股权众筹是否真的那么美--基于美国制度缺陷的再思考

股权众筹作为初创企业采用的一种利用互联网向大众募集小额资本的融资方式，以“脱媒式”对接投融资双方的优势，利用互联网的人群聚集与信息广泛传播效应，降低投融资方之间沟通成本，有助于投融资意向的快速达成。2012年美国JOBS法案的高调出台，吸引了全球范围内的广泛关注。但股权众筹制度在美国已受到诸多批判，除信息披露要求弱化引发的欺诈风险增加外，在注重前端融资效率的同时却忽略了投资端的设计和保护，尤其是众筹股权的流通和退出问题等。美国立法与实践领域对于这些问题尚未取得彻底的突破。股权众筹以美国模式为样板引入中国，在遭遇中国固有法律体系及制度的困扰后，中国股权众筹实践陷入更多困境。通过对美国相关制度出台的背景及存在的不足进行分析，对照中国实践，锁定实践中产生的新问题，并深入探讨现有解决路径能否真正缓解这些不足，以期对股权众筹制度重新进行明确的定位。     

Simultaneous confidence intervals for one-way layout based on generalized pivotal quantities

In this paper, we consider simultaneous confidence intervals for all-pairwise comparisons of treatment means in a one-way layout under heteroscedasticity. Two kinds of simultaneous intervals are provided based on the fiducial generalized pivotal quantities of the interest parameters. We prove that they both have asymptotically correct coverage. Simulation results and an example are also reported. It is concluded from calculational evidence that the second kind of simultaneous confidence intervals, which we provide, performs better than existing methods.     

Exact monte carlo tests using several statistics

Concepts of ranking and boundary of multivariate statistics are discussed and applied to the simultaneous use of several test statistics calculated for data and simulated replicates. An example of residual analysis in regression is given using layer ranks and supplementary simulation with a stopping rule.     

高等学校财务信息公开问题研究--以江西省98所普通高等学校为例

高等学校财务信息公开不仅是促进我国高等学校提高财务管理水平的一个重要途径，也是社会各界了解我国高等学校运营状况的一个窗口。以江西省98所普通高等学校为样本，分析高等学校财务信息公开的现状及存在的问题，并提出我国高等学校财务信息公开的解决途径。     

论作为创新信息系统的专利制度

专利制度发挥着一种受信赖的信息系统之作用，它被视为信息可靠性的保障，降低了发明信息的传递成本和交易成本。它所意欲促进扩散的创新信息不仅指技术信息，还包括与技术相关的非技术信息。非技术信息对于技术扩散也具有重要的意义，但其价值常常被人们漠视，其原因在于人们对专利制度如何促进技术信息扩散的作用机理产生了错误的认识。专利制度不仅应该通过公开充分性制度来实现技术信息的扩散，它还需要通过权利要求解释、侵权救济与权利例外等制度的完善来实现非技术信息的扩散。因此，传统上的“专利公开”概念应该予以拓宽。     

Sexual Venue Selection and Strategies for Concealment of Same-Sex Behavior Among Non-Disclosing Men Who Have Sex with Men and Women

In order to conceal their same-sex behavior, men who have sex with men and women (MSMW) who do not disclose their same-sex behavior to female partners must be cautious in their attempts to find potential male partners. This study interviewed 46 non-gay-identified, non-disclosing MSMW to identify the venues where they meet male sexual partners and the strategies they use to reduce the likelihood of discovery when at such venues. Most (74%) reported meeting a male partner in a sexual venue (e.g., bar or club, park) in the past year. Strategies to reduce the risk of discovery while seeking male partners included: a) avoiding certain venues, b) attending venues away from home, c) meeting partners on the Internet, d) preferring venues that have potential nonsexual uses, e) having sex at the partner's place, and f) limiting their onsite sexual activities. These findings provide insight into the coping strategies these men use to manage the conflicting needs to conceal their behavior and meet sexual partners.     

All pairwise comparisons of exponential location parameters under type i censoring — equal scale parameter case

In this paper, procedures for all pairwise comparisons of location parameters of negative exponential populations are developed when the common scale parameter is known or unknown using large sample distributional approximations of the relevant random variables. The small sample performance of these procedures are then examined using Monte Carlo simulation.     

On second-order improved estimation of a gamma scale parameter

This paper concludes our comprehensive study on point estimation of model parameters of a gamma distribution from a second-order decision theoretic point of view. It should be noted that efficient estimation of gamma model parameters for samples ‘not large’ is a challenging task since the exact sampling distributions of the maximum likelihood estimators and its variants are not known. Estimation of a gamma scale parameter has received less attention from the earlier researchers compared to shape parameter estimation. What we have observed here is that improved estimation of the shape parameter does not necessarily lead to improved scale estimation if a natural moment condition (which is also the maximum likelihood restriction) is satisfied. Therefore, this work deals with the gamma scale parameter estimation as a separate new problem, not as a by-product of the shape parameter estimation, and studies several estimators in terms of second-order risk.     

媒体关注下的CSR信息披露与企业财务绩效关系研究及启示——基于我国A股上市公司CSR报告的实证研究

企业社会责任(CSR)及信息披露已成为当前社会各界共同关注的热点问题。本文利用独立机构发布的我国A股上市公司CSR报告的评级数据,验证了当前时代背景下我国企业社会责任信息披露与企业财务绩效的关系,以及作为信息传递媒介和"公众日程设置者"的媒体的关注对于二者关系的影响作用。研究发现,高水平披露社会责任信息的企业的绩效明显高于低水平企业,但是这种作用关系是在媒体关注度这一变量的完全中介作用之下实现的。这一新发现不仅丰富和拓展了企业社会责任及信息披露的理论研究框架,对于基于战略性CSR思维制定相关战略的企业管理者也深具启发意义。
