男女大学生性别差异会导致学习动力方面的差异,为找出影响男女大学生学习的潜在因子及ffn_~作用关系,将计划行为理论和结构方程模型相结合来建立男女大学生学习动力模型,对上海理工大学l398名学生的有效调查样本进行分析。结果表明,知觉行为控制变量可以作为实际控制条件的替代策略指标来直接预测行为发生的可能性,相比之下学习态度和学习行为规范对学习行为的影响相对较小,并在进一步的因子荷载比较分析中得出:三大变量的潜在要素对男女大学生学习动力的影响及其程度存在很大的差异,如女生的学习行为更加积极,男生则在自我学习控制能力和学习方法上难以适应要求,男女生普遍认为教课方式和课堂内容缺乏吸引力,女生对学习环境的要求更明显等。 相似文献

The article introduces the development of research support systems (RSS) as a special form of information systems (IS) development. Building on experiences from a concrete case several crucial differences between RSS development and development of conventional business support systems (BSS) are identified. So, development for RSS means less of mission and more of continues collaboration, less of producing and more of reciprocal learning and social change. It also involves an expanded universe of discourse that requires support more from an IS researcher and less of a conventional IS-developer. Further, there are issues of ethics and funding that makes RSS development extra challenging. All this represents a shift in focus away from How to do things, toward, What things to do. The article is closed with some tentative guidelines for RSS development. AbstractIn achieving the transition from a traditional taught mode of delivery to web-assisted learning, the management of universities now realise that change needs to be led and managed from the top down. They are also reliant on academic staff to engage in the change process. These two aspects are investigated in the context of a post-1992 university, which recently introduced a virtual learning environment (VLE) as part of a managed learning environment (MLE). Technology and Education for Career Heights (Project TECH) was designed to help Temporary Assistance to Needy Families participants enhance their literacy through distance learning as a means to promote job retention and career advancement. The evaluative research presented in this report was intended to gather information from the participants of Project TECH about their experience with distance learning training curriculum. The report describes Project TECH and what happens when participants who are low-income workers are given a computer, basic training software, Internet access, and training coupled with instruction form a instructor who met with them face to face weekly and provided daily online coaching and instruction. It highlights participants' experience with online instruction and the use of computers in their homes, and it concludes with lessons learned from the project. The information is useful for those wanting to design and develop a distance learning program to increase adult literacy for families that needs to comply with Temporary Assistance to Needy Families work requirements and other demands. 相似文献

SUMMARY As more universities and other places of higher learning respond to the changing needs of the community-bound learner, new technologies are being harnessed to shift the delivery of historically “classroom-bound” programs to alternate and more universally accessible formats. This article describes how an online course uses interactive exercises to engage students in mutual exploration of cross and/or interdisciplinary work. The course serves students from various professional schools, including social work, child and youth care, nursing, and education. Summary This article describes the common challenges to health and mental health organizations that require these agencies to become more “reflective” in their culture and structures. This necessitates integrating practice and research at all organizational levels. Schon's concept of reflective practice to health and mental health organizations is extended to develop the construct of a reflective organization, in which direct practitioners are integral to organizational learning through ongoing service evaluation and redesign.
