欲的伸张与宣泄——20世纪中国市民文学研读之一

在20世纪中国市民文学中,与对爱情作纯化虚幻描写相对的是对欲的描写,这欲是赤裸裸的情欲、肉欲、色欲、性欲。20世纪中国市民文学对“欲”的描写,成为一个热点、焦点和卖点,既有对古代近代市民文学的继承,更具有这个世纪的本色。早期鸳蝴派言情大师们大都将“情”与“欲”完全对立起来;海派作家更多地是从生存意义上来理解人性的,来理解人的性本能的,在现代的意义上为性、色作辩;从1949年至1976年,中国大陆没有严格意义上的市民文学,爱情成为禁区,也就不可能有性爱描写;八十年代,性的描写还以爱的包装、爱的寓言的形式来呈现,九十年代,文学创作中性的姿态更为突出,性已成为一种普遍的言说姿态。     

西安事变张学良释蒋送蒋的深层动因

张学良在西安事变中释蒋送蒋看似突兀,然而深入历史的表面背后可以看出,全国舆论的压力,苏联和共产国际的反对,中国共产党政策的调整和内战危机空前严重的综合影响,才是张学良释蒋送蒋的深层动因。     

开裂的社区虚构的同一:《给予者》的解构主义解读

德里达的解构理论(deconstruction)震撼了二十世纪的整个西方论坛,他在哲学、语言学和文学批评等领域都颇有建树。他通过挖掘潜藏在前人理论中的悖论对他们的理论进行了瓦解,批评了他们所共有的、根深蒂固的逻格斯中心主义(logocentrism),提出了自己一系列的解构思想。主要依照其悖论辩证思路对露易丝.劳瑞的小说《给予者》进行分析,试图揭露其中潜在的空白区域以及自相矛盾和自我冲突。这些矛盾和冲突时隐时现,扑朔迷离,在无形中对小说的整个结构和故事情节进行着解构。     

煤与天然气共热解过程中硫的析出规律研究

选用龙口褐煤、神府烟煤及晋城无烟煤分别在管式炉中进行程序升温,比较在氮气和天然气气氛下硫的析出规律.结果表明,在天然气气氛下硫的析出浓度明显增加,说明天然气对硫的析出有促进作用.硫的析出浓度在氮气气氛下550℃时达到最大值,而在天然气气氛下硫的析出浓度在700℃之前一直保持较大值.天然气促进硫析出的原因是碳氢组分与煤中的活性自由基作用,释放出活性甲基和氢,使其与硫反应的氢量增多,从而促进了硫的析出.     

论突发公共事件中政府信息公开立法的完善——以盐城市应对新冠肺炎疫情信息公开工作为例

当今世界突发公共事件多发频发,保障公众知情权对增进政民互信、维护社会稳定具有重要意义。我国现有的突发公共事件信息公开法律法规没有形成完善的体系,存在着疏漏和模糊,实践中容易遇到操作层面的困难。在已有研究和国外经验的基础上,聚焦盐城市应对新冠肺炎疫情时采取的信息公开措施,分析我国突发公共事件中政府信息公开在立法主体、内容、程序等方面存在的不足,并提出明确信息分级公开权限,列举不予公开的政府信息,明确信息发布的审批程序、公开时间、形式,进行绩效考核等相应建议。     

Literature review of material flow control mechanisms

We review mechanisms which control the flow or material into and within a manufacturing line. These material flow control (MFC) mechanisms address the problem of when to release material into a manufacturing line and when workcentres should be authorized to produce. The MFC mechanisms reviewed include: Kanban, CONWIP, workload regulating, starvation avoidance, BORA, maximum load limit, MRP, the base stock system, workload control, and production authorization cards.     

Workload Control and Order Release: A Lean Solution for Make‐to‐Order Companies

Protecting throughput from variance is the key to achieving lean. Workload control (WLC) accomplishes this in complex make‐to‐order job shops by controlling lead times, capacity, and work‐in‐process (WIP). However, the concept has been dismissed by many authors who believe its order release mechanism reduces the effectiveness of shop floor dispatching and increases work center idleness, thereby also increasing job tardiness results. We show that these problems have been overcome. A WLC order release method known as “LUMS OR” (Lancaster University Management School order release) combines continuous with periodic release, allowing the release of work to be triggered between periodic releases if a work center is starving. This paper refines the method based on the literature (creating “LUMS COR” [Lancaster University Management School corrected order release]) before comparing its performance against the best‐performing purely periodic and continuous release rules across a range of flow directions, from the pure job shop to the general flow shop. Results demonstrate that LUMS COR and the continuous WLC release methods consistently outperform purely periodic release and Constant WIP. LUMS COR is considered the best solution in practice due to its excellent performance and ease of implementation. Findings have significant implications for research and practice: throughput times and job tardiness results can be improved simultaneously and order release and dispatching rules can complement each other. Thus, WLC represents an effective means of implementing lean principles in a make‐to‐order context.

北京市生育政策调整对出生人口规模的影响

在全面分析北京市户籍人口生育水平、育龄妇女孩次结构、独生子女比例、婚配模式、人口迁移和生育意愿的基础上,本文分析了北京生育政策调整对出生人口规模产生的影响。结果表明户籍人口放开单独对北京新增出生人口的影响非常小,2020年以前每年对北京市户籍人口出生规模的影响在1万-2万人左右,远远低于迁入人口规模的影响。     

我国高等教育功能释放的问题、成因及对策

当前我国高等教育正面临严峻的就业形势,高等教育功能释放存在许多问题和现实困境,这主要是由高等教育内部缺乏统筹、经济发展不平衡及人才培养机制、产品服务体系、市场经济法制不完善所致。为此,我们应着力调整经济结构,完善人才服务体系、法律法规和人才制度,深化高等教育改革,提升培养质量,增强高等教育在经济社会发展中的适应性,不断提高高等教育功能释放水平和释放效益。
