在中华民族源远流长的民族文化历史长河中 ,有不可缺少的少数民族的古代文化遗产 ,在这些少数民族的文化典籍中 ,同样蕴藏着与现代生活息息相通的东西 ,汉文古籍整理与民族文字古籍整理之比较 ;如何利用现代科技手段整理民族古籍 ,这包括编制各种索引 ,校勘 ,今译 ,注释。整理民族文字古籍是一项艰巨而光荣的任务。     

Early Marriage in the United States

Despite drastic changes in the American family, a significant minority of Americans marry early. Using data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (N= 14,165), this study evaluates the prevalence and antecedents of early marriage in the United States. The results indicate 25% of women and 16% of men marry before age 23, and early marriage varies widely across a number of characteristics. Individuals who marry earlier are more likely to be from disadvantaged families, from conservative Protestant or Mormon families, to value their religious faith more highly, to have a high‐school diploma but a lower educational trajectory, and to cohabit before marriage. Scholars and policymakers interested in marriage should pay adequate attention to understanding and supporting these individuals’ marriages.

Policy simulations with a macroeconometric model of the Indian economy

In this paper, the results of various dynamic policy simulations are analyzed within the context of a macroeconometric model of the Indian economy. The model contains 35 equations and offers a consistent framework for policy analysis. It is considerably expanded on the side of the fiscal sector and usefully incorporates the interdependence between monetary and fiscal sectors and gives due attention to supply side considerations. Magnitudes of effects of sustained policy changes are analyzed for the period 1964–1965 to 1974–1975. Impact multipliers and elasticities are also analyzed. Government expenditures variables and deficit financing are shown to have substantial impact on the system whereas changes in tax-rates, discount-rates, and liquidity ratios for commercial banks are shown to have only a marginal impact. The model is used for exploring the growth potential of the economy in a forecast period of five years under alternative assumptions regarding policy options.

作者通过主持《雷公山国家森林公园总体规划》和《雷公山国家森林公园详细规划》,对雷公山森林公园内的苗族文化资源进行了认真调查与分析。为了多层面地呈现出苗族原始文化的色彩斑和神秘,充分体现雷公山作为“苗疆圣地"、“苗疆民族中心"和“自然人文博物馆"的古朴淳厚、绚丽多彩的民族风情和资源地位,作者对苗族文化资源的开发利用进行了深入研究,并且设计了开发利用属于物质文明的民族服饰文化、苗锦艺术、蜡染艺术、银饰艺术、手工艺艺术、民居建筑文化、饮食文化、医药文化、森林与农耕文化;属于精神文明的宗教与民俗文化、歌舞文化、节日文化、娱乐与体育竞技文化、民间传说文化;属于政治文明的苗族社会组织文化和栽岩文化等16个方面的具体方案与措施。
