信息技术在中小学体育工作中应用的实效性评价研究

随着基础教育改革的深入，信息技术在各科教学中的应用越来越普遍，体育也不例外。为了探讨和了解信息技术在中小学体育中应用的实际效果，本研究从信息技术应用于中小学体育的实效性内涵入手，对信息技术应用于中小学体育的实效性评价目标、原则、方法以及在实践中应处理的关键问题进行初步探讨，以期促进信息技术在中小学体育中的实际应用。

高校效能监察作为党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的一项重要工作和有效手段,在加强高校反腐倡廉工作、保障学校改革发展、促进学校完善管理、提高经济效益等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。对高校效能监察工作应提高思想认识,创新工作方法,以重点专项工作为切入点,逐步推进高校勤政廉政建设的全面开展。     

Making international aid effective: An agenda for aligning aid to social business

In the context of heightened interest in social business and a renewed focus on the performance of international aid, this article explores the role and place of aid in addressing poverty in relation to the rapidly growing social business regime. Research on the subject is surprisingly limited. The article begins by operationalizing the key concepts, and developing a conceptual framework by exploring the possible nexus points between aid alignment and social business. It then addresses a number of key dimensions of aid; notably, a comparative account of possible aid investment in social business vis‐à‐vis conventional projects and private sector enterprises; an examination of the realities on the ground of the social business projects; and policy implications of the study together with some recommendations.     

Adaptive agent-based manufacturing control and its application to flow shop routing control

The manufacturing industry is currently facing unprecedented challenges from changes and disturbances. The sources of these changes and disturbances are of different scope and magnitude. They can be of a commercial nature, or linked to fast product development and design, or purely operational (e.g. rush order, machine breakdown, material shortage etc.). In order to meet these requirements it is increasingly important that a production operation be flexible and is able to adapt to new and more suitable ways of operating. This paper focuses on a new strategy for enabling manufacturing control systems to adapt to changing conditions both in terms of product variation and production system upgrades. The approach proposed is based on two key concepts: (1) An autonomous and distributed approach to manufacturing control based on multi-agent methods in which so called operational agents represent the key physical and logical elements in the production environment to be controlled – for example, products and machines and the control strategies that drive them and (2) An adaptation mechanism based around the evolutionary concept of replicator dynamics which updates the behaviour of newly formed operational agents based on historical performance records in order to be better suited to the production environment. An application of this approach for route selection of similar products in manufacturing flow shops is developed and is illustrated in this paper using an example based on the control of an automobile paint shop.     

邓小平的社会管理运行机制思想

邓小平历来重视社会管理工作,他不仅注重从宏观上研究社会管理体制的创新,而且对于微观的社会管理运行机制也十分关注,并对其进行了相应的改造和创新,提出了集体领导与民主管理相结合、物质鼓励与精神鼓励相结合以及借鉴国外先进管理方法等具体的社会管理运行机制。     

中国政府教育援外短期培训项目有效性分析——基于南京、天津四所高校援外培训的实证研究

短期援外培训项目是我国援外政策的一个重要组成部分，但是缺乏对影响这类项目的有效性因素的实证研究。本文建立了一个短期援外培训项目有效性的分析框架，对南京、天津四所高校承担的部分援外培训项目进行了调研，使用偏最小二乘法对模型进行了验证。结果表明，我国短期援外培训项目的有效性与课程质量、培训机构及管理人员的执行力之间存在显著的正相关关系。文章最后对如何提高教育援外短期培训项目的有效性提出了相关政策建议。     

Theoretical Factors Influencing Adolescent Sexual Behavior: Evidence from a Rural Sample Living in Poverty

ABSTRACT

This study of 414 adolescents who resided in rural Arkansas families receiving AFDC was designed to investigate what theoretical factors predicted frequency of sexual intercourse in the past year prior to the study and number of lifetime sexual partners among males and females. Multivariate analyses indicated that elements of bonding were important to the sexual behavior of females, but not males. On the other hand, feelings of frustration influenced male sexual behavior only. The number of sex partners was increased by associations with sexually active peers for both genders while only females made excuses. The only factor which was associated with both sexual behaviors among both genders was having sex to have a baby to love or to draw a partner closer. The family social work implications of these findings were discussed.     

Assessing the Long-Term Effects of EMDR: Results from an 18-Month Follow-Up Study with Adult Female Survivors of CSA

ABSTRACT

This 18-month follow-up study builds on the findings of a randomized experimental evaluation that found qualified support for the short-term effectiveness of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in reducing trauma symptoms among adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). The current study provides preliminary evidence that the therapeutic benefits of EMDR for adult female survivors of CSA can be maintained over an 18-month period. Furthermore, there is some support for the suggestion that EMDR did so more efficiently and provided a greater sense of trauma resolution than did routine individual therapy.
