3-6岁幼儿责任感差异性研究

责任感是一个人主动施以积极有益作用的精神。研究采用实验法,通过前后测对120名3-6岁幼儿责任感进行测查,经分析对比发现：培养前和培养后,三个不同年龄阶段幼儿所表现出来的责任感都存在极其显著的差异,且男孩和女孩的责任感在不同程度上存在性别差异。     

水信息披露、机构投资者异质性与企业价值——来自我国A股制造业上市公司的经验证据

以我国2011-2016年A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,本文采用面板回归模型实证检验了企业水信息披露对企业价值的影响以及异质机构投资者在二者关系中的调节作用。结果表明：目前企业水信息披露水平整体较低,其对企业价值有显著的负向影响;在该影响中,机构投资者整体有显著的正向调节作用,压力抵制型机构投资者有显著的负向调节作用,而压力敏感型机构投资者无显著的调节作用。     

The positive transmission and aesthetic reconstruction of Chinese contemporary films and television works to contemporary college students

The varieties and different form of contemporary films and television works have brought a great impact to the group of college students' ideas and behaviors. The works are the textbook of outlook on life, the guide of values, the leader of outlook on beauty, to contemporary college students. This paper points out that the contemporary film and television works play an important role in the ideological and political education of contemporary college students. For positive transmission and aesthetic reconstruction of Chinese film and television works from the perspective of ideological and political education, one needs to do the following things: to explore new ways of aesthetic education in the Internet era through film and television aesthetic education; Refusing to cultivate the one-dimensional personality in the media age by film and television aesthetic education; To build a new type of film and television aesthetic education system, for a new breakthrough in film and television art classroom, so as to promote the all-round development of contemporary college students in moral, intellectual, physical, beauty, labor.     

The complexity of diversity and importance for equitable philanthropy

The current U.S. climate of racial and social injustice has prompted a renewed call for diverse and equitable ways to rethink community philanthropy. Community foundations are vehicles for community philanthropy which offer vast benefits for social improvement and community development. The board of directors ensures these organizations fulfill their mission, making decisions on funding priorities and holding the organization functionally and fiscally responsible. Drawing on constructs of diversity and representative bureaucracy and a case study of Florida community foundations, we suggest that diversity is understood in different ways and the presence of diverse board members may be linked to advancing the interests of diverse communities and in achieving outcomes that assist in the needs of certain social groups. Increased understanding of diversity can improve foundation and philanthropic effectiveness and bring broader social change by promoting equity and social justice among community‐based philanthropic organizations.     

Network diversity,contact diversity,and status attainment

We propose that diversity in social relations measured by network diversity and cross-race/cross-gender contacts affords job seekers higher contact status that in turn brings better status attainment outcomes. Controlling for traditional strength of tie measures and other confounders, the empirical study confirms that (1) network diversity in race and gender are significantly associated with actual utilization of cross-race/cross-gender contacts in job search, (2) use of cross-race/cross-gender contacts is significantly related to higher contact status for nonwhite and female job seekers, but (3) contact status (activated social capital) partially provides jobs of higher SEI scores for white job seekers. Similarly, male job seekers obtain better jobs through female contacts, but the same does not apply to female job seekers. These findings show relative return deficits of social capital experienced by racial minorities and females even when they exert extra effort to obtain heterogeneous social relations and contacts.     

汉语新词语现状及共管理策略刍议

语言是随着经济、社会、文化的发展而不断发展的。我们所处的时代瞬息万变，汉语新词语不断涌现。对此，学界存在着或否定或欢迎等不同态度。我们认为，吐故纳新是汉语的一大特性，我们应坚持开放宽容而又积极规范的态度，一方面大胆包容新词语不断出现的现象，一方面采取一定的措施加强语言的规范管理，处理好语言共性与个性的关系，使汉语发展既保持稳定性又富于创造性。     

谁的乡村建设？——基于乡村建筑变迁的观察和思考

在全面推进乡村振兴的大背景下，乡村建设正如火如荼地开展。其中，乡村建设中农民房屋建筑类型从特质性的“匠心独具”到同质性的“千村一面”，再到异化性的“自厝同异”变迁路径，反映出传统文化的保护危机，也深刻揭示出建筑变迁背后暗藏的农民与地方政府间的多元矛盾和博弈。此问题的根源在于农民主体性被消解，成了被建构的对象或客体，而地方政府却不断强化构建主体的身份认同。事实上，当前乡村建设呈现出五种不同的价值取向：一是为城市消费者休闲情趣的乡村建设；二是为城市中产阶级家乡情感的乡村建设；三是为地方政府凸显政绩的乡村建设；四是为开发商投资回报的乡村建设；五是为农民生存利益的乡村建设。不同参与者均带着不同的利益诉求介入乡村建设，直接影响到乡村建设的发展走向。因此，要处理乡村建设中的矛盾和问题，必须强化农民在乡村建设中的主体意识和主体身份，赋予农民对乡村建设事务的话语权与决定权。

手机互联网络的普及以及微信的出现，给人们的信息交流提供了方便快捷的途径。微商就是借助微信极具亲和力的特点、以电子网络营销的方式在微信里进行商品推销，这是现今移动终端最火的营销手段。从微商产生及发展、微商发展的模式、微商的特性和商业价值、微商的优劣势进行分析，并从微商运行角度提出了微商发展的应对策略。     

The shifting landscape of LGBT organizational research

Over the past generation, sexual minorities—particularly lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) persons—have gained increased visibility in the public arena. Yet organizational research has lagged behind in recognizing and studying this category of organizational members. This article offers a critical review of this growing body of research. More specifically, we identify and discuss four dominant scholarly frames that have informed LGBT organizational research from the late nineteenth century to date. The frames include a “medical abnormality,” “deviant social role,” “collective identity,” and “social distinctiveness” view of sexual minorities. We argue that these frames have profoundly shaped the scope and range of organizational scholarship devoted to sexual minorities by showing that scholars using such contrasted frames have been drawn to very different research questions with respect to sexual minorities. We document and discuss the main and contrasted questions asked within each of these frames and show how they have both enabled and constrained LGBT organizational research. We conclude by calling for more attention to the frames organizational scholars adopt when studying sexual minorities, but also for more research on both minority and majority sexual orientations in organizations.     

投资组合动态VaR预测模型和预测精度评价

采用4种Backtesting检验方法,检验22个常态和时变投资组合动态VaR预测模型的风险预测精度,发现GJR_GPD_TV_Copula具有最高的投资组合风险预测精度,GJR_GPD_Copula的拟合、密度预测和组合风险预测精度都要高于GJR_SKST_Copula,且Copula模型的组合风险预测精度分别与拟合精度和密度预测精度存在较弱的正相关关系.
