初次收入分配对我国居民旅游消费影响研究

文章选取初次分配工资分配率、城镇居民基尼系数、各收入阶层旅游消费占比作为分析指标，经分析研究所得结论为：低、中收入阶层旅游消费占比与分配率负相关，分配率所代表的初次收入分配总量性影响对中收入阶层旅游消费影响较大，中、高收入阶层旅游消费占比都与城镇居民基尼系数正相关，其中城镇居民基尼系数代表的初次收入分配结构性影响对高收入阶层旅游消费影响较大；并针对各阶层的特殊性对各收入阶层旅游消费发展提出相应政策建议.     

Completing the Circuit: Routine,Reflection, and Ethical Consumption

Efforts to explain why some people incorporate ethical concerns into everyday shopping for food and household goods, while many do not, have so far left significant variation in “ethical consumption” unexplained. Seeking to move beyond explanations that rely mainly on differences in consumers' social class, gender, and political engagement, I draw on concepts associated with “practice theory” to argue that ethical consumption is closely tied to people's willingness and ability to spend time, while shopping, on distinct activities associated with breaking old routines and establishing new ones. The central insight of practice theory is that most consumption is the product of unconscious routine. And it is precisely because consciously departing from routine is, according to my study, a fundamentally time‐consuming process, that lack of time emerges as a crucial obstacle to translating abstract ethical concerns into concrete action as a consumer.     

试论教师在群文阅读指导中的多元化角色

提高学生语文素养的方法之一是扩大学生的阅读量。指导学生群文阅读是扩大学生阅读量的重要途径。在指导学生群文阅读过程中，教师事实上要扮演多元化角色：他既是人文知识的储备者，也是教学活动的组织者；既是阅读指导的开拓者，也是学生阅读的欣赏者。     

我国高校通识教育课程审议模式探析

从主体、内容及过程等层面对课程审议模式的内涵予以澄清,基于审议的方向和重心的视角,提出上构式课程审议和下构式课程审议两种模式。通过对国内大学通识教育课程实践的考察,将其归纳为下构式的审议模式,在对其基本特征与成效进行分析的基础上,尝试创建一种上构式的通识教育课程审议模式,并对不同阶段的审议内容和特征展开论证。     

Repetitive variable acceptance sampling plan for one-sided specification

In this paper, a variable repetitive group sampling plans based on one-sided process capability indices is proposed to deal with lot sentencing for one-sided specifications. The parameters of the proposed plans are tabulated for some combinations of acceptance quality levels with commonly used producer's risk and consumer's risk. The efficiency of the proposed plan is compared with the Pearn and Wu [Critical acceptance values and sample sizes of a variables sampling plan for very low fraction of defectives. Omega – Int J Manag Sci. 2006;34(1):90–101] plan in terms of sample size and the power curve. One example is given to illustrate the proposed methodology.

微格教学中小组讨论的功能及实现方法

微格教学是提升教师技能的有效方式。小组讨论作为微格教学过程的必要环节,有助于促进学生主体性的实现。然而,小组讨论环节中存在评价标准不明确,成员参与度有待提高,小组讨论实效性有待提高等诸多问题,应通过构建相关考查量表体系,构建协作式小组讨论体系,创新小组讨论评价途径等方法,更好地促进小组讨论功能在微格教学中的发挥。     

Bayesian penalized B-spline estimation approach for epidemic models

Ordinary differential equations (ODEs) are normally used to model dynamic processes in applied sciences such as biology, engineering, physics, and many other areas. In these models, the parameters are usually unknown, and thus they are often specified artificially or empirically. Alternatively, a feasible method is to estimate the parameters based on observed data. In this study, we propose a Bayesian penalized B-spline approach to estimate the parameters and initial values for ODEs used in epidemiology. We evaluated the efficiency of the proposed method based on simulations using the Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm for the Kermack–McKendrick model. The proposed approach is also illustrated based on a real application to the transmission dynamics of hepatitis C virus in mainland China.     

Does transformational leadership predict group emotional intelligence in work settings? / ¿Es el liderazgo transformacional un predictor de la inteligencia emocional grupal en los contextos laborales?

Contagion of emotions is a widely accepted characteristic of transformational leaders. However, the impact they may have on the Emotional Intelligence of their subordinates is an open question. In this paper, we analyse whether Transformational Leadership (LTF) perceptions influence the Emotional Intelligence of their groups (GEI). This is a novel approach within the actual interest on emotional intelligence and its role in group results. The participants were 272 subordinates from 52 groups that belonged to different private and public organizations in Spain. They completed a questionnaire including the variables of interest. Our study helps to clarify the relations between TFL perceptions and GEI, showing that TFL and GEI relate at the group level and that TFL is one of the predictors of the perception of GEI in work settings. Thus, the development of emotionally competent transformational leaders will produce emotionally competent groups that might increase their performance, efficiency and other processes (i.e., engagement).     

医学专业毕业生择业观影响因素分析及其对策研究——以内蒙古民族大学医学院为例

通过对临床医学、护理学专业2010届120名本科毕业生的书面问卷调查,对少数民族高等院校医学毕业生的择业观影响因素、择业期望值、求职成功制约要素等进行分析,发现了少数民族高等院校医学毕业生的择业观呈现多元化;择业期望值脱离现实需要;择业心理复杂多样;就业心态存在城市情结;偏执心理、攀比心理、自卑心理等负面心理因素影响择业成功的事实,研究并提出了应对上述问题的对策。
