论农地承包经营权的物权法律性质与特征 ———以台湾地区永佃权为参照

农地承包经营权系我国独创的法律概念,立法传统上无此表述;农村土地承包法的颁行,并不能平息学界对此概念的争议;文章以台湾永佃权为参照,对农地承包经营权的立法表述缘由、本质属性及法律设计的利弊等进行建设性的探讨。

Logik der Situationsdefinition und Logik der Handlungsselektion

This article presents a conception of “definition of situation” in reference to the theory of action of Max Weber which is an alternative to Hartmut Essers’ “theory of frame-selection” (TdFS). The basicdeficiency of the theory of Esser exists in the absence of the value-reference of the cultural frames what can be observed especially in Essers formalisations of the value-rational action. But the objec-tion is related to the whole TdSF. In order to overcome the utilitarian shortcoming of this model I propose to differentiate between the logic of the situation and the logic of the selection of action. The definition of the situation does not follow the principle of utility-maximizing, but the principle of value-reasoning. Both levels of selection-process are related to each other. But each of these levels has a specific principle of the selection, which cannot be violated without a decrease of the rationality of action.     

回族学学科体系刍论

"回族学"概念的提出至今多年,但对该学科性质的界定和学科体系的建构却众说纷纭。本文从广义民族学角度,就回族学的性质、定义、研究范围、应当借鉴的理论、研究方法、回族学与其他相关人文社会科学和自然科学的相互关系,进行了系统阐述。其中,将回族学提出的国内、国际时代背景进行了联系,指出该学科的诞生,既是中国学术界近百年来对回族伊斯兰教研究积累的必然结果,也是后冷战时期以来国际学术界掀起的"文明对话",尤其是当前国际国内正在开展的"回儒对话"运动在中国的需要。     

争鸣中的教育社会学之研究对象

我国对教育社会学的研究起步较晚 ,对其研究对象的界定不一 ,引起了学术界的争鸣。确切把握各种界定之内涵 ,有助于本学科理论框架的构建和学科建设的不断完善。     

从服务内容看语言服务的界定和类型

什么是语言服务?目前还没有公认的界定。我们的定义是:语言服务是行为主体以语言文字为内容或手段为他人或社会提供帮助的行为和活动。语言服务的类型可以从不同视角来划分。如果从服务内容来考察,大体上可以分为语言知识服务、语言技术服务、语言工具服务、语言使用服务、语言康复服务、语言教育服务六种类型。     

对义素分析及其困惑的几点言说

义素分析是现代语义研究的基本手段.但是,义素分析在理论与实践的双层面均存在诸多缺憾,以至令人困惑;为了完善义素分析理论与操作,我们主张:其一,对义素的界说应强调"因子"的概念,而摒弃"单位"的概念.其二,在义素分析的操作中,确立义场与提取义素是两大关键程序,而它们都需要"相对意识"参与指导解困.其三,义素分析是科学的、有效的,在汉语研究中引入义素分析,特别需要处理好借鉴、继承与创新的关系;"语素借助式"与"字符借助式"的义素分析并不足以推崇.     

Global Female Homelessness: A Multi-Faceted Problem

International female homelessness is a difficult subject to address for a number of reasons. First, understanding what defines homelessness poses a problem because female homelessness often takes on a different form than that of male homelessness. Also, homelessness in industrialized countries looks different from that of developing nations where women are more likely to have inadequate housing in temporary shelters or live as squatters. Both of these factors affect the visibility of female homelessness as well as the ability to garner an accurate account of the number of homeless women around the world. Understanding the causes of female homelessness from a global perspective is no less difficult to comprehend because it encompasses so many other multifaceted issues. Women in developing nations face a different set of issues than their counterparts in the industrialized world because of differences in property rights, women’s rights generally, access to education, and access to social services. Finally, immigrant women face a unique set of circumstances of being a foreigner without an adequate social support network.

中国环保产业定义与统计分类

本文通过梳理国内外关于环保产业的定义,明确了基于我国现实的环保产业概念及范围。并且,通过考察我国经常统计、详细的122部门投入产出表以及《国民经济行业分类》,对其中属于环保产业范围的经济活动予以识别,以此来展示我国环保产业进行统一核算的途径和方法。
