防范与失范：清末民初女性犯罪防治问题研究

清末民初国家和社会针对日益增多的女性犯罪，先后采取了一定的防治措施，这对控制女性犯罪起到了一定的作用。但从实际效果看，由于防范方法的失当，救济机构的不完善及救济措施的不健全等原因，当时各种防治措施并未能有效地减少女性犯罪。     

论19世纪末年的社会心态

自戊戌变法后期清朝政府守旧派掌控朝政始的19世纪末年,趋新的社会风气转为沉闷;特别是义和团运动时期,守旧派将其仇新、排外的情绪推向极至,直接导引了普通民众的冷漠与无知、新式知识分子的压抑与彷徨心态。     

当前文艺学的身份认同危机与话语体系建构

文艺学的身份认同在后现代语境下出现了危机，“建构新世纪的文艺学”成为当前文艺学界的集体呼求和深层焦虑。在如何重建文艺学的身份意识上，当前文论界存在着“以中化西”和“以西释中”两种极端倾向。因此。建构新世纪的文艺学应从话语重建的基点、建构策略等方面入手，寻找某种参考与借鉴。     

Estimating conditional tail expectation with actuarial applications in view

We develop statistical inferential tools for estimating and comparing conditional tail expectation (CTE) functions, which are of considerable interest in actuarial science. In particular, we construct estimators for the CTE functions, develop the necessary asymptotic theory for the estimators, and then use the theory for constructing confidence intervals and bands for the functions. Both parametric and non-parametric approaches are explored. Simulation studies illustrate the performance of estimators in various situations. Results are obtained under minimal assumptions, and the general Vervaat process plays a crucial role in achieving these goals.     

A multivariate version of Gini's rank association coefficient

In this paper, we introduce a multivariate generalization of the population version of Gini's rank association coefficient, giving a response to this open question posed in [4]. We also study some properties of this version, present the corresponding results for the sample statistic, and provide several examples.     

自由主义与20世纪中国美学精神

中国自近代以来，始终存在着一个试图向社会独立发言的自由主义文化群体，它对美学的发展产生了至关重要的影响。本文认为，虽然20世纪中国美学体现出多元发展、不断调整的态势，但由于美与自由问题的本质联系，自由主义美学精神就必然构成了这一进程的主干。以康德美学为理论起点，以价值中立原则介入审美实践，以理想主义重建审美乌托邦，是自由主义美学在本世纪表现出的主要特点。

本文提出了区域管理学是对区域各种空间行为进行决策、计划、组织、指挥、协调、监督和调节的 一门学科，主要研究内容包括区域管理学基本理论、区域管理模式、区域布局、区域协调、区域调控、区域预测、 区域决策、不同类型层次区域的管理；由于社会主义市场经济发展的需要，区域管理人员的管理思想、方式变 革的需要，地理学进一步发展的需要，使区域管理学成为２１世纪地理学发展的一个方向。     

A lower-bound oracle inequality for a blockwise-shrinkage estimate

Efromovich-Pinsker and Stein blockwise-shrinkage estimates are traditionally studied via upper-bound oracle inequalities, which bound the estimate's risk from above by the oracle's risk plus a remainder term. These bounds allow one to establish sufficient conditions for attaining the oracle's risk. To explore necessary conditions, this article develops a lower-bound oracle inequality, which bounds the estimate's risk from below by the oracle's risk minus a remainder term. In particular, the lower bound implies that thresholds must vanish for attaining the oracle's risk.     

基于二值响应模型的房地产泡沫预警方法研究

 本文在总结国内外房地产泡沫预警研究的基础上，论述了二值响应模型在房地产泡沫预警研究中的应用，并以日本为例进行了实证研究。结果表明，二值响应模型在房地产泡沫预警中有比较准确的预测作用。另外，与徐滇庆(2000)的研究不同，有关股市价值的相关变量并不能对房地产泡沫起到明显的预警作用。     

Multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution as a limit of multivariate waiting time distributions

Multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution proposed by Minami [2003. A multivariate extension of inverse Gaussian distribution derived from inverse relationship. Commun. Statist. Theory Methods 32(12), 2285–2304] was derived through multivariate inverse relationship with multivariate Gaussian distributions and characterized as the distribution of the location at a certain stopping time of a multivariate Brownian motion. In this paper, we show that the multivariate inverse Gaussian distribution is also a limiting distribution of multivariate Lagrange distributions, which is a family of waiting time distributions, under certain conditions.
