“特蕃”是敦煌文书对公元9～10世纪间吐蕃在河西及陇右地区的统治结束后的百余年的一个时代的专称。公元9世纪中期至10世纪后期,以敦煌为中心的陇右地区广泛使用吐蕃文,吐蕃赞普形象重新在敦煌石窟大量出现,说明吐蕃文化对这一地区的影响和渗透、当时的统治者们对吐蕃影响的利用,以及吐蕃对中华民族社会进步发展的贡献都相当深远。     

A linear transformation model for multivariate interval‐censored failure time data

This paper discusses multivariate interval‐censored failure time data observed when several correlated survival times of interest exist and only interval censoring is available for each survival time. Such data occur in many fields, for instance, studies of the development of physical symptoms or diseases in several organ systems. A marginal inference approach was used to create a linear transformation model and applied to bivariate interval‐censored data arising from a diabetic retinopathy study and an AIDS study. The results of simulation studies that were conducted to evaluate the performance of the presented approach suggest that it performs well. Assessing interactions for fixed‐dose drug combinations in subcutaneous tumor xenograft studies

Drug combinations in preclinical tumor xenograft studies are often assessed using fixed doses. Assessing the joint action of drug combinations with fixed doses has not been well developed in the literature. Here, an interaction index is proposed for fixed‐dose drug combinations in a subcutaneous tumor xenograft model. Furthermore, a bootstrap percentile interval of the interaction index is also developed. The joint action of two drugs can be assessed on the basis of confidence limits of the interaction index. Tumor xenograft data from actual two‐drug combination studies are analyzed to illustrate the proposed method. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Nonexponential Applications of a Global Cramèr-Rao Inequality

The paper is concerned with an application of the information inequality for the Bayes risk (global Cramèr-Rao inequality) to nonexponential estimation problems. A new methodology of proving minimaxity is presented by considering the example of estimating the scale or location parameter under one-sided truncation of the parameter space.     

Bias bound for the minimax estimator

The bias bound function of an estimator is an important quantity in order to perform globally robust inference. We show how to evaluate the exact bias bound for the minimax estimator of the location parameter for a wide class of unimodal symmetric location and scale family. We show, by an example, how to obtain an upper bound of the bias bound for a unimodal asymmetric location and scale family. We provide the exact bias bound of the minimum distance/disparity estimators under a contamination neighborhood generated from the same distance.     

舟山群岛新区发展背景下航海类人才外语能力培养策略

舟山群岛新区的建设和发展离不开高级国际化航海类人才的培养。本文从舟山群岛新区建设的人才需求出发，对当前我国航海院校航海类专业英语教学存在的问题进行了具体的分析和总结，并就如何改进航海类专业英语教学，切实提高国际化航运类人才的外语能力提出了相应的策略。     

OP-10微乳法与SDBS软模板剂法合成催化剂的对比研究

采用OP-10微乳体系、SDBS软模板剂体系制备了固体超强酸SO4^2-／SnO2-CeO2和SO4^2-／SnO2-Ta2O5．以乙酸正丁酯合成为探针反应，考察了催化剂性能，并对催化剂进行了FTIR、TG—DTA及XRD表征分析．结果表明。OP-10微乳体系优SDBS软模板剂体系．     

构建东亚区域合作架构的挑战

经过20年的经济发展,东亚在世界上的地位已经大大提高,已成为世界上一支重要的力量。在新的历史条件和背景下,东亚须更有目标地和战略性地组织起来,但东亚区域架构的构建面临诸多挑战。中美关系是世界上和影响东亚地区合作的最重要的关系,构建东亚区域合作架构应当乐于见到美国的参与。总之,关于东亚区域合作架构的安排的共识正在形成,包括四个要素：即10＋3、10＋6、东盟以及APEC。10＋3应当成为东亚区域合作和东亚共同体建设的主导,10＋6应当发展成为关于地区重要战略利益问题有效的领导人对话论坛,东盟则必须实现东盟共同体的建设,APEC则在于推动亚太国家间的尤其是经济的关系。
