城市郊区的失地农民和长期居住在城市的农民工,由于从事的职业已经非农化,亟需转变农民身份,完全融入到城市中去。但在这一过程中,失地农民和农民工可以选择的路径很少,他们往往要遭到户籍、土地、社会保障等政策性壁垒的限制。从现阶段看,只有通过转变思想观念入手,取消城乡二元分割的户籍制度,逐步建立普惠的社会保障体制,全面构建农民市民化的支持系统,才能帮助农民实现角色的彻底转换。  相似文献

美国积极借鉴和移植以色列HIPPY家访项目经验,对早期补偿教育的重视和对“以家庭为中心”的积极认识构成了美国 发展HIPPY家访项目的基本背景。本文主要从目标、服务模式、监督与管理机制和项目的影响四个方面对HIPPY家访项目进行 阐述。完善的法规建设和充足的资金投入、基于实证、科学评估和家访人员服务质量高是美国发展HIPPY家访项目的经验。借 鉴美国的经验,我国的家访服务可采取构建以政府为主体的全方位社会支持体系、实施项目制试点,优先关注处境不利地区儿童 与教育质量和建立专业的家访人员队伍等策略。  相似文献

This study presents an evaluation of the implementation quality of the Chilean program Crecer Jugando (CJ), a 16 weekly sessions group-based parenting program for children 0 to 4 years old and their primary caregivers aiming at promoting positive caregiver-child interaction. The implementation of CJ in two public health care centers (HCC) in Chile’s Metropolitan Region was assessed based on Donabedian’s theoretical model, focusing on the dimensions of the program’s structure (e.g., infrastructure and supplies), processes (e.g., coordination of CJ team with the HCCs, participants’ attendance, CJ team interaction with participating children), and preliminary outcomes (i.e., parenting stress, caregiver-child interaction). A total of 63 main caregiver-child dyads participated in the study, which took place over a six-month period. Results indicated that the CJ program was feasible to be implemented in two HCCs and would benefit from improving the coordination with the HCCs and the quality of interaction of the CJ team with participating children. After participation in the CJ program, caregivers showed a decrease in their parenting stress. Lessons learned are discussed.  相似文献

Fathers play an important role in shaping their children’s emotional competence although most literature has focused on the influence of mothers. Dads Tuning in to Kids (Dads TIK) is a parenting program that teaches fathers to coach their children in learning about emotions, while also helping fathers increase awareness and regulation of their own emotions. A randomized controlled efficacy trial of Dads TIK was conducted with a community sample of 162 fathers of a 4‐year‐old child attending preschool in Melbourne, Australia. Those allocated to the intervention attended a seven‐session manualized group program. Questionnaires were completed by fathers, the fathers’ partners and the children’s teachers at baseline and 6‐month follow‐up. Results were that fathers in the intervention condition but not control condition reported significant increases in emotion socialization, parenting satisfaction and efficacy, and reductions in their children’s difficult behaviors. Partners of fathers in the intervention condition reported reductions in their own emotion dismissing parenting and improvements in psychological well‐being. Partners and teachers reported significant improvements in children’s behavior across both intervention and control conditions. These findings suggest a father‐focused program appears to lead to changes in fathers’ emotion socialization skills that may have benefits for partners’ functioning and children’s behavior.  相似文献

Little is known about the role that personality may play in participation and outcomes of marriage and relationship education (MRE) programs in varying formats and no research has been conducted to assess what role personality and emotional readiness factors may play in the outcomes of self-directed MRE. Data collected through online Relationship Evaluation Questionnaire (RELATE) was used to analyze how personality and emotional readiness factors affect perceived change and helpfulness in self-directed MRE interventions for 746 individuals who participated in such interventions. Extroversion was significant across factors predicting perceived positive change among men and women. Implications of this research for self-directed MRE interventions are discussed.  相似文献

Assisted living programs (ALPs) embed licensed assisted living services within independent housing. To advance nascent research on this type of housing plus services, this study aimed to develop empirically grounded program theory on the processes through which ALPs benefit residents within independent housing. Eighteen in-depth interviews were conducted with current and prospective consumers of an ALP in northern New Jersey, including residents and family caregivers. The setting for the ALP was a federally subsidized independent housing building, which had introduced the ALP approximately 1 year prior to the study. Themes emerging from an iterative coding process indicated the most valued aspects of the ALP’s service delivery, including the comprehensiveness of the service options, the flexible timing for their delivery, and the relational aspects of care. Participants further described the ways in which the structure of the ALP facilitated prevention, such as preventing the occurrence and escalation of adverse health events. The study concludes by presenting a program model that integrates these findings, which suggests that ALPs deliver care in ways that make long-term services and supports more accommodating and acceptable to consumers. This, in turn, can enhance their preventive value to facilitate aging in place among independent housing residents in clinical need of such supports.  相似文献
