变译论与女性主义翻译思想之间的对话

福柯的权力话语理论为女性主义翻译思想提供了理论基础。女性主义翻译观强调译者的主体性,解构了原作者和原文的父权话语权力,颠覆了忠实在翻译中的权威地位。女性主义翻译的颠覆性和变译中的变通性构成对话关系,两者都是对忠实的叛逆,使译文具有混杂性和互文性的特性,通过译者在翻译中掌握的权力话语,实现译文话语权力的重构。     

《彼拉维德》女权主义思想评析

《彼拉维德》以艺术的方式记录了处在边缘的美国黑人女性在白人和男人双重压迫下的痛苦挣扎和艰难的自我迫寻历程为了拥有一间属于自己的屋子,她们付出了惨重的代价为了摆脱“第二性”的地位,她们用自己的身体写作,以改变她们在历史上作为“隐形人”和“失声集团”的存在;她们打开自己的房间,让男人进来,共同书写那原来只是属于他的故事——历史,而所有这些又都被小说家编织进她那精巧的元小说叙述中去了。     

一部女性主义思辨书——评耶利内克的《死亡与少女》

耶利内克的《死亡与少女》是一部关于女性思想和生存状况的戏剧集。作者将童话中虚构的女性和历史中真实存在过的女性复活,让她们在文本里以独白或对白的方式,深入剖析女性潜意识的思想状况,探讨一系列有关爱情、真理、永恒、死亡等哲理问题,展现了现代女性目前所处的矛盾和尴尬地位。     

后殖民语境下的女性关怀——以赛珍珠、杜拉斯为例

在当今文化研究视野中,后殖民主义和女权主义都属于反对文化霸权、维护弱势与边缘群体的少数话语。前者从单一的民族文化来反对霸权,后者从单一的性别视角来界定霸权,二者各有侧重,各有局限。赛珍珠、杜拉斯作为具有东西双重文化身份的西方女性作家,后殖民主义和女权主义在其作品中实现了有效的联合,她们的努力无疑也是反对双重话语霸权的积极探索。     

Writing resistance together

This piece of writing is a joint initiative by the participants in the Gender, Work and Organization writing workshop organized in Helsinki, Finland, in June 2019. This is a particular form of writing differently. We engage in collective writing and embody what it means to write resistance to established academic practices and conventions together. This is a form of emancipatory initiative where we care for each other as writers and as human beings. There are many author voices and we aim to keep the text open and dialogical. As such, this piece of writing is about suppressed thoughts and feelings that our collective picket line allows us to express. In order to maintain the open‐ended nature of the text, and perhaps also to retain some ‘dirtiness’ that is essential to writing, the article has not been language checked throughout by a native speaker of English.     

Women Who Work: The limits of the neoliberal feminist paradigm

This article examines Ivanka Trump's Women Who Work, arguing that it represents the newest permutation of the neoliberal feminist subject. After providing an overview of the recent emergence of neoliberal feminism, I explain why the book should be considered part of the wider cultural landscape in which this variant of feminism has increasingly become commonsensical. I then turn to demonstrate how Women Who Work construes the ideal female subject not only as generic human capital but also incites her to invest in herself constantly, where activities ranging from professional workshops through hobbies to friendships are understood as practices that appreciate the value of the self. The conversion of women into generic rather than gendered human capital remains, however, incomplete, since the ideal of a happy work–family balance continues to serve as a push back to the wholesale erasure of traditional notions of sexual difference. Finally, I highlight that neoliberal feminism is erasing other long‐standing divisions and political differences. Not only does the private–public divide collapse, but so, too, does the distinction between one's private self and one's public enterprise as the self itself becomes an enterprise. This dual process of collapse and reconfiguration shapes the newest neoliberal feminist subject, the main protagonist of Trump's Women Who Work.     

The risks and incentives of disciplinary neoliberal feminism: the case of microfinance

This article develops an analysis of the concept of disciplinary neo-liberal feminism through a focus on gendered poverty alleviation strategies and illustrates the value of this through a discussion of microfinance. By locating this study within an analysis of the expansion of global capital accumulation, the article argues that the liberal frameworks of female empowerment and entrepreneurialism that are central to these programs and to feminism in this form, mask their underlying political, social and economic objectives. In contrast, a Marxist Feminist approach more adequately explains the interplay of class and gender that underpins poverty alleviation strategies. This article argues that in the context of financial crisis and reduced social provision, women living in poverty in the Global South were identified as targets for the expansion of global finance. Their integration into global financial networks via microfinance and other pro-poor strategies has facilitated the expansion of markets for credit while at the same time disciplining market participation through the twin forces of risk and incentive. Disciplinary neo-liberal feminism has underpinned this incorporation of women into global capital accumulation creating profound effects for households and families, with microfinance programs representing important sites of contestation for the politics of class and gender.

西方女性主义与翻译研究的结合在上世纪 70年代开始便给传统翻译理论和实践观念带来了强烈的冲击 ,产生了丰硕的理论成果。然而与国内文艺理论界对女性主义理论的广泛介绍和深入研究相比 ,女性主义翻译理论的介绍明显滞后 ,与当前国内深入讨论的后殖民翻译研究的情形也无法相提并论 ,实质性的深入研究更是罕见。尝试对西方女性主义翻译研究进行全面地介绍 ,以便能引起国内译学界的重视 ,促进这一方面的深入研究

西方女性主义文学批评进入中国后,从女权到女性发生了许多变化。本文从女性的社会政治、地位、个人价值追求、历史与现实等方面进行考察,对中西方女性主义文学批评的差异性进行比较分析。     

性别主义的消解与重构——试论《青蛇》从小说到电影的主题流变

李碧华小说《青蛇》是一个现代女性主义者讲述的爱情故事,它颠覆了传统小说中男权意识的叙述模式,展示了新的女性主义视角,对传统的男性中心主义进行了深刻的批判和嘲讽。而徐克根据小说改编的电影《青蛇》,刻意削减了原作对男性的批判,更加注重对包括男人和女人的"人"的内心解读,在相当程度上重构了《青蛇》的性别主义主题。
