本文通过对我国人口教育发展历程的回顾 ,提出重新认定人口教育教学内容问题 ,并试图通过整合课程途径来实现这一目标

建国以后,毛泽东对新中国采用何种分配体制和方法进行了认真思考和探索。他一方面提倡坚持各尽所能按劳分配的社会主义分配原则;另一方面又追求分配中的平均主义,并试图用供给制代替按劳分配,错误地认为工资制、按劳分配、货币交换和旧社会没有多少差别,是“资产阶级法权”,必须加以限制。这种在个人收入分配问题上的矛盾状态,致使在社会经济运行中,劳动者的劳动积极性受到挫伤。

以德"齐家"既是以德治国理念的必然要求,也是建设社会主义法治国家的道德基础.社会主义家庭美德固然是对传统家庭伦理的发展与升华,但是,我们也一定要根据现代家庭发展的实际情况作出适时调整,与时俱进,唯其如此,才能使社会主义家庭美德富有鲜活的生命力.

思想政治工作是我们党的一大优势。认真探索在新形势下加强和改进党的思想政治工作 ,是摆在我们面前的一项十分重要的任务。新时期加强和改进党的思想政治工作 ,必须坚持江泽民同志“七一”讲话的精神 ;坚持把继承性与创新性、系统性与开放性、全局性与重点性、前瞻性与现实性等方面有机地结合起来 ,思想政治工作才能具有更多的主动性和方向性     

立足发展 深化改革 锤炼作风按照“三个代表”思想建设高素质的学校干部队伍

江泽民同志的“七·一”重要讲话和中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的《决定》 ,对干部队伍建设提出了明确要求。高等学校应该如何贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想和党的十五届六中全会精神 ?这是当前面临的重要课题。我校从干部人事制度改革入手 ,立足发展 ,深化改革 ,用好的作风选人 ,选作风好的人 ,并不断强化教育 ,狠抓作风建设 ,按照“三个代表”重要思想建设高素质的干部队伍 ,努力为建设国内外知名的高水平大学提供坚强的组织保证     

Families and Inheritance Decisions: Examining Non-Titled Property Transfers

This study examines the transfer of personal possessions, which is a dimension of inheritance decision making from which few families are exempt but which largely has been ignored by researchers and educators. The qualitative analysis of a purposeful sample of individual family members who had experienced a transfer of non-titled personal possessions suggested the influence of six key themes. These included: (a) a sensitivity of the issue, (b) lack of goal discussion, (c) different perceptions of fairness, (d) different meanings of objects, (e) lack of awareness of distribution options and consequences, and (f) potential for conflict. The themes identified reinforced that inheritance is not simply an economic or legal issue but one with complex emotional and family relationship dimensions. The findings provide the foundation for further research agendas and for developing educational resources to help family members communicate about and make more informed decisions regarding the transfer of non-titled property.

思想政治工作及其教育是我们党的传家宝。它不仅始终贯穿于我党及其领导下的 新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设的全过程,而且发挥了十分重要的作用。改革开放２０年 来,我们党的思想政治工作及其教育无论是在学科建设,还是在内容的完善和方法的创新等方面 都得到了前所未有的发展,取得了极其辉煌的成绩。     

Spiritual development and meaningful work: a Habermasian critique

ABSTRACT

A dominant theme of the workplace spirituality discourse in HRD is its transformational nature which enables an organization to imbue work with purpose and meaning. Empirical studies have shown that providing meaningful work to employees enhances several indicators of organizational performance. However, this discourse ignores that such organizational interventions are shaped by capitalist power relations in which the organization is embedded. In this paper, I apply a critical theory perspective drawing from the work of Jurgen Habermas to show that workplace spirituality movement has emerged in response to the loss of meanings inherent in neoliberal capitalism. However, since this movement is operating on a logic of performativity and instrumental rationality, it represents an attempt to re-orient individual subjectivity and the spiritual realm of human experience to serve capitalism.     

佛山大学教师队伍建设的现状及其优化对策

认为当前佛山大学的发展巳从侧重于面的铺开转入重在提高质量上,对师资的要求大为提高,必须抓紧师资工作提出了要从学校的实际出发,把坚持方向,提高水平,克服断层,调动积极性,作为师资工作的重点。把实行培训与引进并举,重在培训提高;认真加强教师的思想政治教育;大力加强骨干教师和学科带头(人的培养、认真做好青年教师的工作;深化职称改革,实行评聘分开,在职务聘任工作中引进竞争机制等作为提高教师整体水平的师资工作对策。
