概念整合理论视阈下楹联的翻译研究

概念整合理论是阐述两个心智空间中的信息相互映射整合,从而得出新创意义的理论。概念整合理论在翻译领域的研究虽已颇有成果,但运用概念整合理论翻译中国传统楹联仍属研究空白。因此,在楹联翻译中运用概念整合网络、输入空间、映射、构建认知模型等方法,为楹联的翻译开拓了视野,为翻译文化交流提供了新的思路。     

Crowdfunding through a partial organization lens – The co-dependent organization

Crowdfunding has become a rapidly growing source of alternative financing for a wide range of products and service ideas. The crowdfunding process itself necessitates the successful interaction between a number of actors including the central organizing platform, a number of content providing campaigns, and a large diverse group of funders. By utilizing the literature on complete and partial organizations and rejecting the commonly applied organizational molds to describe the process, this paper proposes that crowdfunding is organized and enabled as a fluid and co-dependent interaction between the various actors. The concept of partial organizations and its emphasis on key organizational decisions reveal that crowdfunding may be conceived of as a “co-dependent organization” in which the relationship of the involved actors is so interdependent that the crowdfunding process can neither be maintained nor implemented without it.     

State of the science on prevention of elder abuse and lessons learned from child abuse and domestic violence prevention: Toward a conceptual framework for research

ABSTRACT

The goal of this review is to discuss the state of the science in elder abuse prevention. Findings from evidence-based programs to reduce elder abuse are discussed, drawing from findings and insights from evidence-based programs for child maltreatment and domestic/intimate partner violence. A conceptual measurement model for the study of elder abuse is presented and linked to possible measures of risk factors and outcomes. Advances in neuroscience in child maltreatment and novel measurement strategies for outcome assessment are presented.     

论法律体系的概念结构——以价值法学为分析视角

部门法体系是法律体系概念的准通说,但对它的理论质疑很多,且这些质疑本身又处于碎片化状态中,立法机关也因此对它采取了一种有条件的接受态度.这就使法律体系概念在我国的理解处于比较混乱的处境,并导致与这一主题相关的法学本体论和方法论意义的匮乏,也阻碍了有关法学对话的进行.本文一方面通过反思准通说及其主要理论质疑的学说基础及其存在的弱点,解释了法律体系概念存在理解混乱的主要原因,另一方面通过引入价值法学这一新的学说基础来分析法律体系应有的概念结构,并阐明其在理论和实务上的双重意义.     

英语短语动词的认知语义研究——以get off为例

短语动词由动词加上一个或两个小品词而构成。从传统的观点看,不能从动词的表面知道其意义,但事实上并非如此。本文从认知的视角,运用概念合成理论、认知隐喻和转喻理论对短语动词get off的认知语义进行分析研究,研究发现:(1)短语动词get off的语义是由动词和小品词的意义通过概念合成得出来的;(2)短语动词getoff的语义扩展是通过隐喻、转喻或二者交叉实现的;(3)get off的概念意义可概括为:离开就是出去;离开就是逃脱;离开就是停止;离开就是反对。(4)在短语动词get off的意义中,动词get反映的是动作本身,而小品词off则蕴含了动作的方向和路径。

本文简单地介绍了一种新的语义构建的认知理论,即概念整合理论以及心理空间,复合空间,现时,层现结构等概念,并从移就定义出发,论证了概念整合理论对于通感、移情、转类等移就的三种形态都具有阐释能力.

Ecological Risk Assessment Conceptual Model Formulation for Nonindigenous Species

This article addresses the application of ecological risk assessment at the regional scale to the prediction of impacts due to invasive or nonindigenous species (NIS). The first section describes risk assessment, the decision-making process, and introduces regional risk assessment. A general conceptual model for the risk assessment of NIS is then presented based upon the regional risk assessment approach. Two diverse examples of the application of this approach are presented. The first example is based upon the dynamics of introduced plasmids into bacteria populations. The second example is the application risk assessment approach to the invasion of a coastal marine site of Cherry Point, Washington, USA by the European green crab. The lessons learned from the two examples demonstrate that assessment of the risks of invasion of NIS will have to incorporate not only the characteristics of the invasive species, but also the other stresses and impacts affecting the region of interest.     

概念整合理论在口译中的应用

概念整合理论是认知科学中的一个重要理论成果。本文借助该理论,阐释了口译实践中译员大脑的动态操作过程,同时联系神经网络学说、激活扩散模型、图式理论等其他认知领域的研究成果,分析了概念整合网络中各心理空间之间的映射关系,特别是合成空间的层创结构中的认知操作特点。
