高师生中学班级管理工作认知水平的调查分析

采用问卷调查法对高师生中学班级管理工作的认知问题进行了调查分析,调查结果如下:被调查者能正确理解班主任岗位的意义,但尚未能树立现代学生观与教育管理观,且对中学班级管理内容的理解有待提高,他们对中学班级管理影响因素的认识存在明显差异,对担任班主任工作的意愿度偏低,对中学班级管理工作的主观体验两极化。高等师范院校应有针对性地从开设相关课程、加强角色训练、提高实习要求、举办系列讲座等方面加强教学与管理工作,以切实有效地提高高师生的认知水平,促进高师生班级管理素养的全面提升。

Prediction from a normal model using a generalized inverse Gaussian prior

In this paper, we derive prediction distribution of future response(s) from the normal distribution assuming a generalized inverse Gaussian (GIG) prior density for the variance. The GIG includes as special cases the inverse Gaussian, the inverted chi-squared and gamma distributions. The results lead to Bessel-type prediction distributions which is in contrast with the Student-t distributions usually obtained using the inverted chi-squared prior density for the variance. Further, the general structure of GIG provides us with new flexible prediction distributions which include as special cases most of the earlier results obtained under normal-inverted chi-squared or vague priors.

"虚静"是中国古代哲学中的一个十分重要的概念和思想,无论儒家还是道家,都对其进行了具体的阐述,形成中国古代哲学中独特的"虚静"理论.儒家对"虚静"的阐述只注重一般的哲学层面,而道家则从一般宇宙观的角度阐述"虚静",认为"虚静"是认识客观事物的基本的哲学方法.中古文学的虚静理论就是在这一哲学层面上引入了哲学上的"虚静"理论,把"虚静"看做是文学创作的方法论.陆机的"虚静"理论与具体的文学创作过程相联系,并用形象的描述,阐述了文学"虚静"的特点和实际运用的情形.刘勰则从理论的高度,将"虚静"与艺术构思紧密联系起来,构成了他完整、系统的文学虚静理论.

Implementation of coaching for principals and supervisory school authorityGerman schools will have to improve the quality of their work to be able to compete on an international level. School development is also personnel development. Establishing professionalism of school executives (among others by coaching) plays a major role in this matter. First of all the author describes the implementation process of internal coaching for principals and thereafter for officers of the supervisory school authority. In doing so, he also points out problems that can arise during such a project. The evaluations of surveys prove the acceptance and importance of coaching for this target group. Finally, possible future coaching offers for school executives are addressed.

The difficulties of such an intention are shown, which appear, if an organization has no experiences with these formats and the decision makers have no background knowledge. Furthermore it is explained by which measures an institutional anchorage was possible. Because the process is not finished yet, a view of further developments is given.     

African American Mother-Daughter Relationships Mediating Daughter's Self-Esteem

For many, adolescence is a time when it is difficult to stand in front of a mirror and say, I like myself and I am competent. Such a statement requires a supportive environment and self-knowledge. This research explored global self-esteem in a sample of 105 urban African American seniors that attended an all girls' Catholic high school. A ten item scale that measured participants' belief in their mothers' ability and willingness to protect and soothe them (attachment) explained 27% of the variance in global self-esteem. Also important was feeling committed to an African American identity.
