大学生逃课现象的调查与动因分析

大学生逃课是一个普遍现象,不仅出现大量显性逃课,而且还存在着大量隐性逃课。导致逃课的动因有多种,既有直接显性,也有间接隐性。大学生的逃课选择既有明显的功利性,也有一定的合理性。应对大学生的逃课行为加强教育和引导。     

The Effects of a Creative Dance and Movement Program on the Social Competence of Head Start Preschoolers

The effects of an eight‐week instructional program in creative dance/movement on the social competence of low‐income preschool children were assessed in this study utilizing a scientifically rigorous design. Forty preschool children from a large Head Start program were randomly assigned to participate in either an experimental dance program or an attention control group. Teachers and parents, blind to the children's group membership, rated children's social competence both before and after the program, using English and Spanish versions of the Social Competence Behavior Evaluation: Preschool Edition. The results revealed significantly greater positive gains over time in the children's social competence and both internalizing and externalizing behavior problems for the experimental group compared with the control group. Small‐group creative dance instruction for at‐risk preschoolers appears to be an excellent mechanism for enhancing social competence and improving behavior. The implications for early childhood education and intervention are discussed.

教育创新对教师社会角色和教学行为提出了新要求。教师在教学活动中面临着角色转换和行为创新的新课题,本文试图探讨教育创新机制下的教师应具备的能力、素质和社会角色及教学行为的转换内容。

企业兼并大多数有着多元的动机与原因。就动机而言,主要来源于追求利润和竞争压力两个方面。而公司协同效应或规模经济论、人才资源论、市场垄断论则是企业兼并的原因。企业兼并行为分析则是从更深的层面探讨企业兼并的动机与原因。     

感觉寻求与青少年冒险行为研究的现状和趋势

感觉寻求是由Zuckerman最先提出来的一种人格特质,它与青少年的各种冒险行为密切相关。研究表明,感觉寻求对青少年冒险行为的预测既受到先天遗传因素的制约,也受到后天生活环境的影响,如果对青少年进行积极干预,可以防止消极冒险行为的出现。     

我国校园欺侮问题的现状与对策

欺侮是指强势个体对弱势个体持续施行的故意的攻击性行为。来自各国的研究资料表明,无论在东方还是在西方,穷国还是富国,校园欺侮都是一个比较严重的社会问题。目前,我国校园欺侮问题有四个显著的特点:一是欺侮现象的普遍性;二是欺侮后果的严重性;三是欺侮形式的多样性;四是欺侮事件的隐蔽性。参照国外经验并结合国内实际情况,笔者提出了包含社会水平、校园水平、班级水平和个体水平的反欺侮措施,以求实现无欺侮的、安全的校园环境。     

Men’s Aggression Toward Women: A 10‐Year Panel Study

The present study examined the longitudinal course of men’s physical and psychological aggression toward a partner across 10 years, using a community sample of young couples (N = 194) from at‐risk backgrounds. Findings indicated that men’s aggression decreased over time and that women’s antisocial behavior and depressive symptoms predicted changes in men’s aggression. This suggests the importance of studying social processes within the dyad to have a better understanding of men’s aggression toward a partner.     

一类神经网络系统的渐近行为

研究了一类微分方程系统解的渐近行为和零解的稳定性问题;讨论了利用特征值的符号及运用解对初值的连续依赖性和一些变换算法,该算法优点是不需求出解的解析表达式,就能判断方程解的渐近行为和零解的稳定性态,其推理过程较清晰严密并有一定的参考价值。     

Of Sex and Romance: Late Adolescent Relationships and Young Adult Union Formation

To better understand the social factors that influence the diverse pathways to family formation young adults experience today, this research investigates the association between opposite‐gender relationships during late adolescence and union formation in early adulthood. Using data from the first and third waves of the Add Health (n= 4,911), we show that, for both men and women, there is continuity between adolescent and adult relationship experiences. Those involved in adolescent romantic relationships at the end of high school are more likely to marry and to cohabit in early adulthood. Moreover, involvement in a nonromantic sexual relationship is positively associated with cohabitation, but not marriage. We conclude that the precursors to union formation patterns in adulthood are observable in adolescence.     

对经济行为与伦理精神的思考

伦理精神突出了行为准则在行为中的重要性,体现了一种客观的法,而经济行为遵循的是利益最大化的“理性人”假设。两者实际上是既对立又统一的关系。社会主义市场经济条件下,处理好两者关系,必须要注意两者的相互作用与相互融合,正确处理经济生活中的各种利益关系和矛盾冲突,实现市场经济的持续健康发展。
