互联网金融对传统金融业的影响及对策

我国互联网金融的不断发展与进步使得整个金融领域发生了巨大改变,不仅促进了金融机构创新,提升了其竞争意识,完善了资本市场监管制度,而且推动了利率市场化和银行业发展。但同时,互联网金融给传统的金融形式和金融理念也带来了巨大的冲击与影响。分析我国互联网金融的发展现状、结构特点以及新兴业务模式,阐述互联网金融对传统金融业的影响,从观念更新、调整转型以及模式创新方面提出传统金融业在互联网金融冲击下的应对之策。     

共享经济监管服务外包中的合谋行为研究

目前,我国共享经济产业尚处于发展初期,其在蓬勃发展的同时也带来了较多的监管问题,对消费者和政府造成了较大困扰。针对当前我国共享行业的监管困境,以防范合谋为关键点,提出共享经济监管服务外包策略,建立共享企业和第三方监管机构与政府部门的动态演化博弈模型,对共享企业与第三方监管机构之间的合谋行为、政府的监管行为进行分析,并通过数值仿真对模型结果进行验证。研究结果表明,政府的监管力度、惩罚力度、第三方与共享企业合谋的负效用、努力经营成本等参数均会对合谋行为产生影响。适当加大政府的监管力度与惩罚力度、敦促第三方监管机构与共享企业降低经营成本,有利于共享行业健康发展。     

分享经济的法律定位及规制策略

分享经济是近来学术研究的热门课题,但法学领域的研究并未认清其本质。从分享经济内部法律关系来看,它其实是电子商务在移动互联网时代的新发展,呈现出兼职与专职活动同时大量并存的双阶层构造,但当前的规制未能注意到这种区分。根据法律多元化理论,对分享经济的规制应当以保留多样选择为指引,摒弃一刀切式的传统监管思维。同时构建政府与分享经济平台方相互合作的、对专职和兼职分享有所区分的分级监管体制。     

Whatever it takes: Leaders' perceptions of abusive supervision instrumentality

In this paper we examine how leaders' perceptions of the instrumental benefits of abusive supervision shape their tendencies to abuse their employees. We posit that leaders who believe abuse has a positive impact on employee performance will engage in more abusive supervision than their peers, with downstream implications for employees' counterproductive work behaviors. Furthermore, we position leader empathic concern as a boundary condition, whereby empathic concern mitigates the effects of leaders' perceptions of abusive supervision's instrumentality. Data from two studies employing both experimental and field survey designs offer convergent support for our hypotheses. Overall, our findings challenge the prevailing view that abusive supervision is primarily motivated by a desire to aggress, instead demonstrating that leaders sometimes abuse their employees in the pursuit of more pro-organizational goals.

网上银行法律监管问题研究

网上银行的兴起在带来银行金融创新的同时,也凸显了目前我国网上银行监管制度的缺陷.为了更好地对网上银行进行监管,发挥其优势,可以在建立和完善我国现有的法律规范和金融认证体系的同时,积极参与网上银行监管的国际合作,借鉴国外的先进立法和实践经验.     

关于经济监督体系的思考

经济信息失真,经济工作现象混乱,严重影响了经济活动的正常运行。文章提出治理经济信息失真的对策,对单位经济活动的真实性、合理性、合法性、有效性进行全面监督。为此需要建立经济监督体系,即包括企业内部监督体系（单位内部会计监督和审计监督）与外部监督部门（国家监督及社会监督）在内的经济监督体系。     

Creating a Space for Reflection on Teaching: The 1997-99 Department of Human Relations work discussion groups

This article presents an overview of three staff development projects whose aim was to provide university staff with a reflective space in which to share their experiences of teaching psychosocial studies and social work to a large, heterogeneous body of students. Aspects of the staff-student relationship are discussed. The author aims to show how staff and students could have similar expectations and experiences in these subject areas in a 'new' university; but also widely divergent ones. It is argued that 'quality' resides in the staff-student relationship, and in the goodwill and commitment of each to articulate together their understanding of the material to be learnt. On the basis of the success of the projects, a case is made for the value of a self-reflexive 'work discussion' space for teaching practitioners.     

Aggression in the academic workplace: a psychodynamic analysis of social work

Abstract

Aiming to promote quality collegial relationships in tertiary education, this theoretical study draws on the peer-reviewed literature to provide a psychodynamic analysis of workplace aggression in the social work discipline. Because the study assists academics to identify their aggressive practices and the aggressive practices of their colleagues, the findings can be of relevance to other practice-based disciplines. Elaborating on the causes and effects of the disciplinary, institutional and individual forms of aggression, this study identifies the avoidance of the emotional pain in work with clients as the main reason behind the active or passive–aggressive behaviours in the discipline. Academics act out this defensive manoeuvre through denying the existence of knowledge gaps in the discipline, denying the inextricable link between empirical research and theories of practice, teaching exclusively theories unsupported by empirical studies, and resisting to set boundaries on active and passive aggression. The study proposes the advancement of research-into-practice mindedness in social work schools, the requirement that prospective social work academics gain considerable practice experience before entering academia, the need for academic leadership positions to require peer-reviewed publications in both teaching and practice and the need for Schools to publish a volume of empirical research to be accredited as providers of social work education.
