建立面向中国-东盟会展产业的研究生培养模式

会展产业作为“朝阳产业”,近年来在中国发展迅猛,刺激了会展人才需求,每年需新增从业人员20多万。但现有会展人才缺乏,高级会展人才尤缺,不能满足发展需求。广西借助每年举办中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会和南宁国际民歌艺术节,大力发展”中国—东盟”会展产业,急需一批高素质、具有东盟文化特色的高级会展人才。针对于此,应加强会展产业的研究生培养,通过高校联合办学、加强学科建设,与会展管理部门、行业协会、企业等机构的合作等途径来共同培养。     

认清当代资本主义的新发展

资本主义社会已经在人类历史上存在了几百年,对于资本主义社会的发展过程,目前学界已有共识,即从形成阶段的资本主义到自由资本主义再到垄断资本主义。但是,对于如何认识当代资本主义,学界大部分人思想陈旧,墨守成规,拘泥于一百年前的垄断资本主义旧理论,不能解放思想,与时俱进。当代资本主义已经发展到了社会资本主义的新阶段,而非垄断资本主义。只有认清这个新阶段,才能深刻体会到我国改革开放以来为什么要设立经济特区以及如何探索中国特色社会主义道路。     

Factors Contributing to Parents’ Preparation For Special-Needs Adoption

Three hundred and sixty-eight parents shared their perceptions of special-needs adoption preparation. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to determine and understand what factors contribute to preparation, this study found that 12 child, family, and agency variables were correlated with perceived preparation, and that parents perceived level of preparation was predicted by the childs ability to attach, by the parents relationship with the agency, by the duration of the adoption, and by the parents ages at the time of adoption. Implications of these findings are discussed, as they relate to supporting parents, children, and families in special-needs adoptive placements.     

侵权法的现代发展与我国侵权法的制定

现代侵权法在理论依据、体系构造、归责原则、损害赔偿等方面与近代侵权法相比发生了很大的变化,随着工业社会的飞速发展和责任保险、社会保障制度的广泛推行,现代侵权法也面临新的挑战.我国侵权法的制定,因应侵权法的发展趋势,应当首先在宏观上着重解决侵权法的立法目的、侵权法与债法总则的关系、一般侵权行为与特殊侵权行为如何规定、侵权损害赔偿与责任保险、社会保障的关系等问题.     

印度加速经济特区建设的政策措施及成效研究

印度建立经济特区比中国早得多,但是一直进展不大。近年来,为了引进更多的外国直接投资,增加就业机会,印度政府采取诸多政策措施。与中国经济特区相比,印度经济特区有其自身的特色。     

论专字的源、流及整理

承接《论专字的本质及成因》一，立足于汉字发展史，向上追溯专字的源头，向下观察专字的五种流向。提出在今后的汉字整理工作中，应主动淘汰一批专字。     

加强人大常委会监督应发挥机关协调、支持体系的作用

就人大常委会自身而言,加强其依法行使监督权的途径可通过科学运用各种监督形式、完善监督权相关制度两种方式实现,然任何制度的顺利运行仅依靠自身改善难以万全,只有在完善自身的基础上充分结合其他社会资源方能内外兼修,从而形成完善体系。本文作为项目阶段性成果,以专门委员会、工作机构和专家顾问三方面力量为切入点,论述如何建立和发挥机关协调、支持体系的作用,从而实现加强人大常委会依法行使监督权的目的。     

基于资源环境特色的统计学科发展探讨

结合福建农林大学林学院的特点与优势,通过对办学方向、培养目标和课程设置等方面的讨论,阐述了构建具有资源环境特色的统计学科的思路和方法,提出了在学科建设过程中需要进一步完善的问题,为统计专业教育生存和发展提供有效的实施建议。关键词:特色专业;资源与环境;统计学;创新能力     

The voice of troubled youth: Children's and adolescents' ideas on helpful elements of care

This article presents the findings of a qualitative study in a Flemish centre for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioural disorders. The aim of this study was twofold. First, we wanted to examine how youth reflect on their own behaviour and that of their peers'. Secondly, we wanted to know what, according to the youth, are the most significant helpful elements of treatment. Analysis shows a continuum of negative behaviour, ranging from relatively ‘normal’ disruptive behaviour such as arguing, up to serious disruptive behaviour such as physical aggression. This behaviour has a negative influence on the climate of the organization. ‘Availability of staff’, ‘nearness of staff’, ‘a clear set of rules and boundaries’, and ‘some time on my own/some alone time’ are perceived as helpful elements of treatment. ‘Strictness’, ‘not listening’, and ‘inappropriate staff attitudes and interventions’ are perceived as counterproductive elements of treatment. Results are discussed and recommendations both on the orthopedagogical as well as on the scientific level are formulated.
