浅谈以党的优良作风推动高校党建工作

理论联系实际、密切联系群众、批评和自我批评,这是我们党区别于其他任何政党的显著标志,也是我们党的优良作风的集中体现。根据党的教育方针,在社会主义中国的各类高校,承担着"培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"的艰巨任务。因此,以党的优良作风推动高校党建工作,既是加强高校学风、校风、教风等建设的需要,也是培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的需要。     

Child welfare workers' practice in cases involving domestic violence

This paper reports the findings of an exploratory and qualitative study of child welfare workers' practice in cases involving domestic violence. The research aimed to focus on child welfare workers' interventions with families experiencing domestic violence, elements influencing the child welfare workers' decisions, and the factors facilitating and creating obstacles for intervention. An analysis of the qualitative data showed that child welfare workers have different ways of intervening in cases involving domestic violence. Also, the interventions were especially centred on women victims of violence and they were held responsible for protecting their children. Finally, the dilemmas and difficulties which child welfare workers face in these cases are discussed. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

The embodied experience of episodic disability among women with multiple sclerosis

This paper explores the embodied experience of three women living with an episodic or fluctuating disability within the context of relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis. I argue that this shifting embodiment is subjectively, performatively, and interpretively experienced in discrediting ways across social, organizational, and local contexts in women's lives. Drawing on findings from my doctoral thesis, three interpretive themes inform the analysis: not looking disabled, more than meets the eye, and institutional bafflement. Respectively, these themes pertain to a woman's physical appearance, cultural assumptions about disabled embodiment, and the contestation of social, organizational, and local institutional practices shaping women's lives. These themes hold implications for an ‘embodied politics' in rethinking the manner in which episodic disability is experientially, conceptually, and socio-politically recognized as a legitimate tier of the experience of disability.

自恋情结作为人类自我欣赏和崇拜的本能,对文学创作的理论和实践都有深远的影响.自恋情结常使作家过高评价文学的地位和凸现自我的主体意识,使作家所塑造的抒情主人公往往成为惟我独醒的智者、惟我独尊的能者和独善其身的有德者,使叙事主人公成为神话中心、情爱中心和道德中心.作家自恋情结的特征是理论上夸大文学及作者自我,实践上夸大和变异自我而成其为理想主人公.     

理性话语与中国现代文学

在中国现代文学史上,"理性"始终是一个关键词,围绕着这一词语所展开的相关理论表述与创作实践,构成了一个有迹可循、延绵不断的话语体系--"理性话语".而现代中国的这一个核心话语的构建历程,不仅凸现着中国现代文学的审美品格和价值取向,而且也有效地、结构性地规约着其生产动力、运作机制以及主题追求.在考察中国现代文学的理性精神时顾及对现代中国理性话语的考辨应当是对以往研究方法的一种有益补充和新的尝试.     

万寿宫庙会与乡民习俗——以考察西山万寿宫为例

万寿宫庙会是许真君民间崇拜信仰的社会产物,为乡民聚会提供了一个独特的公共空间,是江西农村社会经济活动的重要组成部分.南昌西山万寿宫庙会展现了在乡民的精神支持和促进地方经济文化繁荣发展方面所起的积极作用.在庙会上,乡民将许真君民间崇拜信仰与祈福纳祥、商贸往来、生计筹划、社会交往等融为一体,互通有无,调济余缺,传递信息,交流文化,娱人娱神,反映出江西乡村社会生活的真情实态,具有浓郁的江西地方民俗文化特色.     

The Effects of Perceived Frequency of Organizational Change on Role Clarity and Job Satisfaction of Public Sector Employees

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of organizational change upon role clarity and job satisfaction for a sample of 580 public sector employees. This study introduces a previously untested variable, perceived frequency of organizational change into the relationship between role clarity and job satisfaction. Findings provided support for the negative impact of lack of role clarity and job satisfaction. Public sector employees appeared to prefer low frequency of change and high role clarity in their work situations.     

中国民间法研究学术报告(2007年)

2007年是中国民间法研究稳步发展的一年.学术界通过对民间法的本体研究、民间法与国家法的关系研究、各类民间法研究、民间法的司法运用研究,促进了中国民间法研究的发展.从总体上看,中国民间法研究正呈现出两种研究路向:一是走向日常生活的民间法研究,另一是深入司法实践的民间法研究.而在今后的研究中,应加强民间法研究的自觉性学术建设、民间法的个案研究与整体考量的协调、各类民间法研究的平衡发展、民间法司法运用的制度与机制建设.
