论高校实施创业教育的方法和途径

创业是解决大学生就业问题的重要途径之一,创业教育是当前大学生就业教育必不可少的一个环节,应当引起足够的重视.充分了解高校创业教育的现状,构建和完善创业教育的内容体系,认真探索实施创业教育的方法和途径将成为当前高校就业教育亟待研究和解决的问题.

Implicit Prejudicial Biases in Student Learning: The Effects of Sexual Orientation

In an investigation of students' potential biases toward gay and lesbian instructors, 93 female and 59 male undergraduates viewed a lecture, rated the instructor and perceived learning, and completed a lecture-retention test. Lectures were given by a man or woman, identified as straight or gay or lesbian. Sexual orientation did not affect the instructor evaluation or perceived learning ratings for any of the groups. Although sexual orientation did not affect the lecture-retention scores for the female students, learning by the male students was significantly lower with the gay male instructor than with the straight male instructor (p = .03), suggesting an implicit bias.     

基于学习型组织理论的低碳城市建设宣传教育机制研究

党的十九届五中全会提出"促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型"加快推动绿色低碳发展,持续改善环境质量"。低碳城市建设任重道远,构建灵活高效的宣传教育机制十分重要。根据低碳城市建设的需要,借鉴学习型组织理论的方法,提出了构建"五个化"的低碳城市建设宣传教育机制,具有理论研究意义和实践应用价值。     

Reducing Customer Dissatisfaction: How Important is Learning to Reduce Service Failure?

As service failures are inevitable, firms must be prepared to recover and learn from service failures. Yet, the majority of customers are still dissatisfied with the way firms resolve their complaints. Can learning to reduce service failures reduce customer dissatisfaction, and to what extent are such reductions sustainable? Previous research showed that organizational learning curves for customer dissatisfaction (i) follow a U‐shaped function of operating experience and (ii) are heterogeneous across firms. In this paper, I tease out where the U‐shaped learning‐curve effect and learning‐curve heterogeneity originate: service failure or customers' propensity to complain with a third party given the occurrence of a service failure. Using quarterly data for nine major US airlines over 11 years, I find that the U‐shaped learning‐curve effect and the learning‐curve heterogeneity originate in the propensity to complain. In the long term, reductions in service failure did not translate in sustainable reductions in customer dissatisfaction. Customers' propensity to complain eventually went up. Managing the propensity to complain provides more opportunity for a firm to distinguish itself from competitors.     

对《论语》“今之学者为人”的诠释与宋代儒学的内倾

从先秦到汉唐时期,众多学者都对"今之学者为人"一语进行了解释,且大多偏向从负面理解"为人",但具体解释又并不一致。到宋代,对"为人"的理解方面的歧异进一步加大。有的学者认为"为人"没有贬义,有的学者则把"为人"完全作贬义使用。南宋中期,朱熹进一步强化了为己之学与为人之学的区分,将为人之学作为为己之学的对立面加以彻底否定。对"为人"诠释的这种变化,是宋代儒学内倾的反映。当时,众多儒家学者将理论思考的重心从社会政治实践领域转向内在的心性修养,因而,强调内在心性修养的"为己"之学受到格外的重视与强调,而"为人"作为"为己"的对立面,则逐渐被赋予了完全的负面色彩。     

高等职业师范院校机械类专业实践教学改革与探索

跨学科外语人才培养应立足于专业的培养模式、课程设计、教学方法和学生自主学习能力等培养。本文依据"汉堡教学论模式",对社会环境、教学活动主体、专业学科性以及内容和方法的互融性、"自下而上"的自主选择性等四大要素进行分析,并以跨学科外语人才培养的目标模式改革为依托,对大连海洋大学跨学科外语人才培养进行有益探索,总结出实施过程中存在的一定问题并提出对策建议。

基于伙伴教育的学长制,是在教育教学活动中充分发挥学生的主体作用,发挥学有专长的学生的示范作用,使高年级学生和低年级学生、毕业生和在校生教学相长。文章以齐齐哈尔工程学院为例,阐述近年来对学长制的实践性研究。
