Demand‐withdraw communication is a set of conflict‐related behaviors in which one partner blames or pressures while the other partner withdraws or avoids. The present study examined age‐related changes in these behaviors longitudinally over the course of later life stages. One hundred twenty‐seven middle‐aged and older long‐term married couples were observed at 3 time points across 13 years as they engaged in a conversation about an area of relationship conflict. Husbands' and wives' demand‐withdraw behaviors (i.e., blame, pressure, withdrawal, avoidance) were objectively rated by trained coders at each time point. Data were analyzed using dyad‐level latent growth curve models in a structural equation modeling framework. For both husbands and wives, the results showed a longitudinal pattern of increasing avoidance behavior over time and stability in all other demand and withdraw behaviors. This study supports the notion that there is an important developmental shift in the way that conflict is handled in later life.  相似文献

大学生在人际交往方面的困扰往往和他们缺乏共情能力有关,本研究旨在探索通过共情训练来提高大学生人际交往水平的方法。借鉴国内外多种共情训练程序,设计一套提高大学生共情能力及人际交往水平的训练方案,将68名大学生随机分为两组,对实验组的大学生进行共情能力的干预,对照组的大学生不进行任何干预。结论表明:大学生共情能力可以通过有效的干预手段得到明显的提高,人际交往能力以及人际敏感都会随着共情能力的提高而得到明显的改善。  相似文献

The view of many in the social science research community, it appears, underestimates the scope and potential of the randomized response technique, particularly with regard to its analytic capabilities. That is, there seems to be some concern that this data collection strategy is, by its nature, analytically restrictive. However, the quantitative, unrelated question model of randomized response can be reformulated into a measurement error model, which in turn allows a wide range of multivariate approaches. Also illustrated through a simulated correlation experiment is the type of adjustments that need to be made to manipulate randomized response data more powerfully than has been the practice in the past.  相似文献

Author identity is a challenging problem for automation systems working with bibliographic resources. ORCID author identifiers are perceived as a simple and effective way to address this problem, but in order to accomplish this, ORCID identifiers need widespread adoption by researchers, organizations, and bibliographic automation systems. Academic libraries often define their administrative structure according to services they offer, including research services, cataloging and metadata, and acquisitions. Scholarly communications is something of a moving target, though. How are scholarly communication positions defined, what duties do they often include, and how do they fit within the library's administrative structure? Some of the first positions devoted to scholarly communications required JD's and focused on author's rights, copyright, and fair use. Yet other positions recently advertised group scholarly communication librarians within digital scholarship units, which not only create and maintain institutional repositories, they may also publish electronic journals and/or offer services related to data curation. This article provides a brief review of the findings recently published in a SPEC Kit, which focuses on ARL Libraries. The main intention, though, is to provide a wider context of scholarly communication activities across a variety of academic libraries. To do that, a survey of non-ARL Libraries was administered to review relevant positions, library organizations, and the variety of scholarly communication services offered. Lastly, a set of scholarly communication core services is proposed.  相似文献

2008年春节前期的南方大风雪给广州火车站带来了沉重的挑战。史无前例的大规模人员滞留、寒冷天气的袭击考验着政府的危机管理和危机信息传播能力。本文通过对《广州日报》和《南方日报》的中央政府、广东政府以及广州政府三级政府在本次2008年广州火车站春运雪灾危机的信息传播进行内容分析,并与三级政府的应急预案进行对比,以考量政府在本次危机的优缺。研究发现本次危机中,政府虽然能够较好地面对各利益相关者进行传播,但仍有缺漏;而对比各级政府的应急预案,三级政府各有优缺。为此,本文提出了相应的建议以期政府能够更好地面对此类危机。  相似文献
