介绍了大学英语口语考试的目的、组织形式,以及所要考查的语言交际功能、评分标准,论述了大学英语口语考试的理论框架——交际语言测试理论,分析了我国大学英语口语教学和测试的现状。交际口语测试具有真实性、功能性、交互性、情景性、综合性等特点,其常见模式有双向交互式、多向交互式,常用方法有角色扮演、面谈、讨论等。     

Conditional tests in a competing risks model

Testing for equality of competing risks based on their cumulative incidence functions (CIFs) or their cause specific hazard rates (CSHRs) has been considered by many authors. The finite sample distributions of the existing test statistics are in general complicated and the use of their asymptotic distributions can lead to conservative tests. In this paper we show how to perform some of these tests using the conditional distributions of their corresponding test statistics instead (conditional on the observed data). The resulting conditional tests are initially developed for the case of k = 2 and are then extended to k > 2 by performing a sequence of two sample tests and by combining several risks into one. A simulation study to compare the powers of several tests based on their conditional and asymptotic distributions shows that using conditional tests leads to a gain in power. A real life example is also discussed to show how to implement such conditional tests.     

脉动燃烧干燥实时测试分析系统

介绍了自行开发的脉动燃烧干燥实时测试分析系统。采用半无发管和导管引出被测介质与压力传感器连接的方法,解决了高温及谐振波影响测量精度的问题。以Ｃ＋＋作为软件开发工具,编制了数据采集系统软件,实现了多通道实时采集、波形显示、状态检测、频谱分析、数据存贮和打印等功能。     

用从头算法计算气相条件下金属-苯反应体系中电子转移反应的量子效应

提出了一种求算金属 -苯和金属离子 -苯配合物电子转移反应的 Franck- Condon( FC)因子的从头算法 ,并计算了金属 -苯配合物的振动频率 .在振动频率比热能 ( k T)低 ,并且键长的变化小于从反应物到产物间距离的情况下 ,此法算出的 FC因子与经典和半经典方法的计算结果相吻合 .本研究的电子转移反应是在气相条件下进行的 ,可以忽略电子转移反应的外氛影响 ,用量子力学的方法来描述更为合适 .     

核电事业发展中我国铀资源对外依存度探讨

铀资源对外依存度就是一个国家或地区铀资源进口量占本国铀资源需求量的比重。随着核电事业发展,且国内铀矿资源自然禀赋不佳,铀生产难以满足自身需求,铀资源对外依存度一路攀升到83.3%。这一情况说明,我国对国外铀的依赖程度越来越大,受国际铀市场价格波动影响越来越大。对此,我们既不能掉以轻心,也不能反应过度,而应该理性看待,既加大国内铀矿勘探开发投入力度,也保证国外铀产品持续稳定供应,通过加大国内铀生产、推进海外铀勘探开发、开展国际铀贸易、增加铀储备等多措并举,以保障核电事业发展中我国铀资源的长期供应安全。     

An exact multinomial test for equivalence

Existing equivalence tests for multinomial data are valid asymptotically, but the level is not properly controlled for small and moderate sample sizes. We resolve this difficulty by developing an exact multinomial test for equivalence and an associated confidence interval procedure. We also derive a conservative version of the test that is easy to implement even for very large sample sizes. Both tests use a notion of equivalence that is based on the cumulative distribution function, with two probability vectors being considered equivalent if their partial sums never differ by more than some specified constant. We illustrate the methods by applying them to Weldon's dice data, to data on the digits of , and to data collected by Mendel. Statistical inference through AFT model for biotechnical systems

The objective of this paper is to model the phenomenon of degradation-to-failure for assemblies used for lumbar arthrodesis, starting from the analysis of their structure/geometry, the load applied and the kind of failure when several occur. An AFT model is proposed to model the joint effects of the applied load and the structural dimensions of the brand (namely length and diameter of the screw, presence of a connector or not) on the failure time due to a screw failure. The estimations of S–N curves and maximum permissible load (named critical load) values are provided as functions of the structural dimensions of the product. This allows comparisons of devices in terms of key factors determining product behavior and ageing under loading stress.     

Order restricted statistical inference for scale parameters based on sequential order statistics

In the situation of a multi-sample experiment consisting of differently equipped sequential k-out-of-n systems, scale parameters of underlying distributions from a general location-scale family of distributions are estimated under an order restriction. In each sample, the case of missing the smallest observations is included. Moreover, based on a profile likelihood a homogeneity test against an ordered alternative is proposed and analyzed. This work extends an approach of Bhattacharya [2007. Testing for ordered failure rates under general progressive censoring. J. Statist. Plann. Inference 137, 1775–1786] in the progressive Type-II censoring framework.
