新中国成立后的民族伦理学研究

民族伦理学日益成为民族学和伦理学研究中的一个重要分支领域。本文分别就新中国成立后的民族伦理学研究(包括民族伦理学研究的发展历程、民族伦理学研究成果综述)、中国民族伦理学研究的现状和特点等进行了概述。既对我国民族伦理学多年来的研究状况进行了回顾和总结,又对这一领域的深入研究提出了合理化的并具有可操作性的建议。     

浅议民族地区基础教育的可持续发展

基础教育在民族地区实现跨越式发展中占有极其重要的地位。但由于多种因素的影响,民族地区基础教育在追求可持续发展道路上存在着教育软硬件设施落后、师资力量薄弱且结构不合理、教育质量总体水平较低与学生流失率较高等亟待解决的问题。要解决好这些问题,民族地区应加大自身的开发力度、整合学校资源、发展寄宿制学校、优化教师队伍结构和加强师资建设,方能开辟出有效的发展之路。     

Young Children's Problematic Sexual Behaviors,Unsubstantiated Allegations of Child Sexual Abuse,and Family Boundaries in Child Custody Disputes

ABSTRACT

Allegations of child sexual abuse are sometimes alleged based on a child's problematic sexual behaviors. When the allegations are unsubstantiated, child custody evaluators are asked to make recommendations regarding custody. Historically, it has been believed that if a child engages in problematic sexual behaviors it is strong evidence of child sexual abuse. Recent research finds that there are many reasons, other than overt sexual abuse, for children to engage in problematic sexual behaviors. This article outlines these reasons and provides a methodology for the evaluation of the boundaries in both parents' homes to assist in determining the possible etiology of the problematic sexual behaviors of the child. Suggestions are made regarding visitation and reunification if boundary concerns are found.

Nada Miocevic is a social worker and family therapist who trained at Zagreb University in Croatia and at Melbourne University in Victoria, Australia. She completed her training in family therapy in 1975 at the Bouverie Centre, Melbourne. Since migrating to Australia in 1967, her work with migrant and refugee families has taken her throughout Australia and overseas. Currently she is in private practice. Her work involves conducting training courses in supervision and supervision of supervision, as well as her continuing work with families who experience long‐term illnesses.     

解放后中国少数民族文学研究述评

少数民族文学作为中华民族文学的重要组成部分之一,学术界对于它的研究早在上个世纪初就已起步,并且经过解放后较为系统化的发展,至今已逾百年的历史。然而从整个中华民族文学研究总体上看,少数民族文学由于范畴相对狭小、涉及的作家作品也相对较少,因此对它的研究尽管也有较长的历史,但是相比于汉族文学研究等,无论是在宏观（作为整体性概念）和微观（具体作家作品）等方面,还是就研究整体体系的完善程度而言,都是难以比拟的。因此少数民族文学是现今中国文学研究诸领域中一个尚待进一步发展的薄弱环节。对它研究者们应予以足够的重视,并进行一种全面系统、条理清晰,同时又要具有较强逻辑性的综合把握。     

Prolegomena to a Paradigm: Narratives of Surrender

This article seeks to develop a paradigm for understanding the sociological meaning of narratives of surrender. Surrenders are boundary events in time and in space. Coming at the end of conflicts, surrenders are transitional and transformative occasions during which the emotional and symbolic landscapes of power are traced and highlighted. They mark the site of trauma and, depending on the manner in which they are accomplished, can alternately emphasize the degradation of the vanquished or the magnanimity of the victor. Surrenders are analyzed as simultaneously historical events, symbolic events, and political events.     

关于匈奴人种的考古学和人类学研究

关于匈奴的人种问题长期以来一直争论不休,蒙古说和突厥说各执一词。本文根据最新考古出土资料和国内外有关人类学鉴定结果,重申匈奴主体民族属于蒙古人种北亚类型,并非夏后氏之苗裔。至于其中所含的少量蒙古人种东亚和其他类型成分以及个别的欧罗巴人种成分则可能反映了匈奴对其他民族的征服以及长期的迁徙、融合过程中不可避免地出现的人种上的混血现象。     

两汉时期民族关系中的“质子”现象

两汉时期是我国统一的多民族国家确立和发展的时期,此时边疆少数民族与内地政权的交往更为密切,民族关系纷繁复杂。边疆民族与内地政权间“入侍为质”和“纳质为臣”的现象也在这一时期大量出现,在不同的阶段呈现出不同的特色。一、“质子”从两汉时期开始普遍存在于民族交往中,并作为维系宗属关系的工具之一;二、两汉时“质子”逐渐被纳入朝贡制度的一部分;三、两汉时期的“质子”现象大多出现在汉朝国力强盛时期。“纳质为臣”现象客观上加强了边疆民族与中原地区的联系,促进内地政权与边疆民族的经济,文化来往,巩固了封建王朝对边疆的统治。
