对于中国本土管理研究应该采用什么样的哲学基础这一问题,黄光国和李平有着截然相反的判断,他们的观点可以看成是对立的两极。基于此,试图在这两个极端之间开辟一条中间路线:既不完全同意黄光国关于本土研究必须采用西方科学哲学的判断,也不认同李平关于中国传统哲学的智慧哲学诠释,而是通过融会阴阳思想、儒道哲学、波尔互补原理及黑格尔辩证逻辑等中西哲学元素,尝试建构中国本土管理研究的道理论、认识论和方法论。这样的一种哲学观可以被称之为X整合主义。  相似文献

Since September 2010, a series of earthquakes have caused widespread social, financial and environmental devastation in Christchurch, New Zealand. Anecdotal evidence suggests that local Māori responded effectively to facilitate community recovery and resilience. However, the form, content and extent of that response has not been adequately recognised or documented. This qualitative research project, conducted in partnership with Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, has documented the way in which Māori cultural factors have facilitated disaster risk reduction and management in response to the earthquakes. This paper explores sets of understandings about marginalisation and inclusion within the narratives of 70 Māori community members who contributed to this research. Forms of marginalisation expressed in participants’ narratives include delayed linkages to the formal emergency management infrastructure, difficulties integrating Māori volunteers into the mainstream response as well as enduring barriers to Māori engagement within Civil Defence, illustrated in a lack of Māori representation as well as tikanga Māori within emergency planning. We argue that the knowledge, principles and practices embedded within Māori responses to the Christchurch earthquakes may be contextually relevant for national and regional policy development in the area of disaster risk management, response and recovery.  相似文献

The Let's Start Parent‐Child Program is a manualised parent‐child program which aims to improve educational, social and emotional outcomes for Aboriginal parents and their four‐ to seven‐year‐old children. It has been implemented in the Northern Territory, Australia on the Tiwi Islands and in Darwin since 2005. This paper outlines the adaptation of the program to include narrative approaches, the sharing of stories and the use of expressive arts as a way to build understanding between program leaders and participating families. An example from a recent program is used to illustrate how the sharing of stories and expressive use of art engages and binds group participants together. It supports parents to tell their own stories, to speak about their lived experience, to reconsider aspects of their own and their children's experiences and to achieve an increased awareness of their personal resources and a sense of self‐empowerment. The program is designed and delivered with sensitivity to individual parents, children and families, where cultural and interpersonal differences and different developmental and family situations can be taken into account.  相似文献

Adult dialect acquisition is typically studied in relatively idiosyncratic situations where adults happen to move to another community. But how does dialect acquisition play out in indigenous minority societies that have systemic adult migration due to exogamy? Do the in‐married spouses acquire the local variety? Why or why not? How much do they acquire? We investigated an indigenous Zhuang community in southern China. Sociophonetic analyses of in‐married women and local villagers show that the in‐married women acquired the local variety in most respects but not in aspirated consonants. To the limits of their phonological ability as adult learners, the wives followed the local sociolinguistic norm: they acquired the husbands’ variety. By contrast, in societies experiencing greater external cross‐cultural contact, exogamous women sometimes use their liminal status to challenge such gendered sociolinguistic expectations. Comparing the present study with outcomes in different societies, we lay the foundation for a typology of the sociolinguistics of exogamy. In this way, we help expand the study of language and gender toward new horizons and under‐represented social settings.  相似文献

后现代心理学是在后现代文化思潮的冲击和现代心理学备受责难的背景下产生的新的心理学思潮.作为对现代心理学特别是科学心理学的反叛和消解,后现代心理学为未来心理学的发展提供了一种新的研究范式和发展取向.本文从研究对象、学科性质和研究方法三方面对后现代主义视野中的心理学进行探析,反思了后现代主义心理学的贡献和面临的困惑,并提出以本土化心理学作为后现代心理学发展的突破口.可以说,后现代主义心理学的研究视野和基本观点为本土心理学的形成和发展提供了思想基础和新的契机,它有助于透析传统科学心理学面对当代社会现实和人们的心理困境时的无奈与僵化,并为探讨和描述异质文化背景中人们的心理和行为的特点找到新的出路.  相似文献

中国与东南亚各国很早就发生了联系,除了两者之间的贸易外,东南亚各国还充当了东西方贸易的中转站,渡斯人、阿拉伯人是早期东西方贸易的主要参与者。在中国与东南亚的移民活动中,既有海外穆斯林移民中国,也有原先居住在中国的穆斯林移民东南亚,中国与东南亚之间隐约存在着某种伊斯兰联系,而且这种联系随着明代郑和7下西洋得到了进一步的巩固和加强。  相似文献
