土木建筑学科群的构建与发展规划研究

对土木工程、交通工程、工程力学、建筑学、城市规划和艺术设计等本科专业及其相关学科博士学位和硕士学位授权点在国内高校的设置情况进行了统计分析,客观研究了我校各专业所处的地位及今后建设努力的方向,提出了构建土木交通类学科群和城市建设类学科群的思路和实施方案。可作为今后一个时期我校土木工程系专业建设和学科建设的工作参考和研究依据。     

城镇老年群体选择视阈下的“以房养老”研究--基于广西南宁的抽样调查数据

以广西南宁市为例,从群体特征、家庭条件、社会政策和个人态度四个维度构建理论框架,对“以房养老”情况进行系统考察,探讨“以房养老”政策的影响因素,进而提出推进“以房养老”政策的实施对策。     

Group Work Camp as Nondeliberative Process

ABSTRACT

The article seeks to identify examples of several features of nondeliberative practice within the process of Group Work Camp, an experiential training program. Camp provides an alternative environment for learning, in which novice group workers can effectively deal with their anxiety about facilitating groups. Examples of specific features of nondeliberative process are identified, including “worker of the self” nondeliberative and deliberative process working in tandem, problem solving without awareness of a problem, casting the problem in manageable form, transforming nondeliberative experience into analog, shifting from artful to actional to analogic forms, and worker role.     

对《“客观信息”范畴的再质疑》一文的反批评

“水中月”仅仅是一个关于“存在”的不同形式的案例,而根本不是什么关于信息进化和全息现象的案例;自然事物在相互作用中产生的“痕迹”本身并不是信息,只是关于信息的“特定编码结构”,而其中所可能呈现的自然关系的反映内容才是信息;承认“客观信息”的存在,丝毫无损“物质世界”的颜面,这恰恰证明了物质世界自身的能动性、普遍联系性和运动变化性;事物的进化和退化主要体现在程序信息的变化上,尤其在生物界,程序信息的复杂化发展程度标明着生物进化的等级和水平;健全人体中所凝结的关于人的社会历史关系的相应程序性信息规定的并不是霍先生所粗俗理解的那种具体人类历史过程或文本的内容,更不是什么通常所说的七大姑、八大姨之类的社会关系,而只是能够在人类社会文化的中介下发育出来的属人的生理、心理和行为的具体结构,以及能够融入人类社会,能够习得人类文化,并还可能传承和发展这种文化的能力。     

Network dynamics of television use in school classes

Seventy years ago Paul Lazarsfeld and colleagues found empirical evidence for a significant influence of the social context on media effects by interpersonal communication. Subsequently various theories in mass media science incorporated the social context as an independent or dependent variable. However, there is little empirical research that addresses the dynamics of media use within a social context using network analytic methods. This study considers the social context as both an independent and dependent variable in a dynamic network process in order to disentangle social selection and influence processes. Hence, on one hand it tests whether the intensity of TV use and the use of specific TV genres predict the selection of conversation partners in social groups (social selection process). On the other hand it tests if individuals’ social context predicts their TV use (social influence process). Here, social context is defined as the conversation structure as well as the media use of all other persons in the social group.     

Effectiveness of smoking cessation program for male adolescents in South Korea

The objective of this study was to implement and verify the effectiveness of a smoking cessation program based on a cognitive behavioral model, composed of six sessions. Participants included 80 male middle school students who smoked. They were divided into experimental (n = 35 students) and comparison (n = 45 students) groups, and the smoking cessation program was conducted in the experimental group. Results of self-report scales for smoking behaviors and urinary cotinine and CO levels before and after the program were statistically analyzed with mixed regression including factors for group, time, and a group-by-time interaction. The results indicated that the group effect, time effect, and group-by-time interaction effect were significant for the nicotine dependency. The variation patterns in the two groups became significantly different over time as nicotine dependency drastically decreased in the experimental group, whereas those in the comparison group showed little change from pre-program examination to post-program examination. Significant time effects were observed for smoking cessation efficacy and urinary cotinine levels, reflecting increased smoking cessation efficacy and decreased cotinine levels in both groups across time. The results suggest that this six-week smoking cessation program in male adolescents in South Korea was valid to implement.     

赛戏仪式剧《斩旱魃》的雩祭因素

从整个仪式来看,赛戏是群体性祭祀行为,是将祭祀仪式作人物形象的图解。但它确又是戏,有人物角色、舞蹈动作和故事情节搬演等方面的戏剧审美因素,因而人们将它认为是敬神为主兼以娱人的祭祀仪式剧。赛戏活动一般是每个台口演出4天,包括报赛、迎喜神、刮街、斩旱魃、说夜书等固定程序。《斩旱魃》是赛戏独具特色的仪式剧．它的内容强烈地体现了原始的雩祭意识。     

基于环境因素的企业项目投资决策方法研究

随着企业竞争开始从以产品为重心转向以项目为重心,以及投资项目对生态环境的破坏日益严重的现象,环境因素在企业项目投资决策中占有的地位日益重要.在当前应用较为广泛的折现现金指标的基础上,建立起基于环境因素的企业项目投资决策方法.通过熵权法将企业项目财务收益水平与生态环境质量结合,为企业项目投资决策和未来研究提供参考.     

从科普到科学传播——电视科教节目科学传播途径探索

本文通过分析和回顾中国电视科教节目传播理念的变迁,即从科普到科学传播理念的发展变化,进一步思考电视科教节目实现科学传播的现实路径:一方面在选题内容上紧扣"普及科学知识、倡导科学方法、传播科学思想、弘扬科学精神";另一方面,在节目形式上强调形式要为内容服务。     

对国有企业实行股票期权激励的实效研究

股票期权是适应现代公司理论要求的行之有效的激励机制,但其对经营者和员工激励的效果受多种因素的影响,如市场环境、企业的风险特征等。我国在建立股票期权激励制度过程中,应该完善法律法规,完善企业治理结构和监督管理机制,提高资本市场的有效性,建立和完善经理人市场,建立有效的绩效考核制度。
