ARM+Linux动态数据采集系统在接触网检测中的应用

为满足高速铁路接触网检测系统动态数据实时性的要求,开发了基于嵌入式技术的动态数据采集系统。提出的方法是在原有的非接触式CCD摄像头接触网检测系统中应用嵌入式系统采集动态图像,在ARM 最小系统板的基础上加外围芯片和接口,再移植嵌入式Linux操作系统完成图像采集,进而为下一步的图像处理和传输打下基础,最终完成接触网各几何参数的检测。试验室的系统测试表明,系统可以很好的完成动态图像的采集,满足实时性要求。     

The Formation and Development of New Zealand English: Interaction of Gender-Related Variation and Linguistic Change

This research assesses the relative roles played by men and women in the development of New Zealand English. Real-time evidence on the development of NZ English over the past fifty years is provided by comparison of speakers recorded in 1948 and their present day descendants recorded recently. Elements of two vowel shifts are studied, and particular attention is paid to the vowel variables in words such as MOUTH, TRAP and DRESS. Results indicate that women lead in changes which are new and dynamic, but lag behind men in the use of variables representing older changes. While these results mirror patterns of gender-related variation observed in other contexts, explanations in terms of prestige which are often assumed to account for this pattern of variation are found to be inadequate in the New Zealand case. Rather, a hypothesis in terms of dialect contact, and specifically women's preferred discourse strategies in contact situations, is used to explain the process and progress of linguistic change in NZ English.

羌汉语言接触形成的一组同源汉字

民族交往导致语言接触。在此过程中,语言相互吸收或输出成分。就吸收而言,非汉语词汇成分进入汉语以后,汉字一视同仁地加以记录;使用既久,其非汉语色彩消失,当中一部分便循着汉语词派生路径孳生同源词,汉字又对这些同源词记录,出现了语言底层并非汉语而文字层面有汉语特征的同源字。古汉语中,"卢"字有黑义,来源于古羌语。垆、栌、、、鸬等字秉承"卢"字音义,形成了一组相区别又相联系的同源字。

Domestic violence and child protection: exploring the role of perpetrator risk assessments

This article explores the issue of severity in relation to domestic violence and provides a number of reasons for the necessary engagement by workers with such a contentious issue. The specific role that the assessment of the risks posed by the perpetrator which has now developed in some police forces in the United Kingdom is examined, and its relevance to child welfare intervention discussed. A range of factors are identified that heighten the risks of increased violence. These include prior sexual assault; stalking and controlling behaviour; substance misuse and mental‐health problems; separation and child contact disputes; pregnancy; escalation including the use of weapons and psychological abuse; attempts and threats to kill; child abuse; isolation and barriers to help‐seeking. The ways in which perpetrator risk assessment can be used to inform the filtering of referrals to the statutory child care agency, enhance multi‐agency working, provide a structure for the assessment of the perpetrator, enhance partnership‐working with survivors (usually women) and inform the protection strategies for workers are explored.
