发展策略。     

Fluidity amidst structure: multi-racial identity constructions across the life course of Malaysians and Singaporeans

ABSTRACT

Multi-racial identity construction is understood to be fluid, contextual and dynamic. Yet the dynamics of multi-racial identity construction when racial identities are ascribed and formulated as static by governments is less explored in psychological studies of race. This paper examines the dynamics of racial identity construction among multi-racial Malaysians and Singaporeans in a qualitative study of 31 semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis was used to identify the different private racial identity constructions of participants who were officially ascribed with single racial identities at birth. Participants reflected on the overwhelming influence of the state and significant Others in limiting their ability to express their multiple racial identities when they were in school, and highlighted their capacity to be agentic in their private racial identity constructions when they were older. This paper shows that across the life course multi-racial individuals possess (1) the ability to adopt different racial identity positions at different times, (2) the ability to hold multiple racial identity constructions at the same time when encounters with Others are dialogical, (3) the reflexivity of past identity positions in the present construction of identities.     

关于民族乡的几个问题

我国少数民族杂散居地区包括少数民族杂居地区和少数民族散居地区。民族乡是根据宪法和其他法律规定在少数民族杂居地区建立的乡一级基层行政区域。无论是从民族乡产生的社会历史背景、过程以及所依据的理论看,还是从几十年来民族乡的实践看,民族乡都与一般乡有很大的区别,体现出自治的性质。属民族区域自治性质的乡级基层政权,是我国民族区域自治制度的补充。为此,本文建议在宪法和其他法律中明确规定民族乡的这一性质和地位,以利于做好民族乡的工作,保障杂居地区少数民族的平等权利。     

新传媒语境下电视新闻节目的时空观

信息传播技术革命在社会的方方面面产生了深刻的影响,最为突出的表现就是公众时空观的变化,这构成了学术界和业界一直关注的新传媒生态的根本话题。以电视新闻节目为研究的具体对象,从新媒介语境下时空观的变化入手,并以电视新闻报道节目的实践为参考,从理论而后实践的维度系统地考察了新传媒语境下时空观对电视新闻节目产生的影响。     

Bayesian estimation and influence diagnostics of generalized partially linear mixed-effects models for longitudinal data

This paper develops a Bayesian approach to obtain the joint estimates of unknown parameters, nonparametric functions and random effects in generalized partially linear mixed models (GPLMMs), and presents three case deletion influence measures to identify influential observations based on the φ-divergence, Cook's posterior mean distance and Cook's posterior mode distance of parameters. Fisher's iterative scoring algorithm is developed to evaluate the posterior modes of parameters in GPLMMs. The first-order approximation to Cook's posterior mode distance is presented. The computationally feasible formulae for the φ-divergence diagnostic and Cook's posterior mean distance are given. Several simulation studies and an example are presented to illustrate our proposed methodologies.     

Diagnostics in elliptical regression models with stochastic restrictions applied to econometrics

We propose an influence diagnostic methodology for linear regression models with stochastic restrictions and errors following elliptically contoured distributions. We study how a perturbation may impact on the mixed estimation procedure of parameters in the model. Normal curvatures and slopes for assessing influence under usual schemes are derived, including perturbations of case-weight, response variable, and explanatory variable. Simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology. An example with real-world economy data is presented as an illustration.     

Goodness-of-fit tests of generalized linear mixed models for repeated ordinal responses

Categorical longitudinal data are frequently applied in a variety of fields, and are commonly fitted by generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) and generalized estimating equations models. The cumulative logit is one of the useful link functions to deal with the problem involving repeated ordinal responses. To check the adequacy of the GLMMs with cumulative logit link function, two goodness-of-fit tests constructed by the unweighted sum of squared model residuals using numerical integration and bootstrap resampling technique are proposed. The empirical type I error rates and powers of the proposed tests are examined by simulation studies. The ordinal longitudinal studies are utilized to illustrate the application of the two proposed tests.
