对运动心理训练概念及其作用的再认识

本文通过对运动心理训练概念及其作用的阐述，指出运动心理训练是一个有目的有计划的教育过程，是一个运用心理学原理和方法的心理学过程，是一个控制与自我控制的过程；同时指出运动心理训练能提高心理适应能力、提高心理活动强度、恢复心理活动能量，并有助于心理障碍的消除和良好个性的形成发展；改善认知过程的功能，有利于技能的学习与巩固。     

Female Athletes' Motives and Experiences During the Gay Games

This study examines female athletes' motives for participation in Gay Games IV, and their experiences during the Games. The participants (N = 132) acknowledged traditional sport motives as well as social, self-enhancement, and political motives for participation in the Gay Games. Positive aspects of these athletes' experiences at the Games included having a sense of belonging, pride, and community. Meeting, competing with, and being near other lesbian, gay, and bisexual athletes also were important motives and outcomes of participation in this event. Almost all of the athletes described positive experiences at the Games. The experiences expressed by these athletes show the affirming emotional and psychological impact of participation in an inclusive sport environment. Overall, while many of these athletes noted sport highlights in describing their experiences, the social and personal development were voiced more consistently and frequently.     

Athletic Involvement and Its Relevance to Hazardous Alcohol Use and Drinking Game Participation in Female College Athletes: A Preliminary Investigation

Objective and Participants: The authors designed this cross-sectional study to examine sports team differences in hazardous alcohol use and drinking game participation, as well as the social correlates of these behaviors among female college athletes (N = 176; M age = 19.9 years, SD = 1.24, range = 18-22). Methods: Respondents completed self-report surveys in small groups. They reported drinking behaviors, frequency of team social events involving alcohol use, and team cohesion. Results: The authors found significant differences across sports teams with regard to hazardous alcohol use and participation in drinking games with teammates. Findings also revealed that a high frequency of team social events involving alcohol use was associated with elevated use and an increased likelihood of drinking game participation. Conclusions: The authors discuss future research directions and implications.

采用文献资料法,分析了影响我国学校竞技体育与学生体质协调发展的因素,探讨了完善我国学校体育的发展策略.研究表明严格执行有关法规和政策;加强与社会协作,拓展资金来源渠道;有效配置学校体育资源;健全人文体育机制,促使学校竞技体育与学生体质协调发展是学校体育健康发展的重要保障.     

竞技体育训练模式在普通高校乒乓球专项课程中的应用

通过实验比较、技术分析、体能测试等方法,对我校2007级新生乒乓球专项课运用竞技体育训练模式进行了教学实验探索.经过两学年的教学实践,收到了良好的效果,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的专项技术水平和体育能力,增强了学生的自信心,促进了他们身心健康的全面发展.

Traditional Managerial Activities and Interscholastic Athletic Directors: Examining the Differences,Similarities, and Connections between Engagement,Gender, and Success of High School Sports Administrators

The business realities of operating an interscholastic athletic program suggest that there is a rise in the behavioral similarities among traditional business managers and sport managers. This study explored how interscholastic athletic directors allocated their time when engaged in managerial activities; determined if gender influenced behavior; and to what extent the level of engagement in those activities influenced success. The findings indicated most of their time was spent on traditional management activities and the least time engaged in networking. Gender differences did not exist, however, the time spent on traditional management activities was positively correlated to success.
