兵团纺织业承接产业转移问题探析

兵团具有发展纺织工业的优势与条件,但目前发展水平较低,主要以初级产品加工为主,产业链条短,且在兵团各师之间分布不均衡。该文分析了国内纺织行业产业转移的现状与趋势,指出兵团纺织工业承接东部产业转移具有原料、能源、区位和产业基础等优势条件,提出兵团应采取优化招商引资优惠政策,发挥集聚效应引导企业相对集中,加快企业组织结构调整积极培育优势企业,加快实施品牌战略增强兵团纺织业竞争力等政策措施,使兵团纺织工业承接好产业转移。     

构建和谐社会的传统智慧——从儒学的视域来看

构建和谐社会是当今社会的主题之一,我们应充分挖掘传统的智慧资源。从儒学的传统来看,值得借鉴的主要有三个方面：“天人合一”——和谐社会的生态基础、“和为贵”——和谐社会的人道原则、“性向善”——和谐社会的人性论依据。

文质理论在先秦时期从孔子开始萌芽,由孟子、荀子继承,到两汉由司马迁、扬雄、班固等人推动,在南北朝时期成熟于刘勰的《文心雕龙》。刘勰以"时运交移,质文代变"表明了其文质历史发展观,以"文附质"与"质待文"体现了其对文质关系的深刻把握,以"衔华而佩实"、"藻耀而高翔"阐释了其心目中的完美作品。

Semi-parametric modelling of temperature records

A range of instrumental and proxy temperature records are examined semi-parametrically, using empirical densities and quantile autoregressions containing a unit root, to assess the extent of non-stationarity and the presence of global warming trends. Only the instrumental records covering the last century and a half show any evidence of non-stationarity, but the trend behaviour of these series remains elusive.     

Time,housework, and the rest of life

Although time envelops all human activities, only now are social scientists giving attention to this variable. Analysis of how American people spent their time in 1965, 1975, and 1985 from national time-diary studies suggests several current beliefs and conclusions that appear misguided or unsupported. Extending the scope of the discussion to include other aspects of peoples' lives (output, satisfactions) suggests ways in which different allocations of time to activities do and do not reflect the value people place on different groups of activities (i.e., lifestyles). Changes in these indicators of social-psychological life over time are needed to help interpret straightforward data on how people spend time.His research interests include social science measurement and methods as well as the impact of technology on social trends. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology and Mathematical Psychology from the University of Michigan.     

关于当前文艺思潮的思考

我国当前构建起有着开放性空间的社会主义文艺整体架构 ,但也出现涉及历史观、价值观、审美观等带有根本性的问题。其中有 :历史与现实、内容与形式、建设与破坏、本土与异域等关系。文化艺术是特定民族和时代的形象表达 ,其中健康向上的主体精神不可迷失或削弱。     

Extending the pursuit of flow (lean) management to encompass sales,general and administrative functions

Abstract

Operations management tends to be treated independent of other business functions—the silo syndrome. In this article, we call for operations management (OM) to broaden its perspective by strengthening linkages with other functions of the business, thereby to realize competitive advantages and strategic integration, as well as to avoid resource misallocation. The issues involved are presented and tested by examining the effects of intermeshing sales, general and administrative (SG&A) expenditures with customer-centred flow manufacturing, the latter being measured by system inventory as surrogate for customer lead time. In doing so, we designate trends in total inventory as the independent variable—representative of a dominant target of flow/lean management—and trends in SG&A expenditures as the output variable. The research tasks are enabled by inventory and SG&A data being widely available in companies’ audited financial statements. Such hard data offers methodological and validation advantages over, say, opinion-based survey research. The research adds bulk to existing flow/lean management theory and can be helpful in inducing primary business functions (e.g. OM, finance, sales and marketing) and sub-functions (such as SG&A and management accounting) to engage in cross-functional efforts in the cause of flow-oriented process improvement and company competitiveness.
