关于完善我国外资立法的构想

为了建立科学、统一、先进且符合国际投资自由化发展趋势的外资立法体系 ,我国应当制定统一的外资法 ,重构外资立法体系 ,对现行外资立法与《公司法》不协调的内容、外资立法中不符合WTO规则的内容、外资立法中产生其他问题的内容和外资立法配套法律法规进行完善

较充分的数据说明现有农村金融组织偏离服务"三农"的宗旨;指出,党的十六届五中全会提出"建设社会主义新农村"以后,农村金融组织在追求利润最大化的经营战略思想指引下,服务"三农"功能弱化的趋势并未扭转;阐明农村金融基础服务体系的内涵后,提出从三个方面健全与完善农村金融基础服务体系。     

Family health care decision making

How do families choose a health plan when offered the option of insurance or a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)? Choices are influenced by health consumerism, decision variables, family health needs, family composition, family socioeconomic status, and knowledge about HMOs. Subjects in the research reported here chose insurance or one of four HMOs; control subjects had no HMOs available. The model is estimated with LOGIT regression, yielding a pseudoR ² of.22 for the adjusted model. Participation in the decision process, number of chronic illnesses, and knowledge about HMOs all are significantly and positively associated with choosing an HMO; also, young adults are more likely than older adults to choose HMOs. The consumerism variable fails to attain significance. LOGIT analysis of the adjusted model indicates that the model predicted 72% of plan choices correctly. Suggested research for other family forms, for the poor, and for the elderly's health plan choices are discussed.

本文在<文心雕龙·物色>基础上,分析了"物色"的涵义及其演变,凸显了"物色"概念"富有情趣和生命力"的特质和内涵.从中国古代"气化"生成理论和马克思的"自然向人生成"观点入手,认为作家在文学创作中的"感物"、"心物交融"以及物色描写等过程都不离生命的场域,是生命自身的言说.     

论四川郫县方音中的存古倾向

文章通过对郫县方音中某些字的文白异读、少儿化现象、以及声韵调呈现出的特殊语音现象的分析,指出并论证了郫县方音中较为明显的存古倾向。     

A bargaining model with players' perceptions on the retractability of offers

This paper studies a generalization of Rubinstein's bargaining model with retractable offers. The model incorporates and parameterizes the bargainers' perceptions on the retractability of offers. Our key result characterizes the limiting set of perfect equilibria as the time interval between two consecutive offers tends to zero. In this limit, for any possible players' perceptions on the retractability of offers such that at least one of the players perceives that there is at least a small chance that offers may be retractable, the bargaining game possesses a continuum of perfect equilibria.     

完善我国夫妻离婚后的扶养制度

我国夫妻离婚后扶养制度在立法与司法上均存在不足,完善这一制度对实现社会公平、促进社会和谐具有非常重要的意义。参照各国扶养制度,我国立法应在扶养的性质、扶养请求权的主体和行使时间、扶养的构成要件、扶养的种类和期间、扶养费的给付标准与方式、扶养请求权的限制、扶养费给付的终止等方面作出规定。     

积极推进社区矫正立法,健全完善社区矫正执行体系

十八届三中全会《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》决定：“废止劳动教养制度,完善对违法犯罪行为的矫治和矫正法律,健全社区矫正制度”。我国实践十多年的社区矫正工作进入发展的快车道,积极推进社区矫正立法,科学合理设定社区矫正机关,规范程序,健全完善社区矫正执行体系,提高教育矫正的针对性和实效性,实现社区矫正目的。
