Usability Study of a Distance Continuing Education Website for Human Service Professionals

ABSTRACT

A usability test of a distance continuing education website for human service professionals is discussed. The website's purpose was to help meet the continuing education needs of human service professionals in a largely rural Midwestern state. The purpose of the usability evaluation was to assess the website's ease of use, efficiency, and user satisfaction in a representative sample of human service professionals. Users completed eleven basic search tasks with the site and report their impressions of the information presented. In addition, performance data including success, time on task, and efficiency were gathered. Implications of user satisfaction and performance data highlight the importance of stakeholder's involvement in the early stages of website design.     

Orientation relationship in finite dimensional space

In the present article, we discuss the regression of a point on the surface of a unit sphere in d dimensions given a point on the surface of a unit sphere in p dimensions, where p may not be equal to d. Point projection is added to the rotation and linear transformation for regression link function. The identifiability of the model is proved. Then, parameter estimation in this set up is discussed. Simulation studies and data analyses are done to illustrate the model.     

基于心理危机干预的社会文化价值探析及建设研究

随着思维能力的提高和自我意识的凸显,不少人在个体价值体系建构中出现偏差,诱发出多种心理危机.文化引领人的心理建构,而人的价值观念在心理建构过程中发挥着核心作用,如何引导人们进行心理危机干预及预防是当今社会文化价值建设的重要课题.本文尝试从人的存在意义引导、主流文化体系建构、危机干预的价值引领、强化人文关怀干预理念、普及生命教育、构建社会主义和谐社区进行了文化价值探析及建设研究.     

公立高校教师心理契约违背的影响因素分析

基于心理契约理论,对高校教师心理契约形成过程、心理契约违背发生、发生心理契约违背对高校教师行为的具体影响等方面进行了深入分析。先后选取了东中西部十余所公立高校的230名高校教师进行调查,结果发现：影响公立高校教师心理契约违背的重要因素主要包括稳定的工作保障、良好的行政服务和高效完成工作任务等九项重要指标。     

Probability Generating Function Based Jeffrey's Divergence for Statistical Inference

Statistical inference procedures based on transforms such as characteristic function and probability generating function have been examined by many researchers because they are much simpler than probability density functions. Here, a probability generating function based Jeffrey's divergence measure is proposed for parameter estimation and goodness-of-fit test. Being a member of the M-estimators, the proposed estimator is consistent. Also, the proposed goodness-of-fit test has good statistical power. The proposed divergence measure shows improved performance over existing probability generating function based measures. Real data examples are given to illustrate the proposed parameter estimation method and goodness-of-fit test.     

Bayesian estimation and influence diagnostics of generalized partially linear mixed-effects models for longitudinal data

This paper develops a Bayesian approach to obtain the joint estimates of unknown parameters, nonparametric functions and random effects in generalized partially linear mixed models (GPLMMs), and presents three case deletion influence measures to identify influential observations based on the φ-divergence, Cook's posterior mean distance and Cook's posterior mode distance of parameters. Fisher's iterative scoring algorithm is developed to evaluate the posterior modes of parameters in GPLMMs. The first-order approximation to Cook's posterior mode distance is presented. The computationally feasible formulae for the φ-divergence diagnostic and Cook's posterior mean distance are given. Several simulation studies and an example are presented to illustrate our proposed methodologies.     

基于文献关键词统计分析的我国开放与远程教育研究现状探析

以中国知网（CNKI）为平台,利用共词分析方法,对2006年1月至2015年6月间公开发表在开放与远程教育领域期刊论文的关键词进行统计分析,结合SATI软件和UCINET软件进行数据处理,探讨高频关键词之间的内在联系,揭示我国开放与远程教育研究的主题结构和核心领域。结果表明：此间我国开放与远程教育领域主要存在七大研究主题;远程学习、网络课程、学习支持服务、学习者是该领域的研究核心;移动学习、内容分析、学习科学和远程学习者将成为未来的研究热点。     

国外重大突发公共卫生事件心理危机干预措施及启示

2020年初,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给患者、医护工作者乃至普通民众带来了严重的心理危机。我国逐渐成熟的心理危机干预系统在疫情期间取得成效,但同时也反映出心理危机干预系统建设存在欠缺。文章介绍了美国、以色列等发达国家处置突发公共卫生事件心理危机的机构设置、管理系统、治疗手段、信息沟通系统等干预措施,为加强我国突发公共卫生事件心理危机干预体系建设提供了科学依据和建议。     

基于Web的远程教学管理系统的设计及实现

远程教学管理系统是进行远程教学的重要保证,利用它可以合理地调配教学资源、组织教学活动、总结教学数据,并有效地对远程学习中心实行业务指导和监控,保证教与学过程管理的时效。本文结合北京邮电大学网络教育学院学生管理的需求,分析了远程教学管理系统的设计及实现方案,利用www上的应用系统,实现了跨平台的、灵活的、通用的远程教学管理系统。
