重塑英雄形象再度伸张正义--试论韩愈创作《张中丞传后序》的政治用意

韩愈<张中丞传后序>在批判小人非议张巡、许远二人事迹的基础上,重塑了二位英雄形象,再次弘扬了他们的英雄事迹,给张、许二人予以公正的评价.但其政治用意也非常鲜明,由安史之乱而导致藩镇割据并未停息,唐宪宗即位之后以武力削藩,仍有不少人持异议,反对用兵,本文实际上是对专务姑息,为反叛势力张目者的有力回击,对加强中央集权起了积极的作用.     

A solvable singular control problem driven by a jump diffusion process with applications

We consider a class of singular control problems driven by a double exponential jump diffusion process, which come from the reversible investment problem. In some interesting cases (e.g., the running cost function is given by the so-called Cobb-Douglas production function), we give the explicit solutions to the singular control problem by using the connection between singular control and optimal switching. We solve a collection of consistent optimal switching problems and yield the explicit solution for the singular control problem. We then give an application to a particular inventory control problem in a single random period.     

Markov switch smooth transition HYGARCH model: Stability and estimation

Abstract

HYGARCH model is basically used to model long-range dependence in volatility. We propose Markov switch smooth-transition HYGARCH model, where the volatility in each state is a time-dependent convex combination of GARCH and FIGARCH. This model provides a flexible structure to capture different levels of volatilities and also short and long memory effects. The necessary and sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability is derived. Forecast of conditional variance is studied by using all past information through a parsimonious way. Bayesian estimations based on Gibbs sampling are provided. A simulation study has been given to evaluate the estimations and model stability. The competitive performance of the proposed model is shown by comparing it with the HYGARCH and smooth-transition HYGARCH models for some period of the S&P500 and Dow Jones industrial average indices based on volatility and value-at-risk forecasts.     

洗钱罪犯罪故意种类探析

我国刑法中的洗钱罪并非目的犯。由于洗钱罪行为对象的特定性,使得作为行为犯的本罪存在了间接故意成立的空间。刑法将本罪直接故意的意志追求要素直接规定于法条中,导致成立本罪必须具有一种特殊的目的要素,从根本上导致了我国刑法中的洗钱罪排除了间接故意成立的可能,进而限制了实践中对本罪的打击力度。

快速分层切换移动IPv6协议的仿真研究

以现有的切换方案,并对其切换方案进行了分析比较,发现FHM IPv6是三种协议中延时最短的,但是其复杂度比较高,为了综合评价现有各种协议,采用仿真工具NS2,进行了仿真,根据数据的分析,对现有三种增强协议进行了几方面的比较,以得出最佳协议方案。     

Contactless marketing management of fashion brands in the digital age

The proliferation of digital technologies and the new era of social distancing have created a flood of opportunities, thereby allowing customers to experience services without interacting with them in person. To provide social distancing services, brands and retailers must first understand how their customers perceive them. This study aims to examine the effects of contactless marketing efforts on satisfaction and revisit intention. An online survey of 182 Korean consumers was conducted when the government implemented social distancing measures. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and an analysis of variance (ANOVA). The researchers developed a model to understand the emerging phenomenon of contactless marketing better and to fill the gap in the available literature. The findings revealed five perceptions of contactless marketing efforts among fashion brands: entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, and visual engagement. The benefits of contactless marketing efforts in terms of customer satisfaction and revisit intention have been established. Furthermore, perceived contactless marketing efforts had a greater effect on satisfaction and revisit intention for the identified enjoyment-seeking group than for the identified information-seeking group. These findings can assist researchers in gaining theoretical insights as well as practitioners in managing coherent marketing activities in the digital age.     

基于转换成本的供应链成员讨价还价能力研究

为研究影响供应链成员讨价还价能力的诸因素以及它们起作用的内在机制,建立了供应链上下游之间考虑退出威胁的讨价还价博弈模型,模型的均衡解揭示了转换成本对供应链成员策略形成机制的影响;同时通过对讨价还价能力的数学定义,结合模型分析得出供应链成员的讨价还价能力是其转换成本的减函数,并进一步指出市场份额、信息量、学习能力和忍耐度等因素影响供应链成员讨价还价能力的内在机制。     

作为竞争优势重要前因的顾客价值:一个实证研究

迈克尔·波特与Woodruff 都提出顾客价值是竞争优势的源泉的观点,但至今尚没有实 证. 现采用两阶段论证法,首先借鉴已有的相关研究和实证数据论证顾客忠诚是竞争优势的前 因,然后通过总结消费者行为倾向前因的已有研究成果,将顾客价值纳入其中,利用货车柴油 发动机市场上获得的调查数据,证明了顾客价值是顾客忠诚的最重要前因,得出了顾客价值是 竞争优势的重要前因的结论.     

网络服务场景对在线体验及行为意向的作用研究

随着电子商务的发展,网络服务场景日益受到学者和实务人士的重视。基于 S-O-R 范式、流体验理论和调节定向理论相关研究成果,从顾客在线购物体验的视角构建网络服务场景对顾客在线行为意向的作用模型。收集416名网购者的数据,利用结构方程模型验证假设。研究结果表明,网络服务场景显著正向影响顾客流体验,顾客流体验促进顾客的在线行为意向,并在网络服务场景与在线行为意向的关系中起中介作用;顾客调节定向在网络服务场景与流体验的关系中起调节作用,网络商店中的审美诉求因素和功能布局因素对促进定向顾客的流体验的影响作用更强,财务安全因素对预防定向顾客的流体验的影响作用更强。研究结果有利于学界和业界更好地理解网络服务场景因素刺激下顾客的行为动机,采用网络服务场景等易操纵因素制定顾客在线购物体验提升策略,并最终提高 e-绩效。
