两汉乡村婚姻略论

两汉是中国古代上古婚姻向中古婚姻转化的时代。在这一时期,乡村婚姻具有了越来越鲜明的特性,从婚姻的基本功能到婚姻的基本程式都与城市官僚贵族婚姻有着明显的不同。乡村婚姻功能中的经济与生产功能、乡村婚姻程式中礼俗关系的变化,为我们提供了认识与把握两汉乡村社会的重要门径。     

经济基础对文艺发展决定作用的有限性与弱化趋势

一定社会的经济基础对一定社会的文艺发展具有决定作用,但这种决定作用主要限于要求相应社会的文艺与经济基础在性质和发展方向上相适应,即具有主流意识形态性,但一定历史时期的经济基础并不能决定该时代多种多样文艺的性质和发展的方方面面。文艺发展中的恒久性因素审美性首先不是亦主要不是由经济基础决定的。科学技术居"统治"地位的时代,科技对文艺发展的决定作用模糊和掩盖了经济基础的作用。在发达社会、富裕社会、消费社会和在信息时代、全球化时代,经济基础对文艺发展的决定作用呈现弱化趋势。     

美国陪审制的功能与作用

由陪审团审判是美国宪法规定的一项重要的权利,陪审制在美国司法制度中有着举足轻重的地位。美国的陪审团分为大、小陪审团两种,它们在实际运作过程中既承担着民主政治的功能,也体现了保障公众参与司法、尊重当事人的程序性选择权、推进完善证据规则等法律制度功能。并且陪审制的良好运用,对律师用有激励作用,对法官有制约作用,对社会则可起到缓和、抚慰作用。

文章在已知Fuzzy函数项级数一致收敛概念的基础上,补充了区间值函数项级数一致收敛的概念和判别方法,给出了一致收敛性的区间值函数项级数的分析性质。     

Parameter Estimation for a Discretely Observed Integrated Diffusion Process

Abstract.  We consider the estimation of unknown parameters in the drift and diffusion coefficients of a one-dimensional ergodic diffusion X when the observation is a discrete sampling of the integral of X at times i Δ , i  =  1 ,…, n . Assuming that the sampling interval tends to 0 while the total length time interval tends to infinity, we first prove limit theorems for functionals associated with our observations. We apply these results to obtain a contrast function. The associated minimum contrast estimators are shown to be consistent and asymptotically Gaussian with different rates for drift and diffusion coefficient parameters.     

Identifiability of Finite Mixtures of Elliptical Distributions

Abstract.  We present general results on the identifiability of finite mixtures of elliptical distributions under conditions on the characteristic generators or density generators. Examples include the multivariate t -distribution, symmetric stable laws, exponential power and Kotz distributions. In each case, the shape parameter is allowed to vary in the mixture, in addition to the location vector and the scatter matrix. Furthermore, we discuss the identifiability of finite mixtures of elliptical densities with generators that correspond to scale mixtures of normal distributions.     

On the Distance Between Cumulative Sum Diagram and Its Greatest Convex Minorant for Unequally Spaced Design Points

Abstract.  The supremum difference between the cumulative sum diagram, and its greatest convex minorant (GCM), in case of non-parametric isotonic regression is considered. When the regression function is strictly increasing, and the design points are unequally spaced, but approximate a positive density in even a slow rate ( n ^−1/3), then the difference is shown to shrink in a very rapid (close to n ^−2/3) rate. The result is analogous to the corresponding result in case of a monotone density estimation established by Kiefer and Wolfowitz, but uses entirely different representation. The limit distribution of the GCM as a process on the unit interval is obtained when the design variables are i.i.d. with a positive density. Finally, a pointwise asymptotic normality result is proved for the smooth monotone estimator, obtained by the convolution of a kernel with the classical monotone estimator.

从人性的社会行为、市场经济中个体腐败行为和腐败行为的社会特征三个方面论述了道德教化施行的客观基础及其在反腐倡廉中的发展价值功能、导向价值功能 ,提出实施道德教化的社会内涵 :提高领导干部的政治理论素养 ,坚定理想信念、增强为人民服务的宗旨观念 ,提高领导干部的精神境界和自律意识。指出对领导干部施行道德教化应强调终身化、全员化、系统化。
