湖南省城市等级体系分析

在一个国家或者区域，因城市所处的内外条件不同会形成城市间不同的职能分工，同时也形成不同的城市规模。利用湖南各市的人口数据，讨论湖南省的城市人口规模体系及分布特征，表明湖南省城市规模呈现相对均衡的等级分布，并分析其首位度不高的形成原因。为了提高城市体系的整体实力，湖南提出了长株潭一体化和“3＋5”城市群的发展策略。     

论循环经济条件下建筑材料的开发与利用

在总结建筑材料开发与利用现状及存在的问题并深入分析其原因的基础上,遵循循环经济"减量化、再使用、再循环"的3R原则,从转变观念意识、加强科技创新、致力体制改革、严格管理等方面,提出了建筑材料开发与利用的对策。     

REPATRIATION OF DEBT IN THE EURO CRISIS

With the beginning of the Euro Crisis, the long‐standing trend of European financial integration reversed. Investors unwound cross‐border positions of debt obligations and increased holdings of locally issued debt. In other words, debt obligations were repatriated. We use data on bank portfolios to document three new empirical regularities of the financial disintegration: (i) repatriation affected mainly debt of crisis countries; (ii) repatriation affected mainly public debt; (iii) the public debt of crisis countries that was not repatriated was reallocated to large and politically influential countries within the Euro area. We read these results in light of standard theories of cross‐border portfolio allocation and argue that the sum of these patterns constitutes evidence for the secondary market theory of public debt.     

政府部门间G2G信息资源共享的演化博弈分析

简要介绍了电子政务的发展和演化博弈理论,将政府部门置于一个不断渐进地演化系统中,根据演化博弈系统构建出演化博弈模型和演化相位图,探究及分析政府部门所拥有的信息资源、信息资源共享的收益系数、政府部门的风险系数和信息资源共享中的技术成本等相关参数对政府部门之间的信息资源共享所产生的影响,并据此提出一些有针对性的建议,为提升跨政府部门之间信息资源共享能力和电子政府信息服务能力提供科学的理论支持。     

中英合作办学中学生学习行为方式的转变

中外合作办学项目是中外合作办学的一种形式,为广大学子出国深造提供了便利。然而,在国内外双校园合作培养模式下,已习惯了国内高等教育环境的学生能否适应国外高等教育体系是合作办学项目中需要关注的重要问题。以“3+1”中英合作办学项目为例,对英国高等教育管理手段、教学方法以及本科毕业设计(Final Year Project)进行分析,有助于中国学生在英国尽快转变学习方式以顺利完成学业,有助于国内教育阶段对教学改革进行更多有益的思考。     

终极所有权结构和代理问题的严重性与公司业绩

文章讨论了上市公司终极所有权结构、代理问题严重性及公司业绩三者相互之间可能存在的内生性问题,并以2004-2010年118家涉农上市公司面板数据为基础,构建三阶段最小二乘模型对三者关系进行分析.结果表明,两类代理问题严重性对终极所有权结构具有显著的负向影响,终极所有权结构对第二类代理问题严重性的负向作用显著,但对第一类代理问题严重性影响甚微;公司业绩明显地对两类代理问题严重性产生负面影响,但两类代理问题严重性对公司业绩的作用尚不明了;终极所有权结构对公司业绩的正向作用以及公司业绩对终极所有权结构的负向影响均很显著.     

3D打印技术在雕塑艺术创作中的应用

技术的创新总是能给实践活动带来便捷,提高实践的效率和成功率。3D打印技术的介入使雕塑艺术创作的效果有了更多的预知性、丰富了雕塑艺术创作的手段和材料,使雕塑艺术创作过程更为简单,特别是保证了雕塑家创作意图的准确实现。     

Adaptive wavelet estimation of a density from mixtures under multiplicative censoring

In this paper, a mixture model under multiplicative censoring is considered. We investigate the estimation of a component of the mixture (a density) from the observations. A new adaptive estimator based on wavelets and a hard thresholding rule is constructed for this problem. Under mild assumptions on the model, we study its asymptotic properties by determining an upper bound of the mean integrated squared error over a wide range of Besov balls. We prove that the obtained upper bound is sharp.
