主流政治大片的政治审美与国家形象的构建

近年来,以《建国大业》、《建党伟业》等为主导的影片迅速形成了主流政治大片的新类型。但不得不指出,这种类型倚重"数星星"的娱乐议题,割裂了审美认知与情感关系,导致认知功能的丧失,难以有效地阐释政治观念及其价值,反过来也影响到审美情感的丰富性与深刻性,政治叙事缺乏感染力。我们认为,当下电影的高票房与社会议题的设置关系密切。主流政治大片需要从当下政治实践与国际政治的两个维度上,运用包括领袖人物与政治观念等多义与复杂性,设置吸引大众关注、积极参与的政治议题,从而塑造出一个理性的国家形象。     

广州服务全国的战略路径研究

国务院颁布实施的《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要（2008—2020年）》赋予了广州重大的历史使命,从国家战略层面明确提出要强化广州国家中心城市地位,把广州建设成为服务全国,面向世界的国际大都市。新的发展定位要求广州要肩负起服务全国的使命。在此背景下,本文分析了广州服务全国的基础现状,提出了广州服务全国的发展目标与战略,最后就广州服务全国提出五大战略路径。     

Beyond the nation-state Polish national identity and cultural intimacy online

This article analyses the debate on ‘new patriotism’ in a Polish online discussion forum. We study the ways in which national identity is constructed in this setting. Digital communication contributes further to expanding discourse on national identities beyond nation-state borders. We analyse close to 6000 posts from a large Polish Internet discussion forum through the methods of quantitative concept mapping and qualitative close readings. Our results show that patriotism is negotiated beyond strictly national frameworks. It is not merely a question of national interest as it also connects people through a process of establishing and maintaining of cultural intimacy.     

An integrated model of national HRD and critical HRD: considering new possibilities for human resource development

Though both National Human Resource Development (NHRD) and Critical Human Resource Development (CHRD) have received an increasing amount of attention, only two published works have used an explicitly critical approach to discuss NHRD norms, policies, and practices. The purpose of this article was to examine and articulate the relationship between NHRD and CHRD and make a case for the importance of that relationship to the field of HRD. We identify some commonalities between NHRD and CHRD, including the shared priorities of context, culture, and empowerment, which provide a strong foundation for future focuses on theory-sharing, global awareness, holistic and socially conscious economic development, negotiated power and performance, and emancipation in HRD research and practice.     

政府问责视野中的国家精品课程复核研究

运用新公共服务理论和行政优益权理论分析,国家精品课程建设实质上是教育部为向公众提供优质的高等教育服务、确保优质资源的开放共享,而与申请国家精品课程的高校签订的行政契约,政府作为公共利益的集中代表,有权对国家精品课程建设给予监督并实施复核。     

论我国专门宪法监督机构建立的模式及路径

全国人大作为我国宪法监督主体存在着许多问题,主要表现在：全国人大并非专任宪法监督机关,全国人大的监督缺乏经常性,全国人大成为宪法监督的盲点。建立专门宪法监督机构——宪法监督委员会应成为今后进一步改革和完善我国宪法监督制度的必然选择。宪法监督委员会应首先在全国人大内部设置,等条件成熟时再将其从全国人大中独立出来设置。最后要注意处理好宪法监督委员会与执政党的关系。

Can We Compare Life Satisfaction Between Nationalities? Evaluating Actual and Imagined Situations

Do differences in reported life satisfaction between societies reflect real differences or do they reflect cultural differences in the way people rate their experiences? Study 1 showed that imagining better or worse life situations affected student respondents’ ratings of their own life satisfaction, as predicted by range–frequency theory. Study 2 investigated how German and Polish students rated their actual life satisfaction and how satisfied they would be under three imagined scenarios. Study 3 similarly compared Danish and Hungarian students. Both studies found significant differences in the rating of the hypothetical situations, and moderate correlations between ratings of satisfaction in the hypothetical situations and reality, but in neither study were national differences in actual satisfaction predicted by differences in hypothetical satisfaction. Overall, the results suggest that national differences in rated life satisfaction are real rather than reflecting differences in how satisfaction is rated.

中国共产党第十七次代表大会报告时于当前中国的社会形势进行了客观的评估,确定了今后的主要任务和目标,对我国各项事业的发展指出了方向.本文通过分析十一届三中全会以来中国的社会发展和历届党的全国代表大会的报告,尤其是十七大报告,结合我国民族问题的现实和研究情况进行思考.文章强调指出:在社会主义初级阶段,无论是执政纲领还是民族研究,都必须结合国情,服务于社会主义建设主流,针对民族研究中"边缘化"的趋势提出了一些看法.
